Abstract

Maiza Fikri; Achmadi irianto: "Analysis of Public Service Performance Assessment Case Study at Head Office Sako Palembang Year 2018". This study is a study that refers to Perpemman No. 7 of 2010 which is the Public Service Performance Assessment Guidelines which in the last 4 Component Ratings. Methods This study used a qualitative descriptive study design with Mechanical Sampling Sampling is incidental to the year 2015. The results of this study showed that the Performance Assessment granted by the Public Service District Office Sako Palembang is the value of 50, which is perceived performance given Public Service Head Office Sako Palembang ie Most have been met and to explain the document. The conclusion from this study that the District Office as one of the government agencies that provide services to the community felt still less vibrant and well disegi need improvement of service quality to the satisfaction of the community as recipients of services and administrative documents as public agencies that provide services to the community

Abstract

This study explores the influence of information transparency, performance recognition, and technology support on the work motivation of Generation Z employees in the telecommunication industry in Palembang, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 48 respondents through a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The findings indicate that all three factors significantly and positively impact work motivation, with technology support emerging as the strongest predictor. The results highlight the importance of fostering transparent communication, implementing effective recognition systems, and providing advanced technological tools to engage and motivate Generation Z employees. These insights offer valuable implications for human resource strategies in the telecommunication sector.

Abstract

The role of social media influencers (SMI) has undergone a significant transformation in digital marketing, shifting from mere product endorsers to opinion leaders who shape consumer perception and loyalty. However, there is a void in the literature that systematically integrates the role of trust as a mediator between influencer characteristics and brand loyalty. This research aims to examine how trust in social media influencers mediates the relationship between influencer characteristics—including credibility, attractiveness, and expertise—and brand loyalty. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA approach to identify and synthesize 41 peer-reviewed articles from Scopus, Web of Science, and Springer databases published between 2015–2024. Data analysis was carried out through thematic analysis based on the Source Credibility Theory and Trust Mediation Model. Findings suggest that trust serves as a key mediator linking influencer characteristics with brand loyalty. Trust is formed through aspects of trustworthiness, authenticity, and parasocial relationships which strengthen consumers' emotional ties and commitment to the brand. Parasocial interactions in particular increase repurchase intentions and brand advocacy. The study also confirms the importance of an influencer's credibility, social appeal, and expertise in building audience trust. Trust is a strategic element that must be managed explicitly in influencer-based marketing campaigns to increase brand loyalty. This research enriches the digital marketing literature by integrating consumer psychology theory and providing practical guidance for brand managers in selecting and managing authentic and credible influencers.

Abstract

Warung apung di sekitar Sungai Musi dan pedagang di Jalan Sekanak, Kota Palembang, memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata kuliner. Namun, mereka masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pemasaran dan transaksi, seperti minimnya pemanfaatan digital marketing dan sistem pembayaran digital. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan workshop bertajuk Digital Marketing: Meningkatkan Jangkauan Pasar UMKM melalui E-Commerce untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Kegiatan ini mencakup sosialisasi tentang e-commerce, pelatihan pemasaran digital, serta implementasi pembayaran non-tunai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur efektivitas pelatihan. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peserta terhadap pemasaran digital dan sistem pembayaran digital masih rendah, dengan skor berkisar antara 40 hingga 70. Setelah pelatihan, hasil post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan skor peserta naik dalam kisaran 56 hingga 89. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berhasil meningkatkan literasi digital peserta. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi digitalisasi, seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap perangkat digital dan kurangnya keterampilan dalam pembuatan konten pemasaran, pelatihan ini telah membuka peluang bagi warung apung dan pedagang di Jalan Sekanak untuk meningkatkan daya saing mereka. Keberlanjutan program ini dapat dicapai melalui pendampingan lebih lanjut dan dukungan dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan adopsi teknologi yang lebih luas di sektor UMKM kuliner Palembang.

Abstract

Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an increasingly important field in the current era of digital transformation. Artificial Intelligence (AI), is a technology designed to make computer systems able to imitate human intellectual abilities. Artificial intelligence (AI) allows computers to learn from experience, identify patterns, make decisions, and complete complex tasks quickly and efficiently. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is able to connect every device, so that someone can automate all devices without having to be on site. More than that, currently there are many machines that can interpret certain conditions or events with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The processes that occur in Artificial Intelligence (AI) include learning, reasoning, and self-correction. The implementation of AI in human workmanship is to obtain optimal performance results with fast processing times and maximum results. In today's modern era, artificial intelligence (AI) is very necessary to make activities easier, especially in rural areas. So that the village becomes a modern village and is more advanced with today's technology. Therefore, this Community Service was carried out in Cisadane Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province. In obtaining the data used were observation and literature study. This service activity is an effort to apply artificial intelligence (AI) in learning and teaching activities in Cisadane Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province. This effort was motivated by the lack of implementation and lack of human resources in artificial intelligence (AI) technology in Cisadane Gorontalo Village, which resulted in artificial intelligence (AI) technology in Cisadane Gorontalo Village not being optimal. As a form of the author's thinking, several efforts and breakthroughs are offered, namely; 1.) The role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the people of Cisadane Village in creating a modern and technology-literate Village, by making all activities in the village easier. 2.) Increasing Human Resources in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology, which previously did not know, became aware so that can advance the village. Abstract

This research studies the complex relationships between government policies, technological innovation, availability of venture capital, and the growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), this research analyses data from a sample of 130 SMEs across different industries and regions. The measurement model assessment confirmed the reliability and validity of the constructs, while the structural model analysis revealed significant positive relationships between government policy effectiveness, technological innovation, venture capital availability, and SME growth. The robustness of the findings was confirmed through bootstrapping, and the model fit index validated the adequacy of the estimated model. The R-squared values indicate the ability of the model to explain most of the variance in SME growth. Hypothesis testing further corroborated the significant impact of Availability of Venture Capital, Government Policies, and Technological Innovation on SME growth. The implications of these findings extend to policymakers, business owners, and stakeholders, guiding the formulation of strategies that foster an enabling environment for SMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut institusi pendidikan untuk beradaptasi, terutama dalam hal penyebaran informasi dan promosi. SMK Bina Sriwijaya Palembang sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan kejuruan perlu memanfaatkan media digital untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan layanan informasinya. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan website ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar kepada guru dan siswa dalam mengembangkan serta mengelola website sekolah sebagai sarana informasi dan promosi. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan secara langsung (tatap muka) dengan pendekatan teoritis dan praktis menggunakan platform pengelola konten (CMS). Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya website serta kemampuan dasar dalam pengelolaannya. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan ini, SMK Bina Sriwijaya Palembang dapat secara mandiri mengembangkan website sekolah yang informatif, menarik, dan berkelanjutan.
