Abstract

Electronic Learning atau E-learning merupakan salah satu infrastruktur elektronik utama di perguruan tinggi. Electronic Learning ini memiliki kegunaan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa dan dosen. Dengan ini penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi infrastruktur e-bisnis pada E-Learning UPN Veteran Jawa Timur dengan tujuan untuk mengukur sejauh mana kebermanfaatan dari penerapan infrastruktur e-bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang disebarkan ke-30 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa UPN Veteran Jatim. Dari hasil kuesioner tersebut berupa skala likert yang akan dihitung menggunakan metode E-learning Readiness. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut diperoleh skor sebesar 3.69. Skor terendah berada pada faktor technology yaitu sebesar 3.39 dan skor tertinggi berada pada factor innovation yaitu sebesar 4.02. Skor tersebut menginterpretasikan bahwa E-learning sudah siap digunakan tetapi masih memerlukan perubahan. Dengan mengetahui skor E-Learning Readiness, maka dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan perbaikan infrastruktur E-Learning

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing the acceptance of the Plavon application in Sidoarjo Regency, utilizing the conceptual model of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Through analyzing data from 96 users, the main findings highlight the significant positive influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social factors, and facilitating conditions on users' intention to use the application. Furthermore, facilitating conditions emerge as the primary determinant of user satisfaction. The study underscores the importance of understanding these factors, providing practical guidance for policymakers in budget management, and emphasizing the need to enhance the acceptance and utilization of the Plavon application in the area. Regarding the success of the Plavon application, it was found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social factors, and facilitating conditions have a positive and significant impact on users' intention to adopt the application. However, performance expectancy did not exhibit a significant impact in this study's findings.

Abstract

E-learning is a form of innovation in technology used in educational field, including higher education. University of Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur is one of many universities that have implemented e-learning called ILMU to support the teaching-learning process. The application of ILMU as e-learning has yet to be utilised by lecturers, due to some challenges in implementation of ILMU regarding accessibility and features of ILMU. Meanwhile, successful implementation of a technology requires acceptance from its users. This research was acquited to define what acceptance factors that influence lecturers while accessing ILMU. This study is measured using UTAUT model. The research was carried on by quantitatively distributing questionnaires to 60 lecturers. Data were analyzed and processed using SEM-PLS technique and SMARTPLS 3.0 application. Factors that influence users to receive ILMU e-learning and significantly are effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and behavioral intention. Meanwhile, performance expectancy does not influence users significantly to accept ILMU e-learning. These factors are key indicators to of the implementation and improvement of ILMU e-learning, thus it will develop a better implementation for the lecturers to use and accept it.

Abstract

The development of Information Systems is currently an important element for higher education institutions to support business processes in the world of Education. Similar things are also implemented in Unesa or Surabaya State University Applied SIAKADU or integrated academic Information System. SIAKADU is a site-based Scholastic data framework that can be accessed easily, anytime and anywhere, as long as anything is connected to a web connection. The purpose of this test is to survey whether Delone and McLean's Refreshed Data framework achievement Model can really be applied to the Incorporated Scientific Data Framework at Surabaya State University, as well as to distinguish variables from this model that have an impact on the progress of the framework. . This exploration technique is one of the methodologies used to dissect the results of a data frame. This exam included a fixed proportional irregular exam involving 391 respondents who were active students at Surabaya State University. There are several factors that affect the success of an integrated academic information system when viewed from the results of the analysis that has been done. Actual use, the intention of the perpetrator, the quality of Service, and the quality of information are some of the factors in question. Furthermore, the intention of users to use the integrated academic Information System is significantly influenced although not significantly by user satisfaction and system quality.

Abstract

Studi mengenai menulis merupakan studi yang menarik perhatian peneliti, terutama bidang bahasa. Berkait dengan itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan keterampilan menulis tulisan ilmiah mahasiswa. Metode pengembangan (R & D) yang meliputi tahapan: pendefinisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan untuk menguji keefektifan dan kualitas metode belajar PBL “Ruang Literasi” digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pelaksanaan tahap pengembangan dilakukan melalui model hybrid learning. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang berasal dari nilai mahasiswa dan respons mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, metode PBL “Ruang Literasi” menunjukkan bahwa metode PBL “Ruang Literasi” memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik karena dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah dan efektif diterapkan di kelas Bahasa Indonesia. Model hybrid learning juga mendukung keefektifan metode pembelajaran ini.

