Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance both partially and simultaneously at PT Habibi Maulana Teknik in Cikarang. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection methods used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this research used the saturated sample, namely 60 respondents. Data analysis used the SPSS version 29 program. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, auto correlation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. Partially testing the hypothesis for the Reward variable (X1) obtained a value of tcount > ttable (2.253 > 1.671) and a significance value of 0.028 < 0.05. This means that Reward (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Partially testing the hypothesis for the Punishment variable (X2) obtained a value of tcount > ttable (1.927 > 1.671) and a significance value of 0.059 < 0.05. This means that punishment (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable (10.593 > 3.162) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The determination obtained by R Square is 0.271, meaning that the Reward and Punishment variables together have an influence contribution of 27.1% on employee performance. Meanwhile, the remaining 72.9% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and the physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Astra Otopart (Motoquick) South Tangerang.  partially or simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturation and the sample obtained in this study was 60 employees. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficients, coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 9.512 + 1.185 X1 + 0.352 In X2, the value obtained is t count > t table, namely (3.449 > 1.669), thus the variables X1 and Which means that motivation variables and the physical work environment simultaneously influence employee performance. also obtained through simultaneous hypothesis testing f table > f count, namely (64.314 > 2.75). Which means that motivation variables and the physical work environment simultaneously influence employee performance. Analysis of the coefficient of determination shows that 66.8% of the influence of fulfillment and motivation variables has on employee performance, while 33.2% depends on other factors not included in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at Harapan Kita Heart and Blood Vessel Hospital, West Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population of respondents in this study was 58 employees. The sampling technique used was Slovin, namely 58 respondents. Data analysts used SPSS version 26. Data analysis techniques used were validity tests, rehabilitation tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of the study proved that Workload (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y). Determination obtained R Square of 0.633, it can be concluded that the Employee Performance variable (Y) was 63.3% while the remaining 36.7% was influenced by other factors. The R-square value obtained was 0.556, indicating that the Work Discipline (X2) variable influences the Employee Performance (Y) variable by 33.2%, while the remaining 66.8% is influenced by other factors. The Q-square value obtained was 0.719, indicating that the Workload (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) variables together contribute 71.9% to Employee Performance (Y). The remaining 28.19% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakati ini, kami berupaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi kepada pelaku usaha di lokasi wisata di Tandon Ciater, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Latar belakang dilaksanakannya Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat tersebut karena kondisi Lokasi Wisata Tandon Ciater dalam pengelolaanya masih mengalami beberapa masalah dalam pengembangan yaitu dalam pengaturan dan pengelolaan tata ruang lokasi wisata, belum ada inovasi untuk wahana permainan, fasilitas umum belum memadai, dan terbatasnya kualitas SDM pengelola serta pelaku usaha. Tujuan utama untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait motivasi para pelaku usaha agar kembali bersemangat menjalankan dan mengembangkan usaha di lokasi wisata tersebut. Pendekatan kualitatif, kami melakukan penyuluhan langsung kepada para pelaku usaha terkait motivasi dalam menjalankan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha yang berada disekitar lokasi wisata Tandon Ciater mengalami peningkatan dalam hal pengembangan usaha, mereka semangat untuk melakukan peningkatan usaha. Simpulannya, implementasi dari peningkatan motivasi pada pelaku usaha di lokasi wisata Tandon Ciater dapat menjadi model yang berharga untuk pengembangan ekonomi lokal dan peningkatan daya tarik destinasi wisata. Oleh karena itu upaya peningkatan motivasi bagi pelaku usaha melalui peningkatan kapasitas dan pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan usaha perlu terus dilakukan dan didorong yang akan berdampak pada pengembangan lokasi wisata di Tandon Ciater, Kota Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Labstore's current marketing strategy and identify the optimal approach to attract consumer interest in products created by Unpam students. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, which involves describing phenomena or events as they occur. The findings of this study are as follows: First, regarding the product dimension, it is essential to focus on product quality, including durability, taste (for food and beverages), and packaging. Second, in terms of pricing, it is crucial to analyze competitors' prices for similar products to offer prices that are affordable to Labstore's primary consumers, who are mostly students. Third, the location and facilities of Labstore are generally considered good, with most participants finding Labstore a comfortable place to shop. Lastly, in the promotion dimension, the study suggests enhancing promotional efforts by adding cost-effective yet impactful media.
