Abstract

Information system Analysis is very important to do to produce easy, effective, efficient, and proper use system for the user. This research is meant to design and apply information system analysis model with the concept of Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Jacob Nielsen’s usability criteria which are learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors and satisfaction. The model of information system analysis Human Computer Interaction (HCI) with five usability criteria can be used as a standard to analyze how far Human Computer Interaction can be applied into the system so that every weakness will be known and system maintenance can be performed. The application Human Computer Interaction model in analysis of Sistem Administrasi Sekolah (SAS) produce a conclusion that only half of Human Computer Interaction concept applied into SAS Dikmenti DKI Jakarta. SAS is easy to be learned and to remember but SAS is not efficient and not yet have the ability to cope the mistake well. Users are satisfied enough with the result achieved through SAS but the facility provided by SAS is considered not enough to accommodate the need of the users.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mempengaruhi sektor pariwisata, terutama bagi masyarakat yang mengelola ekowisata mangrove kawasan pesisir secara swadaya. Seperti persoalan yang dialami mitra masyarakat Ekowisata Mangrove Sungai Bersejarah Kayu Ara Permai, yang disebabkan rendahnya aksesibilitas mitra terhadap kebijakan ekosistem mangrove dan ekowisata kawasan pesisir, baik dari kebijakan pemerintah maupun pihak swasta. Selain itu masalah mitra lainnya, masih melakukan promosi dan penyebarluasan informasi potensi ekowisata secara tradisional, tidak memahami manajemen tata kelola ekowisata yang baik, tidak tersedianya sarana infrastruktur pendukung, termasuk masih rendahnya pengetahuan danpeningkata kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengelola ekowisata menyikapi kebijakan pariwisata masa new normal. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan pendampingan tata kelola administratif, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan FGD (focus group discussion) guna memaksimalkan potensi ekowisata mangrove untuk alternatif ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pertemuan tatap muka dan daring bersama pengurus kelompok pengelola ekowisata, perangkat desa, masyarakat, dan pihak swasta. Hasil kegiatan berupa peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat mengembangkan ekowisata di masa pandemi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan ekowisata, peningkatan ketenteraman atau kesehatan masyarakat umum, dan akses dana melalui kebijakan padat karya di masa pandemi Covid-19 senilai Rp 230 juta dari pemerintah (KLHK) dan swasta, untuk pembangunan infrastruktur ekowisata, sehingga mitra memiliki tambahan modal guna meningkatkan pendapatan dari berbagai potensi Ekowisat Mangrove Kayu Ara Permai. Mitra dan masyarakat sekitar menjadi sadar tahu dan ikut terlibat aktif dalam menggerakkan perekonomian melalui sektor ekowisata, dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of supervision on the performance of employees of industry and trade sub division of supervision of goods and services Riau Province and its inhibiting factors. The type of research used is survey research,primary data source is all employees of Industry and Trade Sub Division of Supervision of goods and services Riau Province amounting to 85 people.Sampling technique by probability with census / saturated sampling technique is the sample taken based on the total population.Data analysis is done descriptively quantitative.The result of the research shows that supervision has positive and significant effect on employee performance with coefficient of determination (r2) value is 0,932,Meaning that 93.2% of employee performance is influenced by supervision.The inhibiting factor in supervision is that the leadership has not conducted regular and structured supervision.In addition there are difficulties in the supervision of goods and services in circulation because many new products and not in accordance with the standards.

Abstract

Performance Faculty of Administrative Sciences can be seen from the performance of employees. This study focuses on the performance of existing units in the Faculty of Administration in carrying out its main duties and functions in order to support the strengthening of Faculty's performance. But in reality the performance of existing units in the faculty of administration of the University of Lancang Kuning showed less satisfactory work. Indicators that are visible include unstructured unit work programs, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, limited budget support and weak leadership which are a constraint in motivating employees to do their job well. The objective of the study was to explain the performance of faculty units and their inhibiting factors. The research method uses qualitative with emphasis on the concept of performance measurement. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview and documentation study. The results showed that the performance of the faculty unit has not run well, this is obtained from the measurement of performance indicators that include job performance, expertise, behavior and leadership. As for the inhibiting factors of faculty unit performance is the limited support of facilities, infrastructure and funding. Besides, the reward and punishment system has not been done to the employee job resulting in the employee's motivation in working to be reduced, besides it is necessary to be given guidance and training for the work unit to understand the duty and function properly.

Abstract

The problems arising from the transfer of the office is the lack of innovation that made the apparatus districts in managing facilities and infrastructure, such as has not been doing renovations / office layout both internal and external. Then less stable governance for not referring to the spatial plan. The objectives to be achieved is to analyze how the organizational culture at the Head Office of Coastal Rumbai Pekanbaru and analyze barriers in organizational culture Rumbai Coastal District Office of Pekanbaru. Research done at the District Office Rumbai coastal city of Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the apparatus of the district office. They were selected because it was affordable. Camat serve as Key Informants. The sampling technique used is the census. Sources and types of data in this study are primary and secondary. In order to gather the necessary data, then used observation, interview and questionnaire. Data was analyzed by qualitative deskriftip. The research activities conducted in the organizational culture known Rumbai Coastal District Office has been running pretty well. Because in general, spilil state apparatus (ASN) in the District Rumbai Coastal already memahmi understanding organizational culture. Namely, a characteristic which is upheld by the organization and being a role model organization as a differentiator between one organization to another or organizational culture is also defined as the values and norms of behavior accepted and understood jointly by members of the organization as a basis in the rules of conduct contained within the organization.

