Abstract

The demand for development and progress in science and technology, without a doubt, is due to the success of the education system from time to time. Education is the main asset that must be owned by everyone. The level of education of a person will have an impact on his life. Interest in continuing education to a higher level is now getting lower. This phenomenon is often found in the Papua region, especially in the city of Sentani. The role of the community, especially teachers, in educating the importance of higher education in the world of education is very necessary. By educating through teachers, of course, it provides stimulus for students, so that they are able to make decisions about their education. Through socialization activities, community service activities produce: 1) the importance of pursuing higher education has been understood; 2) the benefits of continuing education to a higher level have been understood. In general, the interest of students at the Jayapura Regional Development Agricultural Vocational School increased after receiving an explanation of the benefits of continuing education to a higher level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously the level of education, training, and work discipline partially affect the performance of employees in the Makassar Forestry Service. To determine the level of education, training, work discipline on the performance of employees in the Makassar Forestry Service. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests, and simultaneous tests. From the results of the validity test, the data shows valid with the R-count greater than the R-table. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis the results of the analysis are: Y = 42.460 + 0.050X1 + 0.830X2 + 0.857X3. It is known that the level of education, training and work discipline has a partial effect on the performance of forestry service employees in Makassar. Where each variable t-count value is greater than t-table, education level (2.362 > 1.699), training (1.974 > 1.699), work discipline (2.232 > 1.699) and simultaneous test scores show f-count greater than f -table (2.986 > 2.96). This means that the level of education, training, and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of forestry service employees in Makassar.

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan pegawasan kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja, Pendekatan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Hotel Grand Papua Sentani dengan populasi berjumlah 58 orang.Teknik penentuan besaran sampel dengan penarikan sampel jenuh sehinggan keseluruahn jumlah populasi ditetapkan sebagia sampel penelitian sebesar 58 responden.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dengan bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: pengawasan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja, disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, dan pengawasan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara silmultan terhadap kinerja
