Abstract

The problem of stunting among toddlers in Indonesia is still a big challenge that needs to be addressed immediately. The condition of stunting, which occurs due to a lack of nutritional intake in the womb and a lack of public knowledge about good child rearing patterns, has the potential to disrupt children's physical and cognitive development in the long term. This community service program is carried out with the aim of preventing stunting in toddlers through the socialization of "Fill My Plate" which uses Moringa leaves as a source of nutrition. The socialization was carried out in RW 06, Dukuh Sutorejo Village, Mulyorejo District, Surabaya City, and was attended by pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. The methods used include observation, socialization with presentation of material and cooking demonstrations, as well as implementation evaluation. The results show high enthusiasm from participants and increased understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition in preventing stunting. It is hoped that this program can be expanded to other areas so that more people can benefit from the information provided.

Abstract

SKPM merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang digunakan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa, baik berupa prestasi akademik maupun non akademik. Namun standar SKPM ini tidak sepadan dengan kegiatan mahasiswa, oleh karena itu banyak mahasiswa yang meresahkan sistem ini. Selain itu, masih terdapat beberapa kendala lainnya dalam implementasi yang dapat menghambat keberhasilannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor keberhasilan, meningkatkan efektivitas, dan efisiensi sistem informasi serta mendukung tujuan strategis organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengirim kuesioner kepada responden penelitian untuk mendapatkan data mengenai penggunaan sistem informasi SKPM. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi SKPM. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa 4 hipotesis diterima dan 5 hipotesis ditolak. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi SKPM UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur belum bisa dikatakan sepenuhnya sukses.

Abstract

As an innovative and trusted healthcare provider in Surabaya. Information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) play an important role in supporting operations and achieving strategic goals of organizations, including hospitals. RSUD Husada Prima faces challenges in managing patient data, electronic medical records, and financial reports. This study uses the Ward and Peppard method to design strategic IS/IT planning that supports the hospital's vision and mission. The analysis was carried out using tools such as SWOT, PEST, Value Chain, Porter's Five Forces, Critical Success Factors, and McFarlan Strategic Grid. The result is an application portfolio that includes strategic, operational, supporting, and high-potential applications. Technology recommendations include integration of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), telemedicine services, big data, and artificial intelligence (AI). This implementation aims to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and hospital competitiveness. This study provides a strategic roadmap for RSUD Husada Prima to adopt modern technology and strengthen its position.
