Abstract

This research discusses important strategies for building intellectual capital in Indonesian educational institutions, detailing crucial steps such as professional recruitment, human resource development through mentoring and regular performance evaluations, and the creation of a positive working climate in schools. In addition, the study recognizes the key role of technology in improving accessibility and quality of learning, while scrutinizing potential risks such as over-reliance and access gaps. The conclusions provide deep insights into the strategies needed by educational institutions to face global competition, providing an essential basis for the development of education policies that are more effective and responsive to the changing dynamics in education.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan selama dua dekade terakhir ini banyak dibahas memimpin menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, artinya lembaga-lembaga pendidikan membutuhkan perubahan yang signifikan dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional.  Artikel jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepala sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang menerapkan konsep kepemimpinan transformasional dari ciri-ciri, dimensi, konsep perilaku, sampai prinsip-prinsip dengan membahas konsep pengetahuan lainnya dari hasil penelitian bertujuan sebagai penguat penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional ini. Metode penelian yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara serta observasi untuk membawa perubahan sekolah yang dipimpinnya. Metode penelian yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara serta observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, penerapan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah di SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang yaitu perubahan bagi masyarakat sekolah yang dibawa melalui motivasi inspiratif, menjadi teladan yang baik, visi yang dicapai secara jelas, menciptakan inovasi baru, pengawasan dan evaluasi kegiatan proses belajar mengajar dan penerapan konsep pengetahuan prisip-prinsip lain yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this discussion is to examine how the success of student learning outcomes is influenced by teachers' approaches to educating students and to assess the level of professionalism among teachers in Indonesia, particularly in each school. This study employs a literature review method, incorporating relevant research findings. Numerous studies indicate a strong correlation between teaching quality and student achievement. While cognitive outcomes show a significant improvement, affective and psychomotor outcomes also demonstrate notable growth. It is strongly recommended that teachers thoroughly prepare their lessons, as this preparation directly impacts student learning outcomes, aligning with the school's vision and mission, as well as the expectations of students' parents.
