Abstract

Nowadays, many Islamic boarding schools have been found as a place to pursue education in the frame of Islam like mushrooms in winter. One of them is Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School. The famous name Darul Falah to various regions certainly cannot be separated from the roles and ways of various parties, in the form of the efforts of the asatidz and the contribution of students combined with the utilization of existing resources, such as extracurricular activities. This research has the aim of knowing how much extracurricular roles and their influence on the development of Pondok Pesantrean Darul Falah. The method used in this research is qualitative method, through interviews and literature review as data collection techniques, while the data analysis used is descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that, in fact, extracurricular activities are very helpful and have a positive impact on the development of Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School. This is evidenced by several things. Although it is not a mandatory program, extracurricular activities play an important role in the development of Pesantren Darul Falah.

Abstract

In the context of language learning, translation is very important. Translating hiwar texts is often a challenge for students in class IX-2, especially in understanding the context of the intended meaning in a conversational sentence. This study aims to find out the problems faced by students when translating hiwar texts in Arabic language learning. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive analysis as the approach. Data were collected using literature review, interviews and participatory observation, and the data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that students face two translation problems, namely linguistic and non-linguistic problems.

Abstract

This article discusses two discussion materials in the science of badi' muhassinat ma'nawiyah study. The first discussion is about analyzing the meaning of madzhab kalami in one of the verses of the Qur'an, namely in surah Al-Anbiya' verse 22, surah Al-Hajj verse 5 and surah Ar-Ruum verse 27. While the second discussion is about husnul ta’lil in three other surahs, namely surah Al-Baqarah verse 74 and 261 and surah An-Nahl verse 14. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with literature review (library research) as the data collection technique. The results of this study are, the discovery of the purpose and purpose of the meaning of madzhab kalami in surah Al-Anbiya' verse 22, surah Al-Hajj verse 5 and surah Ar-Ruum verse 27, as well as the meaning of husnul ta’lil in surah Al-Baqarah verse 74 and 261 and surah An-Nahl verse 14.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the trends of digitalization in Arabic language learning, focusing on the TikTok account of the Al-Azhar Arabic Course. In the modern era, the rapid development of digital technology has transformed educational practices, making learning processes more interactive, flexible, and accessible. TikTok, as one of the most popular social media platforms, offers a new approach to delivering educational content through engaging short videos. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method to understand the use of TikTok as a learning medium, including content patterns, user responses, and its effectiveness. Data were collected through content observation, interviews with account managers and users, and documentation of interactions on the platform. The findings indicate that the Al-Azhar Arabic Course TikTok account successfully captures the interest of young audiences with its varied and interactive content. Active interaction between account managers and users also enhances student engagement in the learning process. Despite challenges related to content quality and technological disparities, this study demonstrates that TikTok holds significant potential as an educational tool for introducing Arabic language to a broader audience. The research recommends that account managers continually update their content and evaluate its relevance and quality.
