Abstract

Makanan merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia yang berperan penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan hidup dan pembangunan bangsa. Pola konsumsi petani, yang dipengaruhi oleh gaya hidup, kondisi sosial ekonomi, dan ketersediaan makanan bergizi, memainkan peran strategis dalam mencapai status gizi optimal. Namun, di Kecamatan Wonomulyo, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, skor Pola Pangan Ideal (PPH) masyarakat masih relatif rendah meskipun wilayah ini memiliki potensi pertanian yang signifikan. Rendahnya skor PPH ini menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan konsumsi masyarakat belum memenuhi standar keamanan, nutrisi, keseimbangan, dan keberagaman tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengidentifikasi komponen bahan-bahan makanan petani untuk mencapai konsumsi ideal mereka, (2) menganalisis peran Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) dalam meningkatkan pola konsumsi rumah tangga, (3) Analisis hubungan PPL dengan pola konsumsi dalam rangka meraih Angka Kecukupan Energi (AKE). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode food recall 7x24 jam, skala likert untuk melihat tingkat peran pendampingan PPL. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis tingkat hubungan menggunakan rank spearman correlation analysis dan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pola konsumsi petani. Berdasarkan hasil penenlitian ditemukan bahwa beras adalah makanan pokok petani dan tahu tempe menjadi lauk utamanya. Rata-rata AKE aktual dari pola konsumsi petani adalah sebesar 1.644,42 kkal/kapita/hari dengan AKP sebesar 52,53 gram/kapita/hari. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa hasil yang didapatkan masih dibawah standar. Peran edukator dengan AKE memiliki hubungan yang signifikan sementara pola konsumsi tidak memiliki hubungan dengan penyuluh karena belum meratanya penyuluhan mengenai pola konsumsi kepada petani. Food is a basic human need that plays an important role in supporting the sustainability of life and national development. Farmers' consumption patterns, which are influenced by lifestyle, socio-economic conditions and the availability of nutritious food, play a strategic role in achieving optimal nutritional status. However, in Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency, the community's Ideal Food Pattern (PPH) score is still relatively low even though this area has significant agricultural potential. This low PPH score indicates that people's consumption habits do not meet the standards of safety, nutrition, balance and diversity. The aims of this research are (1) to identify the components of farmers' food ingredients to achieve their ideal consumption, (2) to analyze the role of field agricultural instructors (PPL) in improving consumption patterns rhouseholds, (3) Analysis of the relationship between PPL and consumption patterns in order to achieve the Energy Adequacy Rate (EAR). This research is a quantitative research using the 7x24 hour food recall method, a Likert scale to see the level of PPL's ​​mentoring role. The analysis used is relationship level analysis spearman rank correlation analysis and analysis linear regression multiple ways to find out the factors that influence farmers' consumption patterns. Based on the research results, it was found that rice is the staple food for farmers and tofu and tempeh is the main side dish. The actual average AKE from farmers' consumption patterns is 1,644.42 kcal/capita/day with AKP of 52.53 grams/capita/day. These results show that the results obtained are still below standard. The role of educators with AKE has a significant relationship while consumption patterns have no relationship with extension workers because there is not even distribution of information regarding consumption patterns to farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the financial performance of culinary sector MSMEs in Makassar City. The variables used in this study include Financial Literacy, Financial Management, Access to Capital, Product Innovation, Payment Gateway, Age of Business Actors, Length of Formal Education, Business Experience, and dummy variables to differentiate MSME scale categories (micro, small, and medium enterprises). The study population includes all 9,479 culinary sector MSMEs in Makassar City, with sampling using proportional stratified random sampling techniques to obtain 99 respondents. Data collection was carried out through documentation, questionnaires, and direct observation of business actors. Data analysis methods include descriptive percentage analysis, instrument testing (validity and reliability), classical assumption testing (heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity), multiple linear regression analysis, dummy variable testing, and hypothesis testing using the F test, coefficient of determination (R²), and t test. The study uses quantitative methods. The results of the study showed that the coefficient of determination (R²) value was 0.826, indicating that 82.6% of the variation in MSME financial performance could be explained by the independent variables in the model. The F test produced a calculated F value of 47.524, which was greater than the F table of 2.05, so the research model was declared significant simultaneously. Meanwhile, the results of the t test showed that all independent variables had a significant influence on financial performance because the calculated t value was greater than the t table (1.987). The dummy variable test showed that micro businesses had a lower influence on financial performance compared to small businesses, while small businesses showed a more significant and better influence than medium businesses. The results of this study indicate that business scale also determines the variation in financial performance of culinary MSMEs in Makassar City. Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kualitas dan produktivitas tembakau secara berkelanjutan memerlukan pemahaman terhadap faktor genetik dan karakter morfofisiologi tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pertumbuhan vegetatif dan generatif beberapa varietas tembakau lokal dan unggul berdasarkan karakter morfofisiologi sebagai dasar seleksi varietas adaptif berdaya hasil tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian, Peternakan, dan Perikanan Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare pada Januari–Juni 2025 menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok non-faktorial dengan empat varietas, yaitu Ico Lalo, Ico Sse, Kemloko, dan Prancak-95. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parameter fisiologis berupa jumlah dan kerapatan stomata berbeda nyata antar varietas. Varietas Ico Lalo menunjukkan performa pertumbuhan terbaik berdasarkan kecenderungan nilai rerata karakter vegetatif dan generatif. Karakter morfofisiologi, khususnya stomata dan kandungan klorofil, berpotensi digunakan sebagai indikator seleksi varietas tembakau adaptif berdaya hasil tinggi.