Abstract

DPU Bina Marga Jawa Timur merupakan lembaga pemerintahan di tingkat daerah, menghadapi tantangan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi secara efektif, terutama dalam pengelolaan arsip. Proses pengarsipan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan ketidakefisienan dalam manajemen arsip, risiko kehilangan data, dan keterlambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam riset ini menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada pihak DPU Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Timur. TOGAF salah satu framework arsitektur perusahaan yang menyajikan pendekatan mendalam atau terstruktur untuk mengembangkan arsitektur enterprise dan sistem. Pada riset ini, tahapan TOGAF ADM yang dilakukan hanya sampai Phase E: Opportunities and Solution. Output dari riset ini berupa blueprint usulan SI/TI yang diharapkan dapat memberikan dukungan yang bermanfaat bagi DPU Bina Marga Jawa Timur, utamanya dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan arsip secara terkoordinasi sehingga dapat mendukung tujuan bisnis dan kebutuhan organisasi secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

In response to the escalating need for efficient student portfolio management, this study introduces the development of the Student Digital Portfolio Information System (SITIMAWA) prototype. Through the utilization of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and black box testing, the research endeavors to elevate the organization and presentation of academic achievements, projects, and personal portfolios, benefiting students, instructors, and administrators alike. Executing the Waterfall methodology, the study meticulously directs the systematic design, development, and testing phases of the SITIMAWA prototype. The outcome materializes as a comprehensive system and application prototype that adeptly mirrors student portfolio management, streamlining navigation, and the coherent arrangement of academic accomplishments and personal projects. The synergistic integration of UML design and black box testing substantially fuels the success of the prototype. Conclusively, the study underscores the prowess of the Waterfall methodology in fostering a structured and methodically documented developmental process and concurrently recommends delving into further research to glean user feedback, thereby perpetuating the iterative enhancement of the SITIMAWA prototype. This endeavor aspires to forge an advanced and user-centric platform for the seamless management of student portfolios, ultimately contributing to an enriched educational experience. The ongoing refinements hold the potential to revolutionize how educational achievements are curated and presented in the digital age, enhancing engagement and collaboration within the educational ecosystem. By effectively bridging technology and education, the SITIMAWA prototype paves the way for a dynamic and transformative educational landscape.

Abstract

The virtual assistant chatbot in the MyTelkomsel application is a company's effort to achieve goals and improve business performance. Chatbot as a virtual assistant has advantages and disadvantages. Evaluating user acceptance of the Virtual Assistant Chatbot in the MyTelkomsel application is important to overcome so that users do not switch to using other products. One of the models used to evaluate user acceptance of information systems is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). UTAUT is able to explain how the use of technology can be influenced by individual differences in use. The conclusion of this study is that the variables that influence the acceptance of the use of virtual assistant chatbots in the MyTelkomsel application consist of the greatest influence is shown in the effect of social influence on Behavioural intention with a value of 5,768. Then the second largest influence is the trust variable on behavioural intention with a value of 5,220. Meanwhile, the variable that has the smallest influence on behavioural intention is effort expectancy with a value of 5,134.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) merupakan sebuah perangkat lunak berbasis website yang digunakan untuk mengelola administrasi akademik di STIKes Salsabila Serang. Terdapat beberapa masalah yang dialami pengguna selama mengoperasionalkan SIAKAD, sehingga penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem berdasarkan user experience. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penilaian user experience SIAKAD dan mengetahui hal-hal yang menjadi prioritas untuk ditingkatkan berdasarkan pengalaman pengguna. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah HEART Metrics dengan sub variabel Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention dan Task Success. Metode yang digunakan adalah Importance Performance Analysis. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 75 pengguna aktif SIAKAD STIKes Salsabila Serang. Hasil analisis HEART Metrics adalah tingkat user experience SIAKAD memperoleh kriteria sangat tinggi pada Level of Usability. Hasil metode Importance Performance Analysis pada kuadran I adalah H1, R2 dan TSM3. Sehingga perlu dievaluasi dan ditingkatkan prioritasnya, karena ketiga pernyataan tersebut berpengaruh terhadap pengalaman pengguna saat menggunakan SIAKAD STIKes Salsabila Serang.

Abstract

The utilization of technology and information in government administration, especially through the concept of E-government, is the main focus to improve the efficiency and accessibility of public services in Indonesia. One of the cities implementing E-government is Surabaya city by developing an E-service website for the Social Service Office. The E-service website is designed to make it easier for citizens to apply for a poor certificate online. However, the implementation of E-government systems often faces obstacles in implementing services to users. This study uses the Delone-McLean Information System Success Model to evaluate the E-service website from the perspective of the Surabaya City community. Analysis of information quality, service, system, digital literacy, actual use, user satisfaction, and net benefits (E-government Performance) revealed that Service Quality, Digital Literacy, and System Quality have a positive and significant effect on actual use. Actual use, in turn, has a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction (User Satisfaction) and E-government performance. However, Information Quality shows a negative influence on user satisfaction and actual use. This research provides an understanding of the main factors that influence the successful implementation of E-government systems in Surabaya city and encourages further development efforts to improve service quality and its positive impact on society. Recommendations include improving the quality of information, services and systems to ensure the continuity and success of the E-government system in Surabaya City.
