Abstract

Layanan Online bagi operator Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) Kopertis Wilayah VII Tahun 2018 Angkatan VI yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 30 Januari 2018 di Core Hotel Bonnet Surabaya, Jl. Manyar Kertoarjo V No. 62 Surabaya dengan sumber dana DIPA Kopertis Wilayah VII tahun anggaran 2018. Workshop Layanan Online bagi operator Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) Kopertis Wilayah VII Tahun 2018 Angkatan VI diikuti sebanyak 55 peserta dari 55 PTS. Workshop Layanan Online melatih para operator PTS untuk belajar tentang aplikasi sistem layanan online dan Pusat Informasi dan Layanan Terpadu yang disingkat PINTU yang digunakan oleh Kopertis Wilayah VII untuk melayani baik itu tentang informasi maupun administrasi khususnya pada PTS dan umumnya pada masyarakat luas. Metode Workshop Layanan Online adalah: Ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, praktek/simulasi penggunaan aplikasi sistem layanan online/SILADIKTI (Sistem Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi). Harapan penyelenggara terhadap peserta setelah mengikuti Workshop Layanan Online ini adalah: Peserta dapat mengoperasikan sistem aplikasi SILADIKTI Kopertis Wilayah VII terkait dengan layanan online, Operasional Layanan Online, Layanan Prestasi Perguruan Tinggi dan Layanan Kepegawaian dan Kemahasiswaan. Online Service Workshop for Private Higher Education (PTS) Kopertis Region VII 2018 Batch VI operators which was held on January 30, 2018 at Core Hotel Bonnet Surabaya, Jl. Manyar Kertoarjo V No. 62 Surabaya with the DIPA Kopertis Region VII funding source for the 2018 fiscal year. The Online Service Workshop for Private Higher Education (PTS) operators Kopertis Region VII 2018 Batch VI was attended by 55 participants from 55 PTS. The Online Service Workshop trains PTS operators to learn about the application of the online service system and the Integrated Information and Service Center, which is abbreviated as PINTU, which is used by Kopertis Region VII to serve both information and administration, especially at PTS and in general to the wider community. The Online Service Workshop Methods are: Lectures, questions and answers, discussions, practice/simulation of using the online service system application/SILADIKTI (Higher Education Service System). The organizer's expectations for participants after participating in this Online Service Workshop are: Participants can operate the SILADIKTI Kopertis Region VII application system related to online services, Online Service Operations, Higher Education Achievement Services and Personnel and Student Services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and stress on performance for operational employees at STIE IBMT Surabaya. Where the proposed two independent variables and one dependent variable, namely the working environment and job stress acting as independent variables and employee performance served as dependent variables. This research was conducted using a survey of operational employees in the import and export service company was analyzed by regression. The first phase of testing the validity and reliability of questions of each variable. The second phase, making the regression variable work environment and work stress on employee performance. The results showed that the variable has a significant positive work environment on the performance of employees in decline. And work stress variables significant negative effect on employee performance in decline. However, work stress are at low to moderate level will create a good employee performance and will worsen if the employee within a very long time and excessive.

Abstract

This study examines the Effect of Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Performance of Foundation Lecturers in Surabaya. In this study a descriptive research approach was used, while the type of sampling used was stratified random sampling involving 122 respondents, all of whom are foundation lecturers who teach in tertiary institutions with a minimum Masters and Doctoral degree and have worked as lecturers for at least 3 years. The location of the research was carried out in Surabaya and researched foundation lecturers. The analysis technique uses validity, reliability, classical assumption tests (including normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests), while all hypotheses are tested using multiple linear regression to see the effect of each variable, with the SPSS application. The results of this study include Organizational Commitment has an effect on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment has an effect on Lecturer Performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception on repurchase intention at Persebaya Store. Persebaya Store is a retail unit that was established to be a supporter in building a new image of the Persebaya club. As a center for selling Persebaya official merchandise (Official Merchandise Store). The method used is simple random sampling using quantitative research with descriptive statistical approach, as many as 110 respondents. Researchers used the entire population of Persebaya Store customers. The technique used by the researcher is validity test, reliability test, and simple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) tools. The results in this study indicate that the variables of product quality and price perception together have a significant influence on repurchase interest at Persebaya Store.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Servant Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at STIE IBMT' Surabaya. Related variables in this study are Servant Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The method used in this study seeks quantitative methods through distributing questionnaires to get 40 respondents. While the sampling technique in this study was non-probability, through the sample selection methop was purposive sampling and used data analysis techniques in the form of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). As for the results of the study, among others, the Servant Leadership variable is proven to influence job satisfaction and also employee performance in a positive and significant way.
