Abstract

Coffee shop is a place (tavern) that serves processed espresso coffee and small snacks as the era of coffee shop provides snacks and heavy meals. The development of coffee shops in Indonesia is very widespread, coffee drinks are also liked by the public in all circles. With the wide development in the coffee shop, the quality of products becomes an important thing and the quality of good products of the community / consumers will feel satisfied. Based on this, researchers conducted a study to find out how much the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction in one of the coffee shops is Wadah Kopi 27 Central Jakarta. The method used in this study was descriptive and correlational with the quantitative approach of data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires to a total of 94 respondents. Sample collection method using simple random sampling. Technique. Data analysis processing using SPSS version 25. The results of this study, it can be concluded that product quality found the simultaneous influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction

Abstract

Bukittinggi City is a city in West Sumatra province with the second largest economy after Padang City. As a tourism city, the City of Bukittinggi is starting to develop itself by building tourist facilities to support its tourist attractions. This research aims to determine the motivation of tourists who visit the Jam Gadang Tourism Area, Bukittinggi City, tourists' considerations in choosing tourist facilities when visiting the Jam Gadang Tourism Area, and the influence of tourist facilities on tourist motivation to visit the Jam Gadang Tourism Area. The research method used was descriptive, the research object was 120 respondents visiting the Jam Gadang Tourist Area. The results of this research are the need to provide expansion of the parking area as an additional facility in the Jam Gadang Tourist Area and the need to provide a place for souvenir sellers in the Jam Gadang Tourist Area so that gadang traders gather in one place that has been provided to sell so that it becomes orderly and organized.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to contribute positively to enhancing the capacity of the local community, both in knowledge and skills, so that they can manage agricultural potential as educational tourism attractions that benefit their economic and social well-being. The implementation methodology includes steps and strategies such as field research and in-depth interviews to identify local potential. Once the potential is identified, technical guidance is provided gradually and continuously to improve the community's capacity to manage agricultural potential into educational tourism attractions. These steps include training on processing agricultural products, marketing strategies, and developing sustainable tourism attractions. The results of the activity show an increase in the community's knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products such as tobacco, chilies, and melons into value-added products, such as souvenirs for visitors. The results and discussion of this activity also highlight the significant positive impact on the community's perspective regarding tourism potential, while also providing an analysis of the impact seen through the village's economic growth. This activity succeeded in changing the community's perspective on tourism potential and positively contributed to the development of the village as a tourism destination.

Abstract

Occupational health and safety is an important factor that influences employee performance, especially in the hotel sector which has high risks related to interaction with guests and use of equipment. This research aims to examine the influence of K3 on employee performance at The Westin Hotel Jakarta. The method used is quantitative research with a simple regression approach. The research sample consisted of 40 employees selected by accidental sampling, with data collected using a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that occupational health and safety have a significant effect on employee performance. This shows that good implementation of occupational health and safety can increase employee motivation, efficiency and work quality. Based on the research results, it is recommended that employees continue to participate in occupational health and safety training and actively provide input regarding its implementation. Hotel management is also advised to strengthen occupational health and safety policies through regular training, provision of personal protective equipment, and regular evaluations to ensure consistent implementation. With these steps, it is hoped that employee performance can improve so as to create a more productive and safe work environment.
