Abstract

Air merupakan salah satu syarat penting bagi berlangsungya proses perkecambahan benih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan air dengan tipe yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan kecambah jagung (Zea mays L.). Rancangan penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan tipe air yang berbeda dengan 7 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, yaitu M= Mineral 3 ml (tanpa air cucian beras dan air garam); M+G= Mineral 1 ml + Garam 2 ml; M+B= Mineral 2 ml + Beras 3 ml; B= Beras 3 ml (tanpa air mineral dan air garam); G+B= Garam 2 ml + Beras 3 ml; G.e = Garam encer 3 ml (garam yang diencerkan – air 40% + garam 60%); G+B+M= Garam 2 ml + Beras 2 ml + Mineral 2 ml. Pertumbuhan kecambah jagung pada air mineral dengan rata-rata mencapai 8,6 cm. Pertumbuhan kecambah jagung pada air garam dengan rata-rata mencapai 6,4 cm. Pertumbuhan kecambah jagung pada air cucian beras dengan rata-rata mencapai 8,6 cm.

Abstract

Leptospirosis is a disease of animal origin (zoonosis) that is widespread throughout the world. Leptospirosis is caused by spiral bacteria from the genus Leptospira which can infect animals and humans. Leptospirosis cases were found in several locations in the Special Province of Yogyakarta (DIY), including in Kulonprogo, Sleman and Bantul Regencies. The Bantul District Health Office, DI Yogyakarta, recorded 37 cases of leptospirosis during 2023. Of these, 6 of them died. The purpose of this service is to increase public knowledge at the Kasihan II Health Center about Leptospirosis. The target of this service is the community in the Bantul Regency area. The method used in this research is the lecture method, Audio Visual Aids (AVA) and leaflets. The number of participants in this service is 25 people. The results showed that the respondents' knowledge about Leptospirosis before being given health education was low, namely as many as 20 respondents (80%), while the knowledge of respondents after being given health education was high, namely, as many as 18 respondents (72%) and obtained a P-Value of 0.040 (<0.05) . So it can be concluded that there was an increase in respondents' knowledge after health education was carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to scientifically test and prove the influence of Tax Service Quality, Implementation of e-filling and E-billing on Individual Taxpayer Satisfaction, a case study of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Pondok Aren. This type of research uses quantitative research, in-depth analysis in the form of numbers. The population in this research is individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Pondok Aren. The sample in the study was determined based on the simple random sampling method. The number of respondents sampled in this study was 100 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression using the SPSS version 27 program. The research results show that the influence of Tax Service Quality, Implementation of e-filling and Implementation of E-billing has a significant and significant impact on Taxpayer Satisfaction. This shows the importance of these independent factors in increasing taxpayer satisfaction in the case study of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Pondok Aren
