Kemampuan Memahami dan Keterampilan proses sains merupakan kemampuan dan keterampilan yang harus dikuasai siswa guna tercapainya standar kompetensi lulusan yang ditetapkan kurikulum 2013. Namun, faktanya pembelajaran fisika pada beberapa sekolah menengah atas di Kota Sungai Penuh masih belum memfasilitasi siswa untuk menguasai kemampuan memahami dan keterampilan proses sains. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran berbasis scientific model dalam meningkatkan kemampuan memahami dan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes awal dan tes akhir untuk mengukur kemampuan memahami dan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Hasil perhitungan skor gain yang ternormalisasi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berbasis scientific model dapat meningkatkan kemampuan memahami dan keterampilan proses sains siswa dan hasil perhitungan dengan effect size menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran berbasis scientific model terhadap kemampuan memahami dan keterampilan proses sains siswa dalam kategori besar.Kata kunci: scientific model, kemampuan memahami, keterampilan proses sains, pembelajaran fisika.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT berbantukan media simulasi PhET dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian “Quasi Eksperimen” dengan desain “pretse-postes two group”. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan cara “cluster random sampling” sehingga mendapatkan dua kelas sebagai sampel penelitian. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes hasil belajar ranah kognitif dari C1 hinggan C6 yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Setelah diuji normalitas dan homogenitas darit data yang didaptkan selanjutnya dilakukan uji t pada postes. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa nilai thitung (2,394) > ttabel (1,982) sehingga terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT (Teams-Games-Tournaments) berbantukan media simulasi PhET terhadap hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa pada materi pokok elastisita.

The purpose of this study is to find out the comparative description of student motivation on the newly developed campus in physics learning with a more advanced campus. To get a description of the students motivation, as many as 87 students selected at random from three different campuses were surveyed using Science Motivation Questionnaire II. The science motivation questionnaire consists of five components of motivation: intrinsic motivation, self-determination, self-efficacy, career motivation, and grade motivation. The results show that there is no significant difference between student motivation on the newly developed campus and student motivation on a more advanced campus in physics learning. If it is seen based on the motivation component, it is known that there is no significant difference between all components of student motivation on the newly developed campus with student motivation on campus which is more advanced. Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the students' motivation to learn physics at high school in Kerinci Regency. Methods This research is a survey research with the type of Cross-Sectional Survey. This study indicates that the average motivation for learning physics for male students is 15.50, with a standard deviation of 3.44. In contrast, female students have an average of 16.7, with a standard deviation of 2.39. In conclusion, the average learning motivation of female students is higher than that of male students, and the learning motivation of male students is significantly different compared to the explanation of female students. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the science learning outcomes of Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 10 Sungai Penuh City. This type of research is quasi-experimental, using a Randomized Control-Group Posttest Only Design. The population in this study were all Class VIII students for the 2021/2022 academic year. The sample in this study was selected using a random sampling technique. The results showed that the science learning outcomes of experimental class students using the PBL model obtained a higher average score than the control class using the direct learning model, with an average score of 79.94 for the experimental group and 70.82 for the control group. In conclusion, the PBL learning model influences the science learning outcomes of Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 10 Sungai Penuh. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, PBL, Students

The purpose of this research is to be able to find out the influence of Guided Inquiry learning model assisted by simple teaching aids on physics learning outcomes of students of class XI MIA 12 Kerinci High School. This type of research is an experimental research with the form of Pre-Experimental, One Group Pretest Posttest Design research design. The population in this study were all students of class XI MIA, amounting to 23 students, consisting of 13 female students and 10 male students. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique sampling by determining the characteristics in accordance with the purpose of the study, so that the sample in this study is all students of class XI MIA, amounting to 23 students. From the learning results obtained from the final test after learning, based on the normality and homogeneity test of the learning outcomes of one class of samples it is obtained that the data are normally distributed and homogeneous, so for hypothesis testing a t-test is used. From the calculation results obtained the average value of the Posttest = 79.43 while the average value of the Pre-test results = 46.70. Because and means rejected and accepted. so it can be concluded that there is an influence of guided inquiry learning model assisted by simple teaching aids on physics learning outcomes of students of class XI MIA 12 Kerinci High School on the concept of static fluid in 2019/2020 school year.

This study aims to determine the effect of Interactive Lecture Demonstrations (ILDs) learning models on students' understanding of physics concepts. The research method used was a preliminary experimental research method with a one-group pretest-posttest design that was carried out in class XI students in one of the high schools (SMA) in Kerinci Regency. The sampling technique uses a cluster sampling method. Data collection uses a pre-test and a post-test to measure students' understanding of physics concepts. The results of the calculation of the effect size indicate that the application of learning with Interactive Lecture Demonstrations (ILDs) models has a major effect on the ability of understanding students' physics concepts. The effect size calculation in this study was carried out using the Cohen formula. From the calculation results obtained effect size score of 0.81. This score is in the big category. This shows that the application of the Interactive Lecture Demonstrations (ILDs) learning model has a big influence on students' conceptual understanding ability. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of Interactive Lecture Demonstrations (ILDs) models in learning physics has a great influence on the ability of understanding students' physics concepts.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar fisika. Model penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif dengan motode Pre-Eksperimental Desain dengan Desain penelitian One-Group Pretest Posttest Desain.Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MIPA SMAN 2 Sungai Penuh, dengan pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik Nonprobabilitas Sampling di pilih satu kelas sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kelas X MIPA 5 sebagai kelas Ekperimen, intsrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar fisika berbentuk pilihan ganda dengan pilihan jawaban teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji-t. Rata-rata nilai hasil belajar Pretest di peroleh nilai 67.27 dan nilai rata-rata kelas Eksperimen prettes di peroleh 85.85 yang bearti nilai rata-rata hasil belajar fisika siswa yang di ajarkan mengunakan model pembelajaran Discoveri Learning Lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata hasil belajar yang digunakan guru mengunakan model belajar Tradisional.Berdasarkan perhitungan Uji-t kelas Ekperimen diperoleh hasil nilainya Sig(2-tailed) (0,000) yang bearti lebih kecil dari yang artinya Sig (2-tailed) (0,000) < (0,5) atau sama dengan > dimana 11,089 dan 2.059 maka diterima, jadi hasil pengujian Hipotesis dapat disampaikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar fisika materi getaran harmonis sederhana kelas X MIPA 5 di SMAN 2 Sungai Penuh.

This study aims to determine the effect of interactive simulation media PHET on students' ability to understand physics concepts. The research method used was an initial experimental research method with a one-group pretest-posttest design which was carried out in class XI students at one of the senior high schools in Kerinci Regency. The sampling technique used is group sampling method (cluster sampling). Data collection used the pretest and posttest to measure students' ability to understand physics concepts. The results of the effect size calculations show that the application of learning with interactive simulation media PHET has a major effect on students' ability to understand physics concepts. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of PHET interactive simulation media in learning physics has a major influence on students' ability to understand physics concepts
