Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Financial Literacy and Perceived Risk on the Decision to Use ShopeePaylaterthrough Financial Technology in Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo Faculty of Economics and Business Students. The sampling technique used in this research is Purposive Sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on Financial Technology, Perceived risk has a positive and significant effect on Financial Technology, Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use, Perceived risk has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to use, Financial Technology has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use through Financial Technology. Perceived risk has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to use through Financial Technology.

Abstract

Student engagement in learning is very necessary to achieve student success in learning according to the competence and goals of learning and success in school life as seen in behavioral, emotional, and cognitive involvement. There are several problems at SMP Negeri 3 Banjarmasin in students who show student engagement who do not want to be directly involved in teaching and learning activities by leaving the classroom during study time, lack of participation in educational activities.This study aims to analyze the description of student engagement in students towards learning at SMP Negeri 3 Banjarmasin. This research approach uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The research subjects amounted to two students through data collection in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis with steps is the Miles and Huberman technique. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that students have student engagement which is characterized by a lack of attention to learning and no commitment as a student. Suggestions for school principals and subject teachers, as well as counseling teachers in order to improve students who are not committed to student engagement in learning._____________________________________________________________________Keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar sesuai kompetensi dan tujuan pembelajaran serta keberhasilan dalam kehidupan sekolah yang terlihat pada keterlibatan perilaku, emosional, dan kognitif. Terdapat beberapa  permasalahan di SMP Negeri 3 Banjarmasin pada peserta didik yang menunjukkan student engagement yang tidak ingin terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan cara keluar kelas saat waktu belajar, kurangnya partisipasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, dan tidak tekun dalam belajar, serta mudah bosan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran keterlibatan siswa terhadap pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 3 Banjarmasin. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah dua orang siswa melalui pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan langkah teknik Miles dan Huberman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa mempunyai student engagement yang ditandai dengan kurangnya perhatian terhadap pembelajaran dan tidak adanya komitmen sebagai siswa. Saran bagi kepala sekolah dan guru mata pelajaran, serta guru BK agar dapat memperbaiki siswa yang tidak berkomitmen terhadap keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran.
