Abstract

Central Bangun Jaya is engaged in the sale of building materials. In processing every day inventory control records, its still manually, in order that mistakes frequently arise in pricing items when making income because of the huge variety of styles of merchandise being sold. Similarly, the store frequently does now not reduce stock at some point of a income transaction, ensuing in a difference between the real inventory and the manual recording stock. Because of the problem, this have a look at goals to provide a technique to the difficulties experienced through TB. Central Bangun Jaya. This machine uses programming language PHP, framework laravel, visual Studio Code, and also MySQL. where on this study the use of the waterfall method with the gadget testing approach the use of the Blackbox method and system modeling used, particularly use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and sophistication diagrams. it can be concluded from this studies, the machine created can facilitate the shop in processing inventory management statistics, in order that gadget customers can minimize errors in order to arise and may be predicted to resolve problems that exist in TB. Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial di sekolah semakin meningkat di era digital, lebih fokus pada penggunaan media sosial dengan antusias. Literasi digital dan jaringan menjadi kunci untuk menciptakan lingkungan online yang sehat dan positif. Memahami etika dan risiko media sosial, seperti pelecehan, penindasan maya, dan masalah privasi, menjadikan program literasi digital penting bagi siswa. Program "Meningkatkan Kesadaran Media Sosial melalui Literasi dan Jaringan Digital" bertujuan untuk membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan tentang rumah dan penggunaan media sosial, serta untuk memitigasi risiko. Program tersebut meliputi lokakarya, simulasi, dan diskusi interaktif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang media sosial dan mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam penggunaan media sosial di lingkungan sekolah. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan siswa tentang literasi digital dan jaringan, dengan tes standar menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 90,8%. Hal ini menandakan bahwa siswa tidak hanya memahami teori tetapi dapat menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di dunia digital. Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan bahwa program ini meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap rumah media sosial dan mendorong interaksi yang lebih bermakna di dunia digital. Dengan demikian, hal ini dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih sehat dan aman serta mendorong sekolah untuk mengembangkan individu muda yang antusias dalam media sosial.

Abstract

The UNAMA Library employs information systems to enhance its academic services. Nevertheless, its administrative framework continues to encounter obstacles, such as inadequate service system support for users, constrained resources allocated for the management and upkeep of the system, an absence of standardized protocols for addressing technical challenges, and insufficient assessment system efficacy. If these issues remain unaddressed, the operational effectiveness of the library information system will be compromised, thereby thwarting the objective of delivering dependable information services. This investigation seeks to illuminate the maturity level of information system governance as delineated by COBIT 2019 within the Decision Support Systems (DSS) domain, specifically focusing on the DSS01 (Manage Operations) and DSS02 (Manage Service Requests and Incidents) processes. The findings suggest that the degree of information system governance capability the UNAMA Library is situated at the Established Process level (level 3), signifying that the process has undergone implementation; however, it has yet to be comprehensively documented and consistently evaluated. Moreover, a disparity persists between the existing state and the anticipated capability level of the organization, particularly concerning IT operations management, the standardization incident handling, and the documentation of operational procedures. An elucidation of the expected level is articulated, especially in terms of operational standards, incident documentation, and IT infrastructure oversight. Recommendations encompass the formulation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), the enhancement of documentation practices, and periodic assessments grounded in COBIT 2019. These findings are anticipated to assist libraries in augmenting the efficacy of information systems governance and the quality of IT services.
