Abstract

This research was motivated by the importance of facility and infrastructure management in supporting the tahfidz (Qur'an memorization) learning process at SMK Telkom Jakarta. Well-managed facilities play a significant role in creating a comfortable learning environment for students, teachers, and staff, enabling teaching and learning activities to run optimally. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach with research subjects including the principal, vice principal for facility management, facility coordinators, teachers, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings showed that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Telkom Jakarta was already well-executed, covering planning, implementation, monitoring, and routine evaluation. This included the procurement of facilities that meet the needs of tahfidz learning, control over facility usage, and repairs of damaged facilities. Key supporting factors in the management of facilities include full support from the principal and competent teaching staff. However, some challenges were identified, particularly in the procurement of facilities, which is only conducted once a year, except for consumable items. Evaluations and repairs are carried out through weekly and monthly meetings and followed up based on damage reports available in the suggestion box. Overall, this study concludes that the management of facilities and infrastructure plays a crucial role in supporting the success of tahfidz learning at SMK Telkom Jakarta, although there are still challenges that need to be addressed, especially regarding more flexible facility procurement.Keywords: Management, Facilities, Tahfidz Learning. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran tahfidz di SMK Telkom Jakarta. Sarana dan prasarana yang dikelola dengan baik berperan besar dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang nyaman bagi siswa, guru, dan staf, sehingga aktivitas belajar mengajar dapat berjalan dengan optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, waka manajemen sarana, kaur sarana, guru, serta siswa. Data diperoleh melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SMK Telkom Jakarta sudah berjalan dengan baik, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, hingga evaluasi yang dilakukan secara rutin. Hal ini mencakup pengadaan fasilitas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran tahfidz, kontrol penggunaan fasilitas, dan perbaikan fasilitas yang rusak. Faktor pendukung utama dalam pengelolaan sarana prasarana ini adalah adanya dukungan penuh dari kepala sekolah serta tenaga pengajar yang kompeten. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala, terutama dalam hal pengadaan fasilitas yang hanya dilakukan sekali dalam setahun, kecuali untuk barang-barang yang habis pakai. Evaluasi dan perbaikan sarana dilakukan melalui rapat mingguan dan bulanan, serta ditindaklanjuti berdasarkan laporan kerusakan yang tersedia di kotak saran. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana berperan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran tahfidz di SMK Telkom Jakarta, meskipun masih ada beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi, terutama terkait pengadaan fasilitas yang lebih fleksibel.Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Sarana Prasarana, Pembelajaran Tahfidz.

Abstract

The Qur'anic Maqasid in the verses that are almost formal in formalising Islamic Shari'a are as follows: Al-Baqarah/2: 208 emphasising the importance of entering the religion of Islam with its universal values that apply to all human beings. Al-Ma'idah/4:60 explains that taghut is a being other than Allah that is worshipped, and that it is important to obey the legitimate leader. Al-Ma'idah/5:44 gives the definition of disbelief as the disobedience of religious believers to the laws of the heavenly religions, while providing benefits to all humanity. Al-Ma'idah/5:45 and 47 indicate that zalim and fasik are terms for followers of any religion who do not follow the legal provisions of their holy book and do not provide benefits. An-Nisa/4:59 explains that ulil amri are leaders who are just, trustworthy and beneficial. Finally, An-Nisa/4:65 states that Muhammad's shari'a is a just Islamic shari'a and ijtihad law based on justice. All these verses represent the moral ideal of the Qur'an, which aims to fulfil the benefit of mankind and emphasises that the Qur'an is a relevant revelation for all time and place.
