Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan modul digital yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran Information Report Text. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengacu model ASSURE, yang meliputi; Analyze Learner, State Objective, Select Methods, Media and Materials, Utilize media and materials, Require Learner Response, Evaluate.  Kelayakan modul digital dinilai menggunakan instrumen yang meliputi lembar penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli media, lembar penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli materi, dan angket respon siswa terhadap penggunaan modul digital kolaboratif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kelayakan modul digital Information Report Text menunjukkan kategori sangat layak ditinjau dari media dengan skor rata-rata 125,00 dari skor maksimal 132,00 dengan distribusi frekuensi sangat layak sebesar 100%. Komponen materi termasuk kategori sangat layak dengan nilai rata-rata 92,00 dari skor maksimal 104,00 dengan persentase sangat layak 50% dan layak 50%. Penggunaan dalam proses pembelajaran termasuk kategori sangat layak dengan skor rerata 97,90 dari skor maksimal 112,00 atau setara 87,41%.

Abstract

During the Covid 19 pandemic, lecture activities in the Guidance and Counseling study program were transferred to online media through the e-learning platform of the Integrated Lambung Mangkurat University Information System (SIMARI). This study aims to produce collaborative digital modules through the zedemy platform used in lectures in the Guidance and Counseling study program, determine the feasibility of collaborative digital modules and determine the level of student engagement in using collaborative digital modules. ASSURE model development research (Analyze Learner, State Objective, Select Methods, Media and Materials) choosing to conducted on students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at Lambung Mangkurat University to determine student engagement with the use of modules. Module validation is carried out by material experts, media experts, and students. The feasibility of collaborative digital modules through the zedemy platform was assessed using a media expert eligibility sheet, material expert, and student involvement questionnaire in using the module. The results indicate the feasibility of the collaborative digital module shows a very feasible category in terms of media with a 103 of a maximum score of 116. Feasibility on the material aspect shows a very feasible category with a score of 97 out of a maximum score of 108 (89.81%). Student engagement showed a significant increase as indicated by the t-test results, obtained sig = 0.000. The mean of pretest = 55,35 and at posttest = 73.97. There is an increase in student engagement when using collaborative digital modules through the zedemy platform.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of an inspirational model for Guidance and Counseling services in one of the Inspiring Schools, namely SMP Negeri 16 Banjarmasin. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects included school principals as the Inspiring School program implementers, Grade 7 Guidance, Counseling teachers as independent curriculum implementers, and two learning committee teachers. Data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study results show that implementing Guidance and Counseling using the Inspirational BK service model shows that the collaboration between Guidance and Counseling teachers and subject teachers is more intensive when implementing the independent curriculum. Guidance and Counseling service values ​​refer to the profile of Pancasila students. Therefore, guidance and counseling teachers are also involved in planning and implementing projects to strengthen Pancasila student profiles. However, the teacher's understanding of the achievements of Guidance and Counseling services in phase D needs to be further strengthened. Barriers experienced due to teacher training in the implementation of inspirational service models are still limited, so Guidance and Counseling teachers try to independently develop the implementation of inspirational guidance and counseling service models. References to implementing Guidance and Counseling services in the independent curriculum in Inspiring schools from independent teaching platforms and other sources are also limited.

Abstract

Implementasi kurikulum pada satuan pendidikan menjadikan guru sebagai figur utama yang harus memiliki kecakapan dalam mengembangkan kurikulum, tujuannya agar memiliki acuan dalam mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat mencapai pendidikan yang berkualitas. Salah satu upaya yang dapat mewujudkan proses pembelajaran optimal adalah dengan mengetahui segala hal yang menjadi kebutuhan peserta didik, Oleh karena itu, setiap satuan pendidikan perlu untuk memanfaatkan asesmen diagnostik guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa baik berkaitan dengan aspek kognitif maupun nonkognitif agar pembelajaran dapat dirancang sesuai dengan kondisi peserta didik. Namun demikian, hal tersebut menjadi kendala di SD Hippindo Banjarmasin saat ini khususnya para guru masih asing dengan istilah asesmen diagnostik, akibatnya perencanaan pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Permasalahan itu menjadi alasan diadakannya pelatihan sebagai upaya peningkatan kapabilitas tenaga pendidik terlebih dengan jumlah guru yang tergolong sedikit. Target capaian diadakan pelatihan ini adalah agar para guru memiliki wawasan mengenai asesmen diagnostik khususnya era digital saat ini dan mampu untuk menerapkannya dalam proses pembelajaran demi mencapai pembelajaran yang optimal.

