Abstract

It is hoped that GRAMASI learning media can help students improve their mathematical literacy and numeracy skills. Under these conditions, teachers are also required to be able to develop learning media that can facilitate student literacy and numeracy. This training activity aims to provide training and assistance to teachers, students, parents and guardians of class V students at SD Negeri Kemiri regarding the development of learning media containing mathematical literacy and numeracy questions consisting of question concepts and question characteristics. The method used is divided into seven stages, namely observing partner conditions (conditions, problems, needs), preparing activity agendas, creating GAMRASI learning media, socializing GAMRASI learning media in schools, applying GAMRASI learning media to students, analysis and evaluation, and final report. The 21 training participants were students, teachers, parents and guardians of students. Through this training activity, teachers can find out how the GAMRASI learning media works and can put it into practice.  Keywords: GAMRASI, Literacy, Numeracy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman relasional siswa dalam memecahkan masalah matematika menggunakan soal three tier multiple choice. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling dengan pemilihan subjek berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII di Kabupaten Bantul. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa soal tes three tier multiple choice pemahaman relasional, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman relasional dalam memecahkan masalah matematika pada siswa berkemampuan pemahaman tinggi dapat memenuhi semua indikator pemahaman relasional dari kategori paham konsep, miskonsepsi false positif, dan miskonsepsi. Siswa berkemampuan pemahaman sedang dapat memenuhi tiga indikator pemahaman relasional dari kategori paham konsep dan miskonsepsi. Sedangkan siswa berkemampuan pemahaman rendah belum sepenuhnya memenuhi semua indikator pemahaman relasional dari kategori paham konsep, miskonsepsi, dan tidak paham konsep. Hal ini terlihat ketika siswa dapat memecahkan masalah matematika dan dapat menyatakan alasan setiap langkah yang dilakukannya.
