Abstract

ABSTRAK Backgorund: The majority of healthcare professionals who offer services in hospitalsare nurses. However, nurses frequently neglect interprofessional partnerships and teamwork in favor of concentrating solely on their individual jobs. This may lead to conflict inside a healthcare organization, which may have an impact on the efficiencywith which nurses provide nursing care. Purpose: The purpose of this literature review is to identify factors that have the potential to cause conflict, the parties involved in conflict management, conflict management strategies or solutions in the nursing workplace, and variables that influence the success of conflict resolution. Methods: A literature review was used as a method in this research. The scientific databases used are Google Scholar, Sage Journals, PubMed, Elsevier, Wiley, BookedCentral,andPortal Garuda. The search results yielded 92 articles.After selection,there were 11 international journal articles and 14 national journal articles. The selection process uses an abstract checklist and a PRISMA checklist. Result: The results of the review show that the factors that cause conflict in health services include work stress, low work satisfaction and motivation, miscoordination a lack of empathy in interdisciplinary collaboration and toxic leadership. The parties involved in conflict resolution are the head of the room, nurse manager, nurses and doctors. Conflict resolution can be carried out with compromising, integrating,cooperative, assertive and obliging strategies which are supported by interdisciplinary communication, management skills, emotional intelligence and the involvement of clinical educators. Conclusion:The aspects that most often cause conflict are work stress and problems with work coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration. The parties most often involved are the head of the room and the nurse manager. Conflict management can be done using an integrating style, where the integrating style is also the most dominant style of conflict management strategy. Mindfulness is a supporting factor in implementing this integrating style. Key words: Conflict Management; Hospital; Nursing; Related parties; Strategy Issues.

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Aplikasi Mobile JKN, yang diluncurkan oleh BPJS Kesehatan, adalah salah satu implementasi teknologi big data dalam sektor kesehatan, yang meningkatkan kualitas, efisiensi, dan aksesibilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sistem pengelolaan data melalui dalam Aplikasi Mobile JKN sebagai implementasi teknologi big data. Metode : Desain studi dalam penelitian ini adalah rapid review dengan kriteria inklusi artikel yang diteliti dipublikasikan dari tahun 2021 hingga 2025, berbahasa Indonesia atau Inggris. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui database Google Scholar. Hasil akhir seleksi terdapat 7 artikel yang akan ditinjau. Hasil : Pemanfaatan teknologi big data melalui aplikasi Mobile JKN dapat meningkatkan efektivitas layanan kesehatan dengan mempercepat administrasi, memfasilitasi konsultasi jarak jauh, dan mengurangi antrean di fasilitas kesehatan. Meskipun memiliki fitur keamanan, kebocoran data dalam perlindungan data pribadi peserta, yang perlu diperbaiki dengan penerapan regulasi yang lebih tegas dan penguatan sistem keamanan. Simpulan : Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur yang telah dilakukan, pengelolaan data pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN sudah memenuhi karakteristik utama big data. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat permasalahan yang muncul terkait dengan keamanan data dan downtime system.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The care provided in intensive care rooms such as the ICU and NICU focuses on life-saving care for critical patients. For some patients who show no hope of life, nurses are required to provide end life care. The high workload of nurses in intensive care rooms can cause nurses to be vulnerable to burnout, which can have a negative impact on nurses' attitudes in providing care services. Therefore, this research aims to determine the description and relationship between nurse burnout and nurses' attitudes about end life care in the intensive care room at Sumedang Regional Hospital. This research was conducted using a correlational design and a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The number of respondents was 57, determined based on a total sampling technique from the entire population of nurses working in the intensive care room. The normality test shows that the data is normally distributed, so the Pearson correlation test is used for bivariate analysis with the JASP statistical analysis program. The correlation test results showed that the coefficient was -0.092, and the p-value was >0.05, namely 0.495. So, there is no significant relationship between nurse burnout and nurses' attitudes about end life care in the intensive care room at Sumedang Regional Hospital. Keywords: Burnout, Attitude, End Life Care  ABSTRAK Perawatan yang diberikan di ruang intensive care seperti ICU dan NICU cenderung fokus pada perawatan life saving untuk pasien kritis. Pada beberapa pasien yang menunjukkan tidak adanya lagi harapan hidup, maka perawat wajib memberikan perawatan menjelang ajal atau end life care. Tingginya beban kerja perawat di ruang intensive care dapat menyebabkan perawat rentan mengalami burnout sehingga dapat berdampak negatif terhadap sikap perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan perawatan. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran serta hubungan antara burnout perawat dengan sikap perawat tentang end life care di ruang intensive care RSUD Sumedang. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan desain korelasional dan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner pada responden. Responden berjumlah 57 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik total sampling dari seluruh populasi perawat yang bertugas di ruang intensive care. Uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data bersebaran normal sehingga uji kolerasi Pearson digunakan untuk analisis bivariat dengan program analisis statistik JASP. Hasil uji kolerasi didapatkan nilai koefisien kolerasi -0,092 dan nilai p value >0,05 yaitu 0,495. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat burnout perawat dengan sikap perawat tentang end life care di ruang intensive care RSUD Sumedang. Kata Kunci: Burnout, Sikap, End Life Care
