Abstract

The dynamics of contemporary development are correlated with integrated technological progress innovations in human activity, both in aspects of education, business, communication, and so on. The communication strategy is the choice of Instagram owner @Farizas_kyas as a marketing promotion for Muslim fashion products towards teenagers. Because, today's teenagers have followed trends as a reflection of modernity while remaining within the corridors of sharia principles. This research aims to examine and describe the communication strategy for promoting Muslim fashion products among teenagers by the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas. The research method uses a description method with a qualitative approach. The research subject is Farizas Kyas, while the research objects are material objects and formal objects. The data source was obtained from the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas through product posts and stories. Data collection was carried out through virtual observation, interviews and documentation. The research results confirm that the communication strategy for the Instagram account @Farizas_kyas in promoting Muslim fashion products among teenagers is done by creating attractive visual content, using hashtags, educational and informative content, live Instagram, and being consistent in posting content. By using an Instagram account, the account owner gets more benefits through the effectiveness of the product marketing strategy used.

Abstract

Public speaking is an essential skill that every individual, especially Madrasah Aliyah students, must master to prepare for societal challenges. This skill not only supports the ability to convey information effectively but also plays a crucial role in building self-confidence, enhancing communication competencies, and preparing students to contribute to community life. At MA Ma'had Al-Zaytun, public speaking is an integral part of the curriculum aimed at equipping students with skills relevant to real-world demands. This study aims to identify effective strategies to improve the public speaking skills of students at MA Ma’had Al-Zaytun by analyzing the factors influencing these skills within the context of pesantren education. The research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the public speaking program, through activities such as muhadhorah, significantly contributes to enhancing students' confidence and communication abilities. However, challenges such as nervousness and lack of preparation remain issues to be addressed. These findings provide important implications for the development of more effective and adaptive public speaking training programs in pesantren and other educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pesan dakwah dalam membentuk pemahaman dan perilaku keagamaan mahasiswa, khususnya di lingkungan akademik Islam. Pesan dakwah tidak hanya menyampaikan ajaran Islam, tetapi juga bertujuan mengubah pola pikir dan sikap mad’u agar sesuai dengan nilai-nilai syariat. Namun, efektivitas pesan dakwah sering dipengaruhi oleh cara penyampaian, isi pesan, dan respons audiens. Fokus penelitian ini adalah, bagaimana efektivitas pesan dakwah terhadap perubahan sikap mahasiswa KPI IAI AL-AZIS dan bagaimana bentuk dan isi pesan dakwah yang diterima oleh mahasiswa KPI IAI AL-AZIS. Kedua fokus ini menjadi acuan dalam menggali pemahaman mahasiswa terkait penerimaan dan pengaruh pesan dakwah dalam kehidupan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas pesan dakwah terhadap perubahan sikap mahasiswa serta mengidentifikasi bentuk dan isi pesan dakwah yang mereka terima. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi lapangan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian berjumlah 11 mahasiswa Program Studi KPI IAI AL-AZIS yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesan dakwah dinilai efektif dalam mengubah sikap mahasiswa ketika disampaikan secara persuasif, motivatif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan mad’u. Media mimbar menjadi sarana paling efektif, disusul oleh radio dan media sosial. Dampak perubahan sikap terlihat dari peningkatan kedisiplinan ibadah, sikap toleransi, dan kepedulian sosial mahasiswa. Bentuk dan isi pesan dakwah yang diterima mahasiswa mencakup materi akidah, ibadah, akhlak, serta isu-isu aktual seperti solidaritas terhadap Palestina. Dakwah yang komunikatif dan kontekstual lebih mudah diterima dan diinternalisasi oleh mahasiswa.
