Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi nilai-nilai tasawuf akhlaqi dalam pembentukan akhlak santri putri di Madrasah Diniyah Taklimiyah (MADITA) Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai tasawuf akhlaqi—seperti ikhlas, sabar, tawadhu’, dan tanggung jawab—dilakukan melalui kegiatan intra-kurikuler (pembelajaran kitab Akhlaqu lil Banat dan Ta’lim al-Muta’allim), ko-kurikuler (hafalan dan setoran nadzom), serta diperkuat oleh kegiatan ekstra-kurikuler (pengajian kitab Taisirul Khollaq dan Ihya’ Ulumuddin). Seluruh proses ini mencerminkan tahapan dalam tasawuf: takhalli (pengosongan sifat tercela), tahalli (penghiasan diri dengan sifat mulia), dan tajalli (pancaran akhlak dalam perilaku nyata). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembinaan akhlak berbasis tasawuf akhlaqi di lingkungan madrasah diniyah memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter santri secara menyeluruh. Abstract

A court decision represents a concrete form of legal application by a panel of judges in resolving a case. The issue in this study lies in how the views and legal considerations of the panel of judges were formulated in rendering the decision in Case No. 227/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Prob at the Religious Court of Probolinggo. This study aims to analyze the legal basis, judicial considerations, and the consistency of the panel’s legal reasoning in the decision. The research method used is normative juridical with a case study approach, where data was obtained through document studies of the court decision and relevant literature. The results indicate that the panel of judges in this case based their considerations on the aspects of substantive justice and the principle of legal benefit for the disputing parties. Furthermore, it was found that the legal reasoning in the decision took into account a balance between legal values and societal social norms. These findings highlight the importance of consistency and clarity in formulating legal considerations so that the resulting decision can reflect a sense of justice for society.

Abstract

Community service through the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) program in Blado Kulon Village, Tegal Siwalan District, Probolinggo Regency was carried out using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. This approach was chosen because it emphasizes the utilization of community assets, strengths, and local potential, particularly in the tilapia fish farming sector, which serves as the village’s main asset. Through the ABCD method and Appreciative Inquiry, the mentoring process was implemented in five key stages: discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny. This program focused on developing community capacity, especially among members of the Mina Mandiri tilapia farming group (POKDAKAN), in enhancing their knowledge and skills in digital marketing. The results of the program indicate positive changes within the community, particularly in business management, mindset, and the ability to utilize social media as a marketing platform. Training activities, including the creation of Shopee and Lazada accounts and the optimization of WhatsApp Business, contributed to increased creativity and independence in promoting tilapia farming products. These findings reinforce that the ABCD approach effectively fosters self-reliance, confidence, and empowerment within the community to develop its local potential. Overall, the digital marketing assistance program based on local assets proved effective in improving the capacity of the Blado Kulon Village community. This initiative is expected to serve as an initial step toward further business innovation development and strengthening the village economy through community-based assets.
