Abstract

Gula aren adalah salah satu produk pertanian lokal yang cukup popular di Indonesia namun banyak produsen gula aren yang masih kesulitan dalam memasarkan produknya, terkadang ada yang sudah memiliki pelanggan namun dengan harga jual yang rendah. Salah satu penyebab utamanya yaitu kurangnya pemahaman terhadap branding dan promosi produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk memberi edukasi pentingnya setiap produk memiliki brand identity atau karakteristik yang baik dan menarik sehingga meningkatkan minat konsumen untuk memperoleh produk tersebut serta hal itu mampu meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk yang berimbas pada peningkatan permintaan dan harga produk. Selain itu tim juga mengedukasi bagaimana sistem promosi yang efektif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada saat ini, misalnya dengan memanfaatkan media smartphone. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, Pelaku UMKM gula aren sudah memiliki kesadaran terhadap pentingnya brand identity serta mampu memciptakan brand identity bagi produk mereka.Kata Kunci: gula aren, produk, brand identity, sistem promosi, media, smartphone

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah penerapan akuntansi bagi usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) gula aren yang ada di Desa Margosari dan kendala-kendala apakah yang menghambat UMKM gula aren Tradisonal di Desa Margosari dalam menerapkan akuntansi. Aktivitas yang dilakukan adalah membantu pembuatan pembukuan berdasarkan SAK EMKM pada Desa Margosari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan wawancara yang dilakukan oleh peneliti mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan pada UMKM gula aren di Desa Margosari, Kecamatan Limbangan Kabupaten Kendal, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa para pelaku bisnis gula aren di Desa Margosari sama sekali tidak mengetahui mengenai adanya SAK EMKM, bahkan mereka terkesan asing dan belum pernah mendengar istilah tersebut sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, mereka masih belum menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan SAK EMKM. Hal ini karena kurangnya sosialisasi kepada para pelaku UMKM di Desa Margosari khususnya Kecamatan Limbangan. Para pelaku bisnis gula aren telah melakukan pencatatan, namun pencatatan tersebut masih sangat sederhana, hanya sebatas pemasukan dan pengeluaran, serta pemeliharaan bon-bon utang. Namun, tidak ada tindak lanjut dari pencatatan tersebut. Penyusunan model laporan keuangan UMKM gula aren di Kecamatan Limbangan diawali dengan memproses transaksi yaitu dengan menyusun neraca saldo, menyusun buku pembantu, menyusun harga pokok produksi dan harga pokok penjualan. Setelah itu, dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK EMKM, yaitu menyusun Laporan Laba Rugi, Laporan Posisi Keuangan, dan Catatan atas Laporan Keuangan.

Abstract

With the rapid pace of urbanization, the number of vehicles traveling between cities has increased significantly. As a result, various traffic-related problems have emerged, such as congestion and excessive vehicle volume and types. To address these issues, comprehensive road data collection is essential. Therefore, in this study, we developed an intelligent traffic monitoring system based on You Only Look Once (YOLO) and a Fuzzy Convolutional Neural Network (CFNN), which records traffic volume and vehicle-type information from the roadway. In this system, YOLO is first used for vehicle detection and combined with a vehicle-counting method to calculate traffic flow. Then, two effective models (CFNN and Vector CFNN) along with a network mapping fusion method are proposed for vehicle classification. In our experiments, the proposed methods achieved an accuracy of 90.45% on a public dataset. On this dataset, the average precision and F-measure (F1) of the proposed YOLO-CFNN and YOLO-VCFNN vehicle classification methods reached 99%, outperforming other approaches. On real highways, the proposed YOLO-CFNN and YOLO-VCFNN methods not only attained high F1-scores for vehicle classification but also demonstrated remarkable accuracy in vehicle counting. Furthermore, the system maintained a detection speed of over 30 frames per second. Thus, the proposed intelligent traffic monitoring system is well-suited for real-time vehicle classification and counting in real-world environments.

Abstract

The background of the digital revolution in the chicken farming industry is driven by the urgent need to improve efficiency, overcome operational challenges, and meet increasing market demand. This study has three main objectives, namely, analyzing the influence of financial literacy, digital access, and the characteristics of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) on the adoption of peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platforms and access to MSME financing; evaluating the direct influence of the adoption of P2P lending platforms on access to MSME financing; and evaluating whether financial technology (fintech) regulations moderate the relationship between the adoption of P2P lending platforms and access to MSME financing. Quantitative research methods were used, with a causality and correlation survey design. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy, digital access, and MSME characteristics have a positive effect on the adoption of P2P lending platforms. In addition, the adoption of P2P lending platforms has a positive effect on access to MSME financing. However, fintech regulations do not moderate the relationship between the adoption of P2P lending platforms and access to MSME financing. Financial literacy, digital access, and MSME characteristics also have a positive effect on access to MSME financing.

Abstract

This report presents an analysis of the Implementation of the Marketing Mix Concept in Enhancing the Competitiveness of PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada Partners. The methods applied in this study include direct observation, interviews with participants, and analysis of related documents. The results of the study indicate that the Implementation of the Marketing Mix Concept in Enhancing the Competitiveness of PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada Partners successfully improved students' understanding of the concepts taught, as well as providing new perspectives on the challenges faced in the field. In addition, students' active involvement in field activities helped develop their interpersonal and professional skills. The conclusion of this report emphasizes the significance of the Implementation of the Marketing Mix Concept in Enhancing the Competitiveness of PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada Partners as a bridge between theory and practice, and provides recommendations for improving collaboration between educational institutions and industry to maximize the benefits of this program for students.
