Abstract

Islamic boarding schools have various functional units, apart from the existing Islamic boarding school education, there are business units called cooperation. The success of management in cooperation cannot be separated from the skills of the management elements in managing the cooperation. One aspect that needs to be considered is the formation of the entrepreneurial spirit of the students. This research aims to find out how the management of the Ainul Hasan Islamic boarding school cooperation (Koperasi Pondok Pesantren/Kopontren) is implemented, and to find out the role of the Ainul Hasan Islamic boarding school Cooperation (Kopontren) in forming the entrepreneurial spirit of students. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation with Islamic boarding school caregivers, Kopontren administrators, alumni and several students of the Ainul Hasan Islamic boarding school. The research results showed that the management of the Ainul Hasan Islamic boarding school cooperation (Kopontren) is quite good in implementing its management system because it is seen from the management function which really supports management activities so that the desired goals can be achieved well. The implementation of Ainul Hasan's Islamic boarding school cooperation management (Kopontren) in forming the entrepreneurial spirit of students is by holding entrepreneurship training for students to make brooches from flannel which is held once a week. By implementing good Islamic boarding school cooperation management and entrepreneurship training, students can form the entrepreneurial spirit and help students become successful entrepreneurs in the future.

Abstract

The era of globalization, development phenomena are described in increasingly complex problems. The management of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa/ABDes) in Jurang Jero Village, Gading District, Probolinggo Regency has been implemented in accordance with the budget management mechanism, from the preparation stage, assessment stage, alternative activity planning stage (planning), action plan formulation stage, activity implementation stage (implementation), Evaluation stage and termination stage. And there are also factors that hamper Village APBDes Management in the Village, namely the difficulty of unifying Perceptions Regarding Budget Use, Reporting Systems and Disbursement Mechanisms which are influenced by the quality of Human Resources. APBDes Management Efforts are to Unify Perceptions Regarding Budget Use, Reporting Systems and Disbursement Mechanisms. In this way, the inhibiting factors in APBDes Management in Jurang Jero Village, Gading District, Probolinggo Regency, have been resolved. The type of research used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and interview guides were used only in the form of an outline of the problem. Assessment of alternative activity planning stages (planning), action plan formulation stage (formulation action plan), implementation stage, evaluation stage, and termination stage. The inhibiting factor in managing the Village Budget and Expenditures in Jurang Jero Village, Gading District, Probolinggo Regency is the difficulty of unifying perceptions regarding the use of budgets and reporting systems, as well as disbursement mechanisms.

Abstract

The background of this research is the development of the times and advances in science and technology which require graduates or boarding school graduates to not only be proficient in the field of religion, but also to be able to compete and have skills and independence and have an entrepreneurial spirit so that in the future they will have a role in developing the economy of the surrounding community. So the role of minimarkets for students is very important to train them in business and doing business. Islamic boarding schools also benefit from the existence of learning media for students in entrepreneurship, both in terms of leadership, management, financial management, and so on. From these various advantages, the economic potential of Islamic boarding schools can be categorized as very useful and contributes to the Indonesian economy. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. The research object is an Islamic boarding school. The research results show that personal factors in entrepreneurship are seeking profits and creating jobs. The entrepreneurial knowledge gained can produce the mindset and behavior of becoming an entrepreneur. This is supported by the Santri's ability as mentors to create ideas for making new products and are willing to accept suggestions/input from other people to come up with creative and innovative actions.

Abstract

Semakin banyaknya pesaing dalam menguasai pasar, sebuah institut atau lembaga usaha dipaksa untuk membentuk strategi terbaik mereka untuk menarik para konsumen. Begitu pula dengan lembaga keuangan syari’ah. Setelah mendapatkan beberapa nasabah, langkah selanjutnya adalah bagaimana nasabah tersebut tetap setia pada lembaga keuangan digunakan mempertahankan jumlah nasabah agar tidak berpaling pada pesaing. Hal inilah yang disebut dengan loyalitas konsumen. Loyalitas konsumen memberikan keuntungan yang sangat besar pada suatu perusahaan. Selain mempertahankan konsumen yang ada, dapat juga mempermudah dalam mendapatkan konsumen baru. Loyalitas bisa didapatkan jika pelanggan merasa puas dengan segala hal yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan mendapatkan melalui obeservasi dan wawancara langsung pada nasabah mudharabah di KSPPS BTM SANG SURYA PAMEKASAN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling banyak menjadi penyebab terbentuknya loyalitas konsumen pada produk tabunga nmudharabah di KSPPS BTM SANG SURYA PAMEKASAN adalah legalitas koperasi, dan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah KSPPS BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Pasongsongan. Sedangkan subjeknya adalah Anggota KSPPS BMT NU yang berjumlah 5 (lima) orang dengan 1 (satu) informan KSPPS BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Pasongsongan. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk validasi data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data ada tiga, yaitu: Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data, dan Menarik Kesimpulan dan Verifikasi. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa (1) kualitas pelayanan KSPPS BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Pasongsongan. cukup memuaskan pelanggan. Namun masih ada faktor yang membuat pelanggan merasa cukup puas yaitu keterbatasan waktu. (2) Terdapat empat faktor yang menentukan kualitas pelayanan penjemputan produk tabungan terhadap kepuasanAnggotapada KSPPS BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Pasongsongan, yaitu Responsivness, Reliability, Assurance, dan terakhir Emphaty (Empati). (3) Tingkat kualitas penjemputan produk tabungan terhadap kepuasan Anggota dilakukan oleh KSPPS BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Pasongsongan yaitu dengan memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang terbaik dan memenuhi keinginan Anggota sehingga Anggota akan puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Petugas KSPPS BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Pasongsongan.

