Abstract

The effectiveness of learning is certainly an important issue, but if you look at the development in the world of education and also the role of teachers today is changing more and more so it is very important to consider the effectiveness and role of teachers in the independent learning curriculum. Teachers as free learners are needed as active and enthusiastic leaders, creative, innovative, and good at being helpers of change in schools. The purpose of writing this article is to discuss the effectiveness of learning and most importantly the role of the teacher itself, especially in the use of the independent learning curriculum as it is today. Then literature related to data sources used themes, be it books, articles, journals, and other sources on the internet. The research method of library research is used by finding and collecting relevant sources, with the tena studied or raised, then drawing conclusions and recording important things and then implemented in writing.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a new breakthrough in the education system in Indonesia which gives schools and teachers greater autonomy in designing learning. This requires a comprehensive curriculum review to ensure that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum runs in accordance with the goals and expectations. This scientific journal aims to examine the role and function of independent curriculum studies. Independent curriculum review is defined as a systematic and planned activity to study, analyze and evaluate the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in schools. Reviewing the independent curriculum is a shared responsibility between education stakeholders at the school level, including school principals, teachers and school committees. By conducting continuous reviews of the Independent Curriculum, it is hoped that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum can achieve its goal of producing the nation's next generation who have faith, noble character, knowledge and skills that are in line with the needs of the times.

Abstract

Pengorganisasian merupakan kegiatan mengalokasikan dan mengkombinasikan sumber daya organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah diitetapkan. Ada pembagian dan spesiasialiasi pekerjaan disini, dimana masing-masing bagian harus mengetahui dengan jelas apa yang harus dilakukan. Seperti halnya fungsi perencanaan, fungsi pengoorganisasian juga sama pentingnya. Mengingat ini memastikan tujuan organisasi memang dapat dicapai. Pengorganisasian memuat koordinasi baik dalam bagian maupun antar bagian organisasi. Akibatnya pekerjaan yang dilakukan tiap bagian berkesinambungan satu sama lain. Tak hanya itu, pengorganisasian juga memastikan produktifitas yang terukur karena tiap bagian bekerja sesuai dengan panduan yang jelas. Tiap bagian organisasi akan selalu bekerja menuju sasaran operasional. Kedisiplinan seperti ini akan membantu keuangan organisasi karena tidak ada pemborosan yang terjadi selama pekerjaan berlangsung. Manajemen sebagai proses khas yang menggerakkan organisasi merupakan sangat penting, karena tanpa manajemen yang efektif tidak akan ada usaha yang akan berhasil cukup lama. Ketercapainya tujuan organisasi baik tujuan ekonomis, sosial, politik, untuk sebagian besar tergantung kepada komponen para manajer organisasi yang bersangkutan.
