Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) as an effort to strengthen student character, including design; management; processing assessments and reporting results; evaluation and follow-up. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods in Depok state schools in 2022. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Data was analyzed using interactive techniques including data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research results show that the research results in cultivating the P5-based mutual cooperation character show that (!) the process of implementing the mutual cooperation character during P5 activities begins with diagnostic assessment, introduction, contextualization, real action, reflection-follow-up and celebration of learning. This P5 activity was carried out over a period of 1 week-1 month based on 3 themes (2) strategies given by the teacher to students, namely, a) competition for the themes "entrepreneurship" and "unity in diversity". Through P5 actions, students can strengthen the character dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, especially those who are faithful, devoted to God Almighty and have noble character, work together, be independent, have global diversity, reason critically and creatively. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of using monopoly media to increase students' understanding of material unity in diversity in the environment of grade 3 students at Sugutamu Elementary School. The type of research used is quantitative with research and development methods. The research design used was Pretest-Posttest. Therefore, the population used was all 3rd grade students at SDN development and pilot schools. This can be seen based on the average score obtained by students in the experimental class which was better than the control class, 78.39>71.61. Based on the results of the t-test using SPSS, the significance value (2-tailed) is 0.000<0.05, so HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of using monopoly media to increase students' understanding of the material unity in diversity in class 3 students' subjects, so that monopoly media can be used by teachers to increase understanding of the concept of unity in diversity.

Abstract

This research was carried out to provide support for learning that develops technology in the learning process of students in schools, especially vocational schools, in order to overcome the low effectiveness of practical learning skills that has occurred in productive subjects. The aim of this research is to prepare an electronic practical worksheet (Jobsheet) that can be proven to be practical, valid & effective in improving students' practical learning skills in vocational schools. This research uses the applied Research and Development method. The target of this research is class X students at An Nur Vocational School. Those related to this research are: material, media and language experts. This research has produced valid, practical and effective products in the development of portfolio-based problem based learning to improve critical thinking skills and democratic attitudes. to improve critical thinking skills and democratic attitudes. Validation from material experts obtained a value of 87.2, media experts 87.1 and language experts 88.3 so that the product developed was in the very valid category, with a practicality level of 83.4 classified as very practical, and effective in improving product assembly with a calculated value > ttable, namely 16.491 > 2.015 or < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. Implementation of Human Resources Management in an effort to improve discipline at Annur Vocational School.

Abstract

Laziness is a behavior that is often experienced by almost everyone, including students. As the next generation of the nation, students should have high enthusiasm in pursuing knowledge. Education is not only limited to the classroom; knowledge can be found anywhere and anytime. Therefore, it is important for students to try to overcome their lazy habits, because laziness can have detrimental effects. For example, if a student is lazy to study, he will lose the opportunity to gain useful knowledge. On the other hand, if the student is diligent in studying and is able to overcome laziness, they will gain broader knowledge and insight. Problems that often arise are the lack of enthusiasm from students in the learning process, non-compliance in completing assignments and taking notes, and the tendency to fall asleep or leave the classroom during the lesson. To overcome this problem, the method of implementing group guidance is carried out in three stages: First, starting with the introduction and delivery of material on the theme of "Learning", which aims to introduce the concept of effective learning and foster student interest. Second, an explanation of the material regarding "Learning Motivation" to encourage students to study hard for a brighter future. Third, the presentation of material on the theme "Why do we have to go to school?" which provides students with an understanding of the importance of education and the reasons to continue learning. Through this group guidance process, it is hoped that it can foster an effective learning spirit and encourage students to participate more actively in learning activities in the classroom.

Abstract

The focus of this paper is research and development, as an innovative, productive and meaningful form of educational research. This research aims to describe R&D research in the field of education. The focus of this research is the concept of R&D research in the field of education which is broken down into five sub-focuses, namely (1) The objectives of R&D research in the field of education, (1) The objectives of R&D research in the field of education, (2) The characteristics of R&D research in the field of education, (3) ) Characteristics of R&D research in the field of education, (4) Steps of R&D research in the field of education, and (5) advantages and disadvantages of R&D research in the field of education. This research uses a qualitative method of literature study. The conclusion of this research is that R&D research is more complicated and takes a long time to implement. Therefore, students who conduct R&D research must be patient and consistent in following each step of R&D research sequentially in order to produce a valid product.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa stkip arrahmaniyah sebagai salah satu bentuk peduli pada sesama,bukan berarti mengajar masyarakat tentang sesuatu yang terbaik untuk mereka, tetapi melakukan pemberdayaan sebagai sebuah proses pencarian (research) yang dilakukan bersama-sama untuk mencari jalan terbaik dalam penyelesaikan persoalan yang mereka hadapi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  berupa pemberian bantuan yang dilakukan pada anak-anak adalah untuk sedikit meringankan beban korban gempa cianjur,  tingkat kecemasan dan mengembalikan kondisi emosional anak-anak pasca bencana, agar dapat membantu semangat kembali seperti sebelum adanya bencana yang terjadi dengan berbagai macam bantuan dilakukan baik individu maupun kelompok serta pemberian materi yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat setempat. Adapun pelaksanaan pemberian bantuan menggunakan metode Participatory Rapit Appraisal (PRA) atau penilaian desa secara partisipatif.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa bukan berarti mengajar masyarakat tentang sesuatu yang terbaik untuk mereka, tetapi melakukan pemberdayaan sebagai sebuah proses pencarian (research) yang dilakukan bersamasama untuk mencari jalan terbaik dalam penyelesaikan persoalan yang mereka hadapi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa trauma healing yang dilakukan pada anak-anak adalah untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan dan mengembalikan kondisi emosional anak-anak pasca bencana, agar dapat membantu semangat kembali seperti sebelum adanya bencana yang terjadi dengan berbagai macam permainan yang dilakukan baik individu maupun kelompok serta pemberian materi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan karakteristik pada diri anak. Adapun pelaksanaan trauma healing menggunakan metode Participatory Rapit Appraisal (PRA) atau penilaian desa secara partisipatif yang dilakukan melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti observasi, survei dan wawancara.
