Abstract

Negara Indonesia adalah Negara Hukum hal ini tertuang Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945artinya segala aktivitas manusia harus berlandaskan hukum termasuk dalam hal ini membeli barang online juga memiliki hukum yang mengatur yaitu di dalam undang-undang nomor 8 tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hak dan Kewajban Konsumen dalam Jual Beli Barang Online Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dan Untuk mengetahui Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Konsumen Yang Mengalami Kerugian Akibat Jual Beli Online Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Hak dan Kewajiban para pihak dalam transaksi secara online diatur dalam Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen. Hak konsumen diatur dalam Pasal 4, Kewajiban konsumen diatur dalam Pasal 5, sedangkan Hak pelaku usaha diatur dalam Pasal 6 dan Kewajiban pelaku usaha diatur dalam pasal 7. Dan Jika konsumn atau pembeli melakukan transaksi membeli barang terdapat permasalahan maka dapat menggunakan sarana Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen yang mana sebagai pedoman bagi konsumen terutama untuk memperjuangkan hak-haknya untuk melindungi kepentingannya.

Abstract

Islamic economic development does not only measure the level of prosperity in the world, but is much more important than that, namely how prosperity will be in the afterlife. Economic inequality is a serious problem faced in many countries, including Indonesia. The application of Islamic economics can be a solution to overcome this problem with the principles of justice and fair distribution. Even though in Indonesia, Islamic economics is increasingly gaining attention with government initiatives and sharia financial institutions, there are still challenges such as a lack of understanding, regulations and policies that support the comprehensive development of Islamic economics. Research on the role of Islamic economics in overcoming economic inequality and realizing development in Indonesia is important to provide a deeper understanding of the implementation of Islamic economics and the steps that need to be taken for inclusive and sustainable development. The research method used in making this journal is the data selection method. Namely carrying out a systematic search for various journals relevant to the research topic using data analysis such as Google Scholar. In conclusion, the implementation of Islamic economics can be a sustainable and fair solution to overcome economic inequality. By applying the principles of justice, sustainability and transparency in economic practices, Indonesia can create a more just and sustainable society and achieve inclusive and sustainable development goals.

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country that has the potential for diverse agricultural products in each region. Development in the field of entrepreneurship is one of the government's efforts to improve economic and community welfare evenly. H Selang is one of the villages in Bendungan District, Kapanewon Karangmojo, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. One of the agricultural products there is cassava. Usually cassava is only processed into krecek and used as animal feed. This makes the selling price low. Therefore, the KKN team innovated by utilizing these agricultural products into processed products with higher selling prices. The preparations are flavored cassava chips. The method for implementing this training consists of several methods, namely, socialization, discussion and practice. The aim of this training is to provide knowledge and processing of cassava. This training went smoothly and is expected to provide business opportunities for the local community and help the community market their commodity products more widely.