Abstract

Pangan adalah isu yang sensitif di mana asupan makanan yang bergizi sangat jauh dari ideal di beberapa negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Pemahaman tentang keragaman makanan yang tersedia dengan berbagai alternatif untuk dikonsumsi juga sangat terbatas. Pola konsumsi pangan yang beragam, bergizi, berimbang dan aman adalah sesuatu yang sangat penting. Untuk itu, merancang solusi alternatif dan merekomendasikan kemungkinan bagi perbaikan pangan dan gizi pada tingkat masyarakat , khususnya petani sebagai sumber produksi sumber daya pangan. Studi ini meneliti pola konsumsi pangan pada keluarga petani yang berbasis program pemberdayaan. Riset ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli hingga Agustus 2025 di Kelurahan Takatidung di Kecamatan Polewali, Sulawesi Barat.  Melibatkan 35 keluarga tani dan beberapa stakeholder terkait yang berhubungan dengan pangan. Kuesioner frekuensi makan yang divalidasi dan penarikan recall makan 24 jam diberikan kepada sampel total 34 keluarga petani. Analisis Deskriftif, Analisis Pola Pangan Harapan (PPH), serta Regresi Linear Berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data.Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa faktor sosial, ekonomi, budaya, pengetahuan gizi, pendapatan, jumlah keluarga, pendidikan dan usia sangat memengaruhi pola konsumsi pangan keluarga tani di wilayah penelitian. Mayoritas rumah tangga  tani menerapkan pola konsumsi yang cukup terhadap umbi-umbian, pangan hewani, sayur dan buah. Keluarga tani seharusnya dapat menerapkan pola konsumsi pangan yang ideal dengan berbagai alternatif seperti memanfaatkan pangan sumber protein, pengelolaan pangan, dan pengetahuan gizi sehingga dapat mencapai pola pangan yang ideal, makanan sehat berbiaya rendah, manajemen kelembagaan yang baik dalam merancang  penciptaan kesadaran dan program  pemberdayaan  untuk mendorong produksi pangan dan mendapatkan akses makanan bergizi. Food is a sensitive issue where nutritious food intake is far from ideal in some developing countries, such as Indonesia. Understanding of the diversity of available foods with various alternatives for consumption is also very limited. A diverse, nutritious, balanced, and safe food consumption pattern is very important, designing alternative solutions and recommending possibilities for improving food and nutrition at the community level, especially for farmers as a source of food resource production. This study examines food consumption patterns in farming families based on an empowerment program. This research was conducted from July 2025 to August 2025 in Takatidung Village in Polewali District, West Sulawesi. Involving a sampling of 35 farming families and several related stakeholders related to food. A validated food frequency questionnaire and 24-hour food recall were administered to a total sample of 34 farming families. Descriptive Analysis, Expected Food Pattern Analysis (PPH), and Multiple Linear Regression were used to analyze the data. This study also confirms that social, economic, cultural factors, nutritional knowledge, income, family size, education, and age greatly influence the food consumption patterns of farming families in the research area. The majority of farming households apply sufficient consumption patterns for tubers, animal foods, vegetables, and fruits. Farming families should be able to apply ideal food consumption patterns with various alternatives, such as utilizing protein sources, food management, and nutritional knowledge, so that they can achieve ideal food patterns, low-cost healthy food, and good institutional management in designing awareness creation and empowerment programs to encourage food production and gain access to nutritious food.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of product quality, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at the Pattallassang Motor repair shop. The population in this study are all people who own motorbikes. Using the Maholtra formula, the sample size was determined as 140 respondents. The type of data used is descriptive quantitative obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research results show that product quality and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. This indicates that customers tend to be satisfied with the products and services provided by the Pattallassang Motor repair shop. However, price does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This shows that price is not the main factor influencing customer satisfaction at the workshop. Statistical analysis uses the SPSS version 25 application to test the influence of these variables. The results confirm that product quality and service quality have a significant impact in increasing customer satisfaction, while price does not have a significant impact in this regard.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perspektif ekoteologi Islam dalam kearifan lokal masyarakat Kajang, memetakan penelitian terdahulu, serta mengidentifikasi implikasinya terhadap pengembangan pendidikan lingkungan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis library research melalui telaah literatur terhadap berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku akademik, dan hasil penelitian terkait ekoteologi Islam, pendidikan lingkungan, dan kearifan lokal masyarakat Kajang yang terbit pada periode 2020–2026. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif-kritis dengan menekankan integrasi teori, temuan penelitian, dan identifikasi research gap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai adat masyarakat Kajang seperti kamase-masea, penghormatan terhadap hutan adat, prinsip kehati-hatian dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya alam, serta larangan eksploitasi lingkungan memiliki keselarasan dengan konsep ekoteologi Islam seperti tauhid, khalifah, amanah, dan mizan. Kearifan lokal tersebut membentuk sistem etika lingkungan berbasis spiritualitas dan kolektivitas sosial yang berfungsi menjaga keberlanjutan ekologis masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa nilai-nilai ekologis masyarakat Kajang memiliki relevansi kuat terhadap pengembangan pendidikan Islam ekologis melalui integrasi nilai religius, budaya lokal, dan kesadaran lingkungan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pentingnya rekonstruksi pendidikan Islam yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada aspek ritualistik, tetapi juga responsif terhadap isu lingkungan hidup berbasis nilai budaya dan spiritualitas lokal. Penelitian selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk mengembangkan studi empiris mengenai implementasi pendidikan Islam berbasis ekoteologi masyarakat adat dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan formal maupun nonformal.