Abstract

Pemilihan peminatan karir yang tepat mempunyai arti penting bagi prospek kehidupan peserta didik di masa depan. Namun layanan peminatan karir yang dilaksanakan oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) masih belum optimal karena masih menggunakan instrumen dan cara analisa manual. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah memberikan keterampilan penggunaan dan kebermanfaatan layanan peminatan karir berbasis digital kepada guru BK di kota Banjarmasin. Mitra dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah guru BK yang tergabung dalam MGBK Kota Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 23 orang. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan tanggal 27 Juli 2022 yang bertempat di Gedung FKIP II ULM. Kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan bentuk cermah, pelatihan, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukan bahwa layanan peminatan karir berbasis digital dapat memberikan keterampilan guru BK dalam menggunakan teknologi dan memberikan kebermanfaatan khususnya dalam penggunaan layanan peminatan karir berbasis digital sehingga bisa diterapkan pada sekolah masing-masing. Hasil tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) oleh tim pelaksana memberikan dampak kepada peningkatan kompetensi guru BK di kota Banjarmasin. Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah layanan peminatan karir berbasis digital bisa digunakan oleh masing-masing guru BK di sekolah.Selection of the right career specialization has an important meaning for students' future life prospects. However, career specialization services carried out by Guidance and Counseling teachers are still not optimal because they use manual analysis methods and instruments. Community service aims to provide training on using digital-based career specialization services for counselling teachers in Banjarmasin. Partners in implementing this activity are counselling teachers who are members of the Banjarmasin City MGBK, a total of 23 people. The community service was held on July 27, 2022, at the ULM FKIP II Building. Community service activities are carried out in the form of lectures, training, discussions, questions and answers, and evaluations. The results of the implementation of this community service activity show that digital-based career specialization services can help counselling teachers work in using technology, especially in using digital-based career specialization services, so that they can be applied to their respective schools. These results indicate that the implementation of Pkm by the implementing team increased BK teachers' competence in Banjarmasin. This activity implies that each counselling teacher at school can use digital-based career specialization services.

Abstract

Google sites dapat membuat informasi dengan mudah diakses oleh orang yang membutuhkan secara cepat, dan orang-orang dapat bekerja sama dalam situs untuk menambahkan file berkas lampiran serta informasi dari aplikasi google. Guru perlu memanfaatkan platform yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk memfasilitasi peserta didik dan orang tua agar lebih mudah mengakses e-worksheet serta produk dan hasil belajar secara terintegrasi. Google sites digunakan untuk membuat situs website untuk Lembaga PAUD. Pemanfaatan Google Sites dalam pembelajaran juga dapat meningkatkan interaksi antara guru dan peserta didik di Lembaga PAUD wilayah kota Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu metode ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, dan praktek langsung dalam membuat Google Site Setelah pelaksanaan pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan memberikan keterampilan bagi peserta dalam mengaplikasikan Google Site dalam kegiatan pembelajaran maupun kegiatan non pembelajaran di Lembaga PAUD .

Abstract

The use of devices that should be intended to support learning activities, it turns out that students can try various access to social media which can unwittingly increase cyberbullying. The classical services of School Counselor are also required to be adaptive to technology. However, the classic School Counselor service module is less attractive and rigid. The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated module with social media that is used as a classic Guidance and Counseling teacher service in Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan through the zedemy platform, which is expected to minimize cyberbullying. Research design using Research and Development (R&D) ADDIE model. Collecting data using Focus Group Discussion, and Likert scale questionnaire. The instrument used is the instrument of material, media and user feasibility. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to determine the characteristics of the distribution of respondents, then the Kendall's W concordance test was carried out to determine consistency and assessment.Expert tests are carried out by material experts, media experts and users. Based on the research, the material and media expert's assessment showed very good criteria, no revision needed. User ratings by Counselor School also showed very good criteria, no need for revision. So it can be concluded that the classical service digital module through the zedemy platform has met the criteria for being suitable for use as a classical service medium to minimize cyberbullying.

Abstract

The three great sins of education, bullying, sexual violence and intolerance - still occur in schools. Cases of sexual harassment were found to occur in primary schools. Guidance and counseling are considered the most important parts in this case, where class teachers implement counseling services in primary schools. Sex education can be provided through interesting media. This research aims to produce a learning medium: a storybook about sexual harassment. This research method uses the ASSURE research and development model (Analyze learners, State objectives, select methods, media and materials, utilize media and materials, require learner participation, Evaluate and revise). The research was conducted on students of Grade VI of SDN Sungai Miai 7 Banjarmasin. Material experts, media experts and students as users validated the storybook media. The results showed that the storybook materials met the criteria of being very feasible regarding media and materials and that students' understanding of sexual harassment increased after reading the storybook.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the Inspirational School Program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model, focusing on providing insights and recommendations for enhancing its effectiveness and sustainability. Data collection methods in qualitative descriptive research include interviews, observation, and documentation. The study's sample population comprises individuals associated with SMA Negeri 5 in Banjarmasin, including educators, school leaders, and grade XI students. In-person interviews were conducted with the school principal, homeroom teacher, counselling teacher, and students. Data analysis techniques encompass data collection, reduction, presentation, and verification/conclusion. The results indicate that the school's needs align with the Ministry of Education and Culture guidelines. Despite limited local government support, the program planning and evaluation processes have been implemented effectively despite obstacles. The Product Evaluation Stage reflects positive outcomes, including literacy, numeracy, character development, and school safety climate improvements. Educator and staff competence have also seen enhancements. It is recommended to align implementation with the Independent Curriculum, bolster human resources through educator and staff training, enhance infrastructure support, and seek increased government assistance to sustain and improve the program. These measures aim to enhance productivity further and ensure the continued success of the Inspirational School Program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Professional Learning Community (PLC) on the quality of learning in Nusantara Capital Buffer Schools (IKN). A mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative elements, was employed to understand the phenomenon comprehensively. The results indicate a significant improvement in learning outcomes, as evidenced by the increase in the average post-test score (70) compared to the pre-test score (48.75). The PLC program provided a platform for teachers to collaborate, share insights, and develop effective strategies to address learning challenges. Furthermore, implementing the PLC fostered a more supportive school environment, making students feel more comfortable and engaged. The findings underscore the importance of enhancing and expanding PLC initiatives to improve students' academic and non-academic achievements. Practically, these results suggest that the PLC model can be a valuable tool for teacher development and improved student outcomes. Academically, this study contributes to the growing literature on collaborative learning environments and their role in enhancing educational quality.
