Abstract

. In the digital era, technology has brought significant changes in people’s lives, including in religious practices. However, the complexity of digital technology can also present challenges for people to maintain a spiritual connection with their religion. One of the biggest challenges in developing a spiritual connection in cyberspace is the increasing use of social media. It is also important that Islamic legal education in the digital era continues to evolve with the times to advance the civilization of the next generation. Religious leaders must be able to adapt to technological developments and manage content and attitudes to respond to the digital era in order to maintain interfaith relations. Islam has many teachings to maintain and build interfaith communication. Therefore, the public understanding of Islamic law in the digital era requires a wise approach to ensure that religious values are maintained in the context of evolving technology.

Abstract

Abstract Agrarian law is the totality of legal norms, both written and unwritten, which regulate legal relations between legal subjects in the agrarian sector. Agrarian law is actually a group of various legal fields, each of which regulates control rights over natural resources, namely land law, water law, mining law, fisheries law and control law over energy and elements of the universe. In Law Number 1 of 1960 concerning Agrarian Principles, land is defined as the surface of the earth. However, in reality there are still many individuals who take advantage of conditions where law enforcement is weak, resulting in an increase in the number of land disputes. The method used is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach and data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data display and data verification. The research results show that the lack of transparency in terms of land control and ownership is caused by limited data and information on land control and ownership, as well as the lack of transparent information available in the community which is one of the causes of land disputes. This causes the concentration of control and ownership of land in terms of area in rural areas and/or number of plots of land in urban areas, only in a small part of society.
