Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari fenomena diglosia pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Angkatan 2022 Kelas C dalam berbahasa di lingkungan kampus dan lingkungan masyarakat tutur Sunda. Fenomena Diglosia pada mahasiswa tersebut lazim tejadi, namun perlu adanya kajian terkait kasus tersebut untuk mencari tahu faktor-faktor penyebab yang memicu timbulnya fenomena diglosia di lingkungan kampus dan lingkungan masyarakat tutur Sunda. Apakah mahasiswa tersebut memiliki perbedaan dalam penggunaan bahasa di lingkungan kampus dan lingkungan masyarakat dengan penutut bahasa Sunda, termasuk dalam mempertimbangkan penggunaan bahasa mereka yang baku dan non baku. Selain itu, perlu adanya pengamatan yang cermat untuk mengetahui dampaknya terhadap struktur sosial dan identitas linguistik. Penjelasan tersebut sekaligus menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian kualitatif dan Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Adapun pendekatan dalam penelitian ini, yakni secara fenomenologi. Pada ini juga menggunakan metode agih, pada referensial, dan padan translasional. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah tuturan atau ujaran mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Angkatan 2022 Kelas C. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis data yang didapat, yaitu ditemukannya sebuah penjelasan yang jelas terkait fenomena diglosia pada mahasiswa ketika berada di lingkungan kampus dan lingkungan masyarakat tutur Sunda.

Abstract

The background of this research is students’ mistakes in writing review texts based on linguistic level studies. This research analyzes the fields of phonology, morphology, semantics and syntax in the review text of the film entitled Alive. This research aims to obtain results of language analysis errors in grade 8 students at Shuffah Al-Jamaah Tasikmalaya Middle School. The research method uses analytical descriptive research. The sample selection method in this study used a simple random sampling method. The data collection method used is (1) accumulating the results of students’ review texts at school as a data source, (2) reading carefully all data sources, (3) marking and assigning classification codes to the data, (4) classifying data based on the form of error. Language use, (5) presenting and describing data based on forms of language use errors. The instrument used is data analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the most dominant errors that emerged were errors in the field of phonology, namely the omission of phonemes. Apart from that, it is also often found in the field of morphology regarding reduplication, namely the use of the word repeat with a square sign. The deletion of phonemes and incorrect reduplication of writing occurs, which is done by students to shorten the writing of a word so that the writing process can be completed more quickly without paying attention to good and correct linguistic rules. Students need to concentrate and be more careful in the process of writing activities. Apart from that, teachers also need to provide direction in the form of knowledge and insight regarding the basics of good and correct linguistics to minimize the occurrence of language mistakes and mistakes.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain a description of the elements that make up a drama script. The method used in the structural study of the drama script "Lautan Bernyanyi" by Putu Wijaya is to use a qualitative descriptive method. "Qualitative research is research used to examine the condition of natural objects. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive data analysis, namely describing the intrinsic elements contained in the drama script "Lautan Bernyanyi". The results of the research reveal that the plot of the drama script "Lautan Bernyanyi" by Putu Wijaya is classified as an advanced plot. The characters in the drama script "Lautan Bernyanyi" by Putu Wijaya consist of the characters Captain, Chomol, Panieka, Adenan, Rubi, Dayu Sanur, Shaman. The drama script "The Singing Ocean" is set on the deck of the Tiger Laut ship. The setting of Putu Wijaya's "Singing Ocean" takes place in an atmosphere of tension, anxiety, panic, fear, anger and joy. The major theme of the drama The Singing Sea is Captain Leo's doubts as a human being who always thinks logically and opposes forms of myth that have been passed down from generation to generation to be believed. The minor theme of the drama The Singing Sea is the relationship between Captain Leo and his subordinate Comol. The message can be taken, that we humans must have firm beliefs to determine something.
