Abstract

Sistem penelusuran alumni berguna untuk menelusuri keberadaan alumni setelah lulus dari SMK. Bagi sekolah sistem penelusuran alumni menjadi database alumni yang dapat diakses sewaktu-waktu dan nilai tambah saat akreditasi sekolah. Sistem ini bermanfaat sebagai media penghubung antara pihak sekolah dengan alumni sehingga ikatan antara sekolah dengan alumni akan terus terjalin. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini untuk menghasilkan data alumni yang akurat, cepat, dan dapat digunakan sebagai pengambilan keputusan oleh pihak sekolah setelah diperoleh hasil penelusuran alumni. Penelusuran data alumni dibuat dengan menu tampilan dan fitur yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan user serta bersifat dinamis yang sewaktu- waktu ada penambahan atau perbaikan dapat dilakukan dengan mudah. Pengolahan data alumni di SMK Bina Sriwijaya menggunakan Office namun masih di temukan banyak kekurangannya. Tim Pengabdian menyimpulkan untuk membuat aplikasi pengolahan data alumni berbasis website di SMK Bina Sriwijaya Palembang. Sistem Informasi sangat mendukung untuk kemajuan sebuah lembaga. Untuk membangun website yang efektif dibutuhkan penerapan strategi tertentu sehingga website mampu mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan melalui tahap perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan. Dari hasil Pengabdian kepada masyarakat maka dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa dari 50 peserta 41 orang atau 82% sangat setuju dengan adanya Pelatihan Pembuatan Website dan 9 orang atau 12% setuju dan 0 orang atau 0% yang tidak setuju. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, kami berhasil mencapai tujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data alumni, serta memfasilitasi komunikasi dan kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan dengan alumni. Temuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi pendidikan berbasis web dapat mengatasi sejumlah tantangan yang dihadapi oleh SMK Bina Sriwijaya Palembang dalam pengelolaan data alumni.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in IT, ICT, and telecommunications network services in Indonesia. PT. Telkom Indonesia has services that can be used for individuals and companies, namely Indi home. Indi home is one of the network packages, namely the Indi home Fiber package, which provides internet services, interactive TV, and landline telephones. The obstacle that people sometimes find in reporting complaints about internet disruptions is the very slow handling of internet product repairs. Therefore, a troubleshooting service data system design is needed that can be accessed by customers and the right technicians to support the smooth process, processing of complaint information, and corrective actions. By using the proposed system correctly, it can be easier to monitor the distribution of complaint information so as to speed up the repair process, this can also help speed up the presentation of accurate, timely, and relevant reports so that it can assist management in decision making. This is intended so that technicians do not face significant obstacles in recording information and monitoring the length of time it takes to handle problems in the field. To overcome these problems, a design of an electrical disturbance data service system is needed that can be accessed by the right admin to support the smooth processing of complaint information and corrective actions. So, the conclusion of this research is that this system makes it easier for customers to report WiFi disturbances online without having to come directly to the PT office. Telkom Sekayu. Customers can also see or track where the reported process has progressed.

Abstract

Amalia Printing Palembang is a company operating in the printing services sector. In facing competition and meeting increasingly dynamic customer needs, a web-based information system is needed that can simplify the process of ordering products online. This research aims to design and develop an Online Ordering Information System that can provide printing product ordering services more efficiently and structured. This system allows customers to view product catalogs, place orders, upload design files, and monitor order status in real-time. Apart from that, the system is also equipped with customer registration features, online payment methods, and notifications regarding order status. On the administrator side, there is a dashboard that supports order management, payment confirmation, and transaction reporting in an integrated manner. System development uses web technology with the Laravel framework for the backend, MySQL as the database, and an interactive interface designed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This system is expected to increase CV operational efficiency. Amalia Printing and provide a better customer experience. By implementing this system, companies can provide more modern, fast and satisfying services according to the needs of today's digital market.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology has encouraged many sectors, including wedding planning services, to adopt digital systems to improve efficiency and quality of service. Bella Wedding Planner is a wedding service provider that requires a web-based information system to facilitate the management of client data, event schedules, and the delivery of service information online. The purpose of this study is to implement a web-based online application that can help Bella Wedding Planner manage its services efficiently. The system development method applied is the Waterfall method, which consists of the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The results of the implementation show that this application functions to facilitate the ordering process, communicate with clients, and manage event data centrally. Thus, this system is expected to improve the professionalism and competitiveness of Bella Wedding Planner in the digital era. Wedding Organizer services play a role in helping couples who are getting married and their families plan their wedding events. The popularity of this service arises because of the ease of planning a wedding. However, there are obstacles in promoting wedding services, which often face problems such as incomplete wedding package information and manual transaction data processing, which has the potential to cause errors. This study shows that the Wedding Organizer application can provide complete information about wedding packages, update the latest package list, manage transactions in real-time, and automatically process order information. This study uses the waterfall method which includes the steps of analysis, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection is done by collecting information about wedding packages, photo galleries, and vendor data. The programming language used in this project is PHP, with MySQL functioning as the Database Management System (DBMS).

Abstract

The contents of the abstraction, between 150-200 words, just one paragraph. Abstract consists of background, community service objectives, methods used and results achieved (measurable results). The New Student Admission Process (PPDB) is an important stage in maintaining the quality and integrity of educational institutions. This article discusses the implementation of socialization and training carried out at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al-Fatah Palembang to increase the competence of the PPDB committee in carrying out its duties effectively and transparently. This activity aims to provide an understanding of PPDB procedures, strengthen the committee's technical skills, and ensure the process runs according to established operational standards. The methods used in this activity include delivering material, practical simulations, and group discussions to improve team coordination. The results of the activity showed an increase in the committee's understanding regarding PPDB stages, implementation of digital systems, and ability to handle administrative obstacles. This socialization also has a positive impact on creating a more structured, transparent and accountable PPDB process. By carrying out this activity, it is hoped that MA Al-Fatah Palembang can strengthen public confidence in a more professional and quality admissions system for new students.

Abstract

Efficient student data management is one of the important needs in educational institutions. However, in many cases, data management is still done manually or using less structured methods, which has the potential to cause errors and hinder the administration process. To overcome these problems, this community service program aims to develop and implement a desktop-based student biodata application using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. This application is designed to facilitate student data management, including input, search, update, and storage of data in a structured manner. Application development is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, system design, coding, and testing. The Microsoft Access database is used as a data storage medium, integrating Visual Basic 6.0 capabilities in efficient and user-friendly data management. The results of this activity show that the application developed has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of student data management. Users can easily enter, search, and modify data without the need for in-depth technical knowledge. In addition, application usage training provided to target users helps ensure the sustainability of application implementation in related institutions. With this application, it is hoped that student data management will be more organized, faster, and more accurate, thus providing a positive impact on administrative efficiency and decision-making in educational institutions.
