Abstract

Masyarakat merupakan pemegang kepentingan utama dalam penyelenggaraan e-government. Namun demikian, dalam konteks penelitian e-government, orientasi terhadap masyarakat masih belum banyak dieksploitasi karena sebagian besar proyek e-government hanya mentransformasi layanan dan informasi yang semula masih tradisional menjadi menggunakan teknologi. Model-model penilaian kematangan e-government yang sudah ada pun sebagian besar hanya mengukur kemampuan teknologi e-government. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan penilaian kematangan e-government yang menempatkan masyarakat sebagai fokus utamanya. Faktor-faktor kematangan didapatkan melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif grounded theory. Objek penelitian adalah layanan e-health dan Surabaya Single Window (SSW). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga faktor yang diukur dalam penentuan kematangan e-government yang berorientasi kepada masyarakat, yaitu lembaga, interaksi, dan layanan online. Model ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif alat penilaian implementasi e-government yang lebih komprehensif karena mengukur dari tiga sisi, yaitu lembaga pemerintah, interaksi pegawai pemerintah dengan masyarakat, dan layanan e-government yang disediakan. Society is responsible for implementing e-government. Nevertheless, the context of research on e-government, orientation to society has not been exploited due to numerous projects which are only transformed service and information from previous traditional users to technology. Most of existing models of e-government was only used to determine the ability of the government. Therefore, it is necessary to develop maturity assessment of e-government placing society as major focus. Its factors are derivable from qualitative research approach of ground theory. The objects of research were e-health and Surabaya Single Window (SSW) services. The results of the study indicate that there were three factors measured in determining maturity of e-government oriented to society; the factors are institution, interaction and online services. This model could be used as more comprehensive alternative to assessment tool of e-government implementation because it measured three aspects, namely, institution, interaction of employees and provided e-government services.

Abstract

Websites is important for services industries, such as hopitals, because it help to deliver the information of services provided by the hospitals to their customers. However, Rumah Sakit Darmo Surabaya has not measure the performance of its website yet. Several studies related to measuring the success of information systems in hospitals use the Delone and Mclean model as a measuring tool. Those researchs have a vary results. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the performance of the Rumah Sakit Darmo Surabaya website and to understand the factors that influence it by adapting Delone and Mclean success model. Respondents of this researh are 130 website visitors. The data obtained through questionnaires were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Out of nine hypotheses proposed, only three can be accepted. This research prove that system quality and service quality affect user satisfaction and that usage affects net benefits.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi ini banyak sekali jenis teknologi informasi yang muncul salah satunya adalah e-government dinas pemerintahan yaitu PORTAL PLN. Untuk melengkapi kebutuhan masyarakat yang biasanya melalui pelayanan secara langsung di Kantor Unit Layanan Pelanggan terdekat, PLN mengembangkan Aplikasi PORTAL PLN. Dengan adanya Aplikasi PORTAL PLN pengguna akan mendapatkan informasi secara update serta bisa mendaftarkan secara mandiri sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing pengguna, dan bisa mengetahui kalkulasi biayanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor perilaku yang mempengaruhi pengguna dalam menerima Aplikasi PORTAL PLN. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) dari (Kurfalı, M., Arifoğlu, A., Tokdemir, G., & Paçin, Y., 2017) Pacin dengan tujuh variabel yang terdiri dari performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, trust of internet, trust of government, dan behavioral intention to use e-government services. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 302 pengguna masyarakat Kota Surabaya yang telah menggunakan Aplikasi PORTAL PLN. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan perangkat lunak WarpPLS 7.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengguna menerima Aplikasi PORTAL PLN terdiri dari performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating condition dengan hasil berpengaruh signifikan (p value < 0,05) terhadap niat penggunaan Aplikasi PORTAL PLN. Sedangkan, trust of internet dan trust of government juga berpengaruh signifikan (p value < 0,05) terhadap harapan kinerja. Selain itu, trust of internet dan trust of government ditemukan tidak berpengaruh signifikan (p value > 0,05) terhadap niat penggunaan Aplikasi PORTAL PLN. Dan untuk faktor yang paling mempengaruhi pengguna menerima Aplikasi PORTAL PLN adalah trust of internet terhadap harapan kinerja dengan nilai path coefficient paling besar yaitu senilai 0.575.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memudahkan perguruan tinggi menyebarkan informasi dan pengolahan data. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif (Umaha) membangun Sistem Langitan. Sistem Langitan merupakan sistem informasi akademik yang berbasis website yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja asalkan tersambung dengan koneksi internet. Dengan adanya sistem informasi akademik mahasiswa dapat mengakses informasi yang berkaitan dengan catatan akademik selama proses perkuliahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas website Sistem Langitan Umaha dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan Webqual yang dikembangkan oleh Barnes & Vidgen (2002). Penelitian ini menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 340 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa aktif di Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai R-square sebesar 59,4% yang menyatakan bahwa kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna website Sistem Langitan Umaha dipengaruhi oleh variabel usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality. Kualitas website Sistem langitan Umaha berpengaruh posittif terhadap kepuasaan pengguna. Hal ini dikuatkan dengan hasil hipotesis yang menujukkan variabel usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality positif signifikan terhadap user satisfaction.

