Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam menggerakkan roda perekonomian nasional. UMKM juga berkontribusi besar dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. UMKM memerlukan pelatihan dan pendapingan teknis untuk mendapatkan akses permodalan yang mudah dan murah. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membantu UMKM budidaya Maggot BSF mendapatkan akses permodalan yang mudah dan murah, yaitu Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), agar UMKM tersebut lebih mampu meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan bisnisnya. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis secara secara pararel dan sistematis. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kepada UMKM budidaya Maggot BSF tersebut melibatkan 3 (tiga) Dosen Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian adalah 8 (delapan) UMKM budidaya Maggot BSF yang berasal dari beberapa desa di Kecamatan Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi, yang terseleksi dari 19 calon peserta berdasarkan kriteria telah berusia minimal 21 tahun atau sudah menikah dan usahanya telah beroperasi lebih dari 6 (enam) bulan dengan kapasitas produksi minimal 0,6 Ton per bulan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan selama 4 (empat) hari, yaitu dari tanggal 7 sampai 10 Oktober 2024 yang berlokasi di Desa Mekarmukti, Kecamatan Cikarang Utara, Kabupaten Bekasi. Kegiatan pengabdian berhasil memberikan akses permodalan yang mudah dan murah untuk peningkatan kapasitas bisnis UMKM budidaya Maggot BSF. Evaluasi hasil pengabdian ini bernilai sangat baik. Saran rekomendasi untuk kedepannya adalah perlu dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis kepada UMKM budidaya Maggot BSF Bekasi mengenai manajemen pasca panen dan penjaminan mutu, terutama dalam produksi pakan ternak Maggot-Kering agar lebih mampu dalam memenuhi permintaan pasar yang terus meningkat

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of customer happiness, availability of goods and outlet interior design on business success. In an era of increasingly tight business competition, entrepreneurs are faced with the challenge of maintaining customer satisfaction while improving business performance. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach, involving one hundred SME entrepreneurs in the Fashion Retail Sector operating in the Bekasi District area. Analysis was carried out through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing and regression analysis to measure the relationship between the collected data variables. The research results show that there is a significant influence: 1). Customer Happiness (KP), 2). Availability of Goods (KB) and 3). Outlet Interior Design (DIO) on Business Success (KU) with the regression equation KU=1.044+0.650KP+0.306KB+0.137DIO. The research results show that customer happiness, availability of goods, and outlet interior design have a significant influence on the success of fashion retail SME businesses. The implications of this research highlight the importance of a holistic strategy in managing customer relationships, maintaining goods availability and designing attractive outlet interiors to increase the competitiveness of fashion retail SMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal, energi tingkat tinggi, dan tanggung jawab pemilik (owner) terhadap kinerja usaha pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu sejumlah 80 pemilik UMKM yang beroperasi di wilayah Bekasi. Analisis uji validitas-reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik serta analisis regresi untuk mengukur hubungan antar variabel digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan: 1).Kecerdasan Interpersonal (KI), 2).Energi Tingkat Tinggi (ETT) dan 3).Tanggung Jawab Owner (TJO) terhadap Kinerja Usaha dengan persamaan regresi KU=5,403+0,515KI+0,110ETT+0,273TJO. Kecerdasan interpersonal yang tinggi memungkinkan pemilik UMKM membangun hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan, supplier, dan mitra bisnis lainnya, sehingga meningkatkan kinerja usaha. Energi tingkat tinggi memperkuat kemampuan pemilik UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan dan mengambil peluang yang ada, sehingga berdampak positif pada kinerja usaha. Tanggung jawab owner berperan penting dalam memastikan kelancaran operasional dan pertumbuhan bisnis UMKM.

Abstract

The number of sectors in online business makes business actors who want to invest need to guess what online businesses are popular and profitable in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic, such as e-commerce, edutech and health. startup business sectors, precisely because of this pandemic, experienced a significant increase in business where online health platforms such as Halodoc became popular because they helped the public who only wanted to consult and diagnose health online. The e-commerce business is also a major need for the public in transacting on during this pandemic, considering that people are afraid to shop directly so that purchases of some necessities are made online through e-commerce platforms. In addition to the well-established national e-commerce business platforms, local e-commerce platforms are also emerging, especially to meet basic needs. Young people in several cities create local e-commerce platforms to help the process of buying goods from consumers to the market. Next, there are startup business collaboration tools, such as the Zoom and GotoMeeting applications, which have become popular in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Foreign companies have taken opportunities in this sector, considering that there are still few or no players taking advantage of the collaboration tools startup business. People are increasingly avoiding public places and offline retail stores, so online sales for some sectors are increasing. Reporting from neilpatel.com, conversions for the food, health and pharmaceutical sectors increased significantly. The food sector experienced an increase of 55%, health 19%, and pharmaceuticals 11%. In the United States alone, online sales are predicted to increase by up to 12% of their total spending in 2020. From these results, it can be concluded that behind the many benefits of online e-commerce business, there are still many impacts for other offline businessmen who do not use media. social as a means of business.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of product availability, store atmosphere, and supporting facilities partially on purchasing decisions. The research method used was quantitative with 67 Glico Wings ice cream customers as respondents. The data collected is the result of a questionnaire. Prerequisite testing was carried out with SPSS 25 software. The results of this research partially show that store atmosphere has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Product availability and supporting facilities have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.
