Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the financial impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on the development of MSME business in Indonesia based on the position of MSME credit and strategies for MSMEs in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic by utilizing information technology and internet networks through digitization. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The population in this study is MSMEs in Indonesia. The results of this study are in the form of financial impacts and MSME strategies to survive the COVID-19 pandemic. During the Covid-19 pandemic that hit all parts of the world, it hurt economic growth, with the projection for the global economy to grow at minus 3% based on data from the IMF in 2020. Economic activity in Indonesia has become hampered as a result of PPKM, MSME actors in Indonesia. decreased income. The decline in income makes MSME actors who have credit to financial institutions find it difficult to pay their obligations, especially since there are policies from the Government in financial relaxation, one of which is delaying installment payments and credit restructuring so that the credit position will experience a static phase and even decline due to policy uncertainty and the business climate due to covid-19 pandemic. The majority of MSMEs or as many as 82.9% experienced a negative impact from this pandemic. MSMEs make several efforts to maintain their business conditions. They take several efficiency measures such as: reducing the production of goods/services, reducing working hours and the number of employees, and sales/digital marketing channels.

Abstract

One of the efforts to boost the village economy can be done by carrying out development based on the resources they have, be it natural resources, culture, local wisdom or uniqueness. Because a village that has the ability to utilize all its resources will be able to develop as an innovative and educative tourism village. The process of diffusion of innovation that occurred in Limpakuwus Village is proof that the ability and willingness of local residents to utilize all their resources has made the area a tourist village that has an attraction for tourists to visit and enjoy the atmosphere in the Limpakuwus Tourism Forest. This research was conducted with the aim of providing an overview and insight for the parties that the process of diffusion of innovations in tourism villages can be carried out using an asset-based community development model, so that this model can be applied in other regions. The existence of awareness and shared needs among the people of Limpakuwus Village in order to increase income and welfare, can be realized through collaboration in a cooperative movement forum with the name Pinus Limpakuwus Forest Services Cooperative

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of cooperative size, profitability, and growth on capital structure both simultaneously and partially in primary consumer cooperatives in regencies/cities in West Java Province that submit performance reports to the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs through the Cooperative Online Data System regularly for the period 2018-2022. The research method uses quantitative research, and path analysis through the SPSS 25.0 program. The sample population are491 primary consumer cooperatives in Regency/City in West Java Province that submit reports to the Ministry of Cooperatives and SME or the Office in charge of Cooperatives and SME through the Cooperative Online Data System managed by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SME. The results showed that the size of the cooperative has a significant influence on the capital structure of primary consumer cooperatives in the Regency/City in West Java Province with a negative direction, profitability has a significant influence on the capital structure of primary consumer cooperatives in the Regency/City in West Java Province with a negative direction, growth and profitability have a significant influence on the capital structure of primary consumer cooperatives in West Java Province. The results showed that the size of the cooperative has a significant influence on the capital structure of primary consumer cooperatives in the Regency/City in West Java Province with a negative direction, profitability has a significant influence on the capital structure of primary consumer cooperatives in the Regency/City in West Java Province with a negative direction, growth does not have a significant influence on the capital structure of primary consumer cooperatives in the Regency/City in West Java Province. Simultaneously, cooperative size, profitability and growth have a significant influence on capital structure with a weak and unidirectional (positive) relationship.
