Abstract

Indonesia faces challenges and opportunities in the digital era, where industry becomes a threat if human resources do not have sufficient skills to support this change. The digital industry offers great benefits if people have sufficient skills to engage in it. Many entrepreneurs have emerged in the digital era, generating income through online businesses or e-commerce. The use of this industry can provide optimal benefits, especially because the needs of modern humans are fast-paced and practical. Even though many people use gadgets with an internet connection, being just a spectator without actively participating in the digital era can cause losses. Sidingkat Village, which is rich in natural resource potential, especially ibus plants, has not utilized the internet optimally for development and marketing. Karang Taruna youth in this village have free time that has not been used productively. The aim of this Real Work Lecture (KKN) is to develop marketing of ibus plants and provide an understanding of online marketing media to Karang Taruna youth. The method used is the Participation Action Research (PAR) approach, which aims to increase public awareness of the potential and problems they have, as well as providing solutions through change programs. Through this approach, it is hoped that young people can be more productive and use their free time more effectively in the digital era

Abstract

Multidisciplinary approaches are a model that integrates various disciplines to comprehensively analyze and solve complex problems. This model transcends the traditional boundaries between fields of study, such as natural sciences, social sciences, and humanities, to create a more holistic framework. Its goal is to combine diverse methodologies, theories, and perspectives to produce a richer and deeper understanding of a phenomenon, which would be impossible to obtain from a single viewpoint alone. Thus, this model encourages innovation in research, increases the social relevance of scientific findings, and enables the creation of more sustainable solutions. Nevertheless, there are several challenges in implementing a multidisciplinary model. The main obstacles often arise from differences in terminology and methodology between disciplines, as well as institutional structures in academia that tend to favor specialization. However, with strong collaboration and effective communication, these challenges can be overcome, making the multidisciplinary approach a key to building a model of scientific integration that is more adaptive and responsive to the complexities of the modern world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terbatasnya waktu dalam kegiatan bimbingan pemantapan manasik haji di UPT Asrama Haji Embarkasi Banjarmasin Tahun 2024, sehingga diperlukan strategi evaluasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan SWOT terhadap aspek mutawif, metode, serta sarana dan prasarana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan berjalan baik, dengan kekuatan berupa mutawif yang kompeten, metode yang mudah dipahami, dan sarana prasarana yang memadai. Kelemahan yang ditemukan yaitu waktu pelaksanaan yang singkat, kurangnya variasi mutawif, serta belum optimalnya bimbingan bagi lanjut usia. Strategi yang dihasilkan antara lain: peningkatan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan, pelatihan sertifikasi pembimbing, pengaktifan kembali media podcast, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik, dan penyelenggaraan manasik secara berani.
