Abstract

This study explores the virtues of seeking knowledge in Islam, focusing on the spiritual and moral benefits that accrue from it. Seeking knowledge is considered an essential obligation in Islam, as it provides the right guidance for living according to religious teachings. Knowledge not only offers worldly benefits but also elevates one's status in the eyes of Allah and within society. It is also considered the legacy of the prophets, which must be preserved and practiced by Muslims. Based on Islamic literature and teachings, this study emphasizes that knowledge is a primary path to achieving true happiness in this world and the hereafter. In conclusion, seeking knowledge is a highly noble deed that brings long-term benefits both individually and collectively in the Muslim community.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Education financing policies face a dilemma between accessibility and quality. Affordable education increases accessibility but often compromises quality, while high-quality education requires significant investment that is less accessible. This study examines the dynamics of education financing policies at MTs YPI Darul Huda, Palembang, using a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews and participatory observation. The results show that programs like BOS and scholarships enhance educational access, yet challenges such as misallocation of funds and lack of transparency hinder their effectiveness. Effective policies should integrate accessibility and quality through needs-based allocation, transparency, and efficient management. Such policies can enhance students' motivation, participation, and contribute to the development of competitive human resources. Keywords: Accessibility, Quality, Financing of Education

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of digital marketing as a catalyst for change in building resilience among pesantrens in the digital era. A qualitative method was employed with a case study approach on pesantrens in Banyuwangi that have adopted digital marketing strategies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with pesantren managers, document analysis, and direct observation of social media content and websites of the pesantrens. Thematic and descriptive analyses were used to understand digital marketing strategies, the impact of content marketing, and the use of social media in building pesantren communities. The findings indicate that effective digital marketing enhances pesantren visibility, community engagement, and student participation in online education programs. Content marketing strategies play a crucial role in conveying Islamic educational values and strengthening pesantren identities, while social media facilitates closer interaction between pesantrens and their communities. These findings provide insights into how pesantrens can strategically leverage digital technology to remain relevant and competitive in the evolving digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of collaboration between teachers and school management in developing an effective curriculum at SMP Plus Darussalam. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers and students, as well as participatory observation and analysis of documents related to the curriculum. The research results reveal that close collaboration between teachers and school management is very important in designing and implementing a curriculum that suits students' needs. Collaborative involvement with various parties enriches the curriculum development process, increases the relevance of the material, and facilitates responsive adjustments to educational challenges. This research concludes that a collaborative approach not only improves curriculum quality but also increases teacher satisfaction and student motivation. The implication of these findings is the need to integrate collaborative models in curriculum development in other schools to achieve more adaptive and effective education, as well as strengthen a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) di pesantren melalui integrasi teknologi pendidikan. Fokus utama adalah mengidentifikasi kendala dan solusi dalam penerapan teknologi di Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi untuk meningkatkan kesiapan lulusan di era digital. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan digital dan membuka akses pembelajaran yang lebih luas bagi santri, pesantren masih menghadapi kendala akses internet, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan minimnya tenaga pengajar yang diaktifkan dalam teknologi. Rekomendasi mencakup pelatihan teknologi bagi pengajar dan peningkatan infrastruktur pendukung. Selain itu, kolaborasi eksternal dengan perguruan tinggi, industri, dan pemerintah, yang didukung oleh Undang-Undang Pesantren, dipandang sebagai langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pesantren dalam mencetak lulusan yang berkarakter dan berdaya saing.