Abstract

Implementasi sistem informasi akademik perlu mendapat perhatian karena memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan pelayanan akademik khususnya di Perguruan Tinggi. Sistem informasi akademik perlu dievaluasi agar instansi pendidikan yakin bahwa sistem yang diterapkan dapat memenuhi tujuan. Evaluasi juga dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui kesuksesan dari sistem informasi akademik yang telah diterapkan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah information system success model yang telah dimodifikasi oleh Martins (2018) dapat diaplikasikan pada Sistem Informasi Akademik di STIE Mahardhika dan mengetahui faktor-faktor dari information system success model yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Akademik di STIE Mahardhika. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 251 mahasiswa aktif STIE Mahardhika yang ditentukan dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa system quality dan user satisfaction merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi net benefit. Kemudian information quality, system quality, dan user satisfaction merupakan faktor penentu dari use. Sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi user satisfaction adalah information quality, service quality, system quality dan use.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, a global health crisis, has made many sectors carry out their activities in new ways, including the education sector. Teaching and learning activities should not be conducted face-to-face during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, all learning activities are diverted through e-learning. Therefore, an evaluation of the use of e-learning needs to be carried out to ensure its practical use and a positive impact. This study evaluates the factors that affect the satisfaction of e-learning users. Data were collected by surveying 205 elementary school students in the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades, then analyzed using the structural equation model technique. The results showed that Technical System Quality, Information Quality, Learner Quality,  and Perceived Usefulness affected the satisfaction of e-learning users. These results can be suggestions for schools to fix and improve e-learning performance so that students and teachers no longer have difficulties when an event requires online teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The development of Information Systems is currently an important element for higher education institutions to support business processes in the world of Education. Similar things are also implemented in Unesa or Surabaya State University Applied SIAKADU or integrated academic Information System. SIAKADU is a site-based Scholastic data framework that can be accessed easily, anytime and anywhere, as long as anything is connected to a web connection. The purpose of this test is to survey whether Delone and McLean's Refreshed Data framework achievement Model can really be applied to the Incorporated Scientific Data Framework at Surabaya State University, as well as to distinguish variables from this model that have an impact on the progress of the framework. . This exploration technique is one of the methodologies used to dissect the results of a data frame. This exam included a fixed proportional irregular exam involving 391 respondents who were active students at Surabaya State University. There are several factors that affect the success of an integrated academic information system when viewed from the results of the analysis that has been done. Actual use, the intention of the perpetrator, the quality of Service, and the quality of information are some of the factors in question. Furthermore, the intention of users to use the integrated academic Information System is significantly influenced although not significantly by user satisfaction and system quality.

Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT) continues to spread throughout all spheres of life, including education. UHW PERBANAS SURABAYA, uses data and correspondence innovation in instructing and advancing by utilizing the UHW PERBANAS SURABAYA E-Learning Site. However, in its application there are several problems when submitting opinions / answers to the discussion session. The column box that has been provided likes to disappear by itself or error by itself and in e-learning there is a limited size or size so that it cannot collect or send assignments with large file sizes, so it is required to compress the file first. This study intends to break down the variables that impact client (understudy) acknowledgment of the UHW PERBANAS SURABAYA E-Learning Site. This examination utilizes the UTAUT (Bound together hypothesis of Acknowledgment and Utilization of Innovation) research model. Testing utilizing Proportionate Delineated Arbitrary Inspecting procedure. A sample size of 347 respondents from UHW PERBANAS Surabaya students was used for the online data collection. The exploration information were investigated utilizing SEM-PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 programming.