Abstract

The Indonesian people are always faced with the problem of how to build a clean government and good (good governance and clean government ) . Bureaucracy is expected to be a motivator and as well as a catalyst of the passing of development, not able to perform its role as a modern bureaucracy not only promote the capacity to organize the tasks and functions of the organization , but also capable of responding to the aspirations of the public into the activities and programs of the organization and is able to bring new innovations aimed at facilitate the performance of the organization and as a part of the manifestation of the professional apparatus. In the perspective of public administration Indonesia known to a wide range of pathologies that make bureaucrats or officials are not professional in their duties and functions include low motivation to change and innovate. Given the urgency of the apparatus role in organizing role and function , it would need to be sought and formulated a strategic approach to build the new face of professional personnel that are reliable , responsive , flexible and innovative in providing services and procedural development implementation.This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach , data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and documentation . The selection of informants by using purposive sampling so didapatlah informants in accordance with the criteria. Further analysis of the data through the interpretation of ethics and EMIC is further elaborated in the study of governance in accordance with the governance discussion is being investigated.The results of the study of responsiveness and innovation apparatus Subdistrict Bukitraya well in order to give service to the community as well as in the implementation of the tasks that others have started to lead to the vision of districts Bukitraya namely the realization of the District Bukitraya The Professionals In The Governance and Service to Society , it's just not done optimally.

Abstract

purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the ability of village apparatus in compiling village profiles and utilizing village profiles in village development planning. This research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the profile of Tarai Bangun village had not been arranged accurately, actual and comprehensively because in filling out the village profile it had not fully used the correct data sources and procedures. This is inseparable from the low level of village apparatus capacity and lack of community participation and the lack of budget used in collecting village profile data. Furthermore, in utilizing village profile data which is expected to be used as a baseline with village development actors in supporting planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, evaluating and policies, programs and activities in Tarai Bangun village, it cannot be realized. Another obstacle is the lack of attention of the regional government in collecting village profiles so that the use of village profile data cannot be used as inputs or sources of information in village development planning. Therefore, there is a need for local government policies to improve the knowledge and skills of village officials through the provision of training and training or assistance in filling out village profiles in accordance with the format of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 12 of 2007.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) How Ethics of the Customer Service Officers of PT. Avia Jaya Indah at PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia, (2) Any obstacles in implementing Ethics in the Customer Service Officers of PT. Avia Jaya Indah at PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia. This research method is qualitative research, after the data in the field are collected through observation, interviews and documentation, the data is clarified according to the type of data, then the data is analyzed qualitatively to describe or describe the factors that lead to the Customer Service Ethics of PT Avia Jaya Indah at PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia in Pekanbaru is not running as it should. The results of this study indicate that (1) The overall ethics of customer service serving PT. Avia Jaya Indah is good enough and in accordance with the specified indicators, but there are still some shortcomings, such as still often found CSI employees have not used greeting generously, still often found employees who are dressed in uniform and harmonious and there are still employees who are less professional in responding to work due to lack of information and understanding of Customer Service Officers on going work in the field. (2) Obstacles that occur in implementing service ethics at PT. Avia Jaya indah is that there is still lack of professionalism in communication with customers, no follow-up regarding follow-up of requests to the customer concerned, lack of Customer Service knowledge about work in progress in the field and lack of daily evaluations of supervisor work results of customer service employees

Abstract

Fenomena yang peneliti temui dilapangan berkaitan dengan bagaimana seorang pemimpin perempuan berkoordinasi,berkomunikasi dan menyeimbangkan antara karir dan rumah tangga, serta kultur yang kurang mendukung wanita bekerj .Konsep teori dalam dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada konsep kepemimpinan. teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Adapun jenis penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan deskriptif Kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa ibu lurah harus lebih intensif melakukan pendekatan pendekatan kepada pegawainya,melalui komunikasi yang intensif,selalu memotivasi pegawai dalam bekerja dan mengutamakan disiplin dan kejujuran kepada pegawai. Hambatan yang dimiliki ibu lurah berasal dari kurangnya sarana dan prasarana kantor kelurahan,usia ibu lurah yang relative muda sehingga sulit berkomunikasi dengan pegawai yang lebih tua dan hambatan ekternal kantor kelurahan. saran penulis adalah bahwasanya ibu lurah harus lebih intensif melobi kepala kecamatan untuk kelengkapan sarana prasarana kantor, harus bisa lebih mempengaruhi pagawai dalam kebijakan kebijakannya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk menguatkan kelembagaan kampung iklim Kelurahan Tobekgodang, dan membuka akses dukungan kebijakan proklim dari pemerintah. Metode kegiatan dengan sosialisasi secara luring dan daring, pendampingan administratif, dan pelatihan bantuan Proklim. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini terjadi peningkatan eksistensi kelembagaan kampung Iklim Kelurahan Tobekgodang, peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan Proklim setelah mendapat dukungan prasarana mitigasi dan adaptasi perubahan iklim, peningkatan kemampuan SDM serta manfaat yang dapat langsung diaplikasikan untuk membentuk masyarakat berketahanan iklim di tingkat tapak.Abstract: Efforts to mitigate and adapt to climate change in Indonesia are still constrained by the climate village institutional program (Proklim) at the site level. The purpose of this community service is to strengthen the climate village institution of Tobekgodang Village, and to open access to pro-climate policy support from the government. Methods of offline and dare socialization activities, administrative assistance, and training for Proklim assistance. From the results of this service activity, there was an increase in the existence of the Climate Village institution, Tobekgodang Village, the increase in the institutional capacity of Proklim after receiving the support of climate change mitigation and adaptation infrastructure, increasing the capacity of human resources and benefits that can be directly applied to form a climate-resilient community at the site.
