Abstract

The aim of this research is to find empirical evidence about the relationship between good corporate governance and intellectual capital disclosure. The sample for this research was 19 industries using a saturated sampling method. The research population consists of the advertising, printing, and media subsector industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2022 period. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, where the influencing (dependent) variable was limiting intellectual capital, and the influencing (independent) variables were institutional ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, managerial ownership, and audit committee. The results of the analysis reveal that all of these independent variables have a positive impact on increasing intellectual capital. The partial test (ttest) found that institutional ownership, board of commissioners, and audit committee did not influence intellectual capital. Meanwhile, the board of directors and managerial ownership influence intellectual capital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pelatihan soft skills sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah Parung. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus diterapkan, melibatkan 30 siswa sebagai peserta pelatihan. Program pelatihan mencakup komunikasi efektif, manajemen konflik, kerja sama tim, dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan kepemimpinan siswa setelah pelatihan, yang diukur melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Program ini juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan interpersonal siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelaksanaan pelatihan soft skills secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung pengembangan pemimpin masa depan yang kompeten dan adaptif.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dampak dari profitabilitas, good corporate governance, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan-perusahaan healthcare yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) antara tahun 2019 sampai 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan teknik purposive sampling, yang menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa profitabilitas dan kepemilikan manajerial memiliki dampak yang baik dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sementara itu, keberadaan dewan komisaris independen memberikan pengaruh positif namun tidak substansial, dan ukuran perusahaan menunjukkan pengaruh negatif yang juga tidak terlalu substansial. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa profitabilitas dan penerapan good corporate governance yang baik melalui kepemilikan manajerial berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada sektor healthcare.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) to describe the lesson plan by using inquiry approach, (2) to describe the lesson activity by using inquiry approach, (3) to describe the result of teaching by using inquiry approach. The data of this research got from teaching learning process where conducted at elementary school 01 Koto Lamo. This research used quantitative and qualitative approach. The result of the research showed that the students got improvement in science class. The students could past the material up to 88%. Abstract

Health problems are still the main problems in Seleman Village, including diabetes, hyperlipidemia, gout, myalgia, and hypertension. This community service aims to improve the health and knowledge of residents in using medicine correctly and can utilize herbal plants as alternative treatments that can also be used as business opportunities. The methods used are counseling and demonstration as well as giving leaflets/brochures. This activity was carried out in the Seleman Village area. The target of counseling is the residents of Seleman Village with a total of 161 residents. From the pre-test results, 49.3% knew about hypertension, 40.42% knew about cholesterol, 56.78% knew about diabetes, and 51.87% knew about gout. After conducting educational activities about the disease, 95.34% knew about hypertension, 97.34% knew about cholesterol, 96.55% knew about diabetes, and 96.44% knew about gout. It can be concluded that from the community service carried out there is an increase in public knowledge on how to use medicine and independent use of herbal plants as alternative treatments derived from nature or known as "back to nature".