Abstract

Dalam konteks keputusan pembelian di toko perhiasan Naga Akbar, kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan kesenangan konsumen memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kecenderungan untuk melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh secara bersama-sama dari customer delight, customer loyalty, dan customer satisfaction terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui accidental sampling dengan mengedarkan kuesioner kepada 100 konsumen perhiasan di toko Naga Akbar Semampir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hitung sebesar 22,119, yang lebih besar dari nilai F tabel (2,70). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara customer delight (X1), customer loyalty (X2), dan customer satisfaction (X3) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the distribution method, determine the weaknesses and deficiencies as well as the opportunities and threats in the sale of purebred chicken eggs used at the Berkah Abadi farm in Opo-opo Village. Based on the results of the study, the steps used in the marketing method of broiler eggs at Berkah Abadi Farm in Opo-opo Village are by using three sales patterns, namely the first. from breeders to wholesalers (poultry shop) after that it is distributed to middle traders, after that it goes to retailers, then it is distributed to consumers. The second pattern is from breeders, distributed to middle traders, after that retail traders, then distributed to consumers. And the third method is from breeders distributed to retail traders and then directly distributed to consumers. Another appropriate pattern that can be used in selling purebred chicken eggs is by using internal strength, in this way it can prevent external threats so that it will not have an excessively negative impact on egg marketing. Then by maintaining the quality of the eggs so that they remain quality eggs by keeping the chickens from getting sick and later this will also help make the farm sustainable. Abstract

This research examined the use of gesture on Mind Your Language movie season 1-5 perspective George Yule perspective. Mind Your Language movie is about condition of school or class that students from different country such as Italy, Germany, Greece, Spain, France, China, Japan, India and Pakistan. The objectives are to know the gesture used and how the gesture used on Mind Your Language movie based on George Yule perspective. The researcher used documentation to collect the data. During the process of research process, researchers here should see and hear repeatedly from “The Mind Your Language Movie”, then researchers showing the picture which one is showing the gesture, make every effort to collect and copy data which is related to the research. After that, the researchers finally processed it by using content analysis in a gesture based on George Yule perspective that are three Iconic, Deictic, and Beats. The result of this study is the researcher finds thirty eight gestures based on George Yule perspective that are iconic are twenty, deictic seven, and beats eleven. Each of the three gestures has different language functions ad meaning. Gestures on this movie used by teacher and students both in the classroom or outside the classroom.

Abstract

Bank merupakan salah satu lembaga yang berperan sebagai perantara keuangan yang memiliki peran penting bagi perekonomian suatu negara. Diera globalisasi saat ini cukup banyak bank konvensional yang telah membuka atau mendirikan cabang yang bersifat syariah. Jenis data yang dalam pendekatan penelitian ini adalah data deskriptif komperatif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 3 bank konvensional yang terdiri dari bank BCA, bank BNI, dan bank BRI dan 3 bank syariah yang terdiri dari bank BSI, bank MEGA S, dan bank BTN S dengan periode tahun 2020-2022. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini ialah uji independen sampel t-test dan homogenitas sapiro wilk. Dengan pendekatan rasio Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Loan To Deposit Ration (LDR), Non Perfoming Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ration (CAR), Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO). Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai ROA tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, nilai ROE menunjukan ada perbedaan yang signifikan, nilai NPL tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan, untuk nilai LDR ada perbedaan yang sifnifikan, nilai CAR juga memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan, dan untuk nilai BOPO memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan. Akan tetapi jika ditinjau dari aspek keseluruhan bank syariah belum mampu menunjukan kinerja keuangan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kinerja keuangan bank konvensional.
