Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi konsep pengawasan partisipatif pada kesalahan data dalam penempatan TPS selama tahapan persiapan pemilu tahun 2024. Pendekatan partisipatif dalam pengawasan mencakup keterlibatan aktif masyarakat, LSM, dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya dalam memantau dan melaporkan ketidaksesuaian atau kesalahan data. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis survei, wawancara, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyoroti pentingnya program pengawasan partisipatif dalam mengidentifikasi, melaporkan, dan memperbaiki kesalahan data yang terkait dengan penempatan TPS. Ditemukan bahwa kolaborasi antara badan pemilihan, pemerintah lokal, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Hal ini adalah kunci dalam mengimplementasikan program pengawasan partisipatif yang efektif. Rekomendasi praktis diajukan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengawasan pemilu, termasuk pelatihan bagi pengamat pemilu, penguatan kerja sama antara lembaga pemerintah dan non-pemerintah, serta penerapan teknologi informasi untuk memfasilitasi pelaporan dan pemantauan yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

This study analyzes the sentiment of social media users, especially Twitter and YouTube, on the results of the 2024 presidential election won by the Prabowo-Gibran pair. The goal is to identify the dominance of sentiment, whether positive, negative, or neutral. The research method uses a literature approach with content analysis on user responses. The data obtained showed the dominance of negative sentiment, especially criticism related to election integrity, human rights issues, and candidate feasibility. These results reflect significant public dissatisfaction with the political process, highlighting the role of social media as a reflection of public opinion. These findings provide insight for the government in understanding public perception and the importance of transparent communication to strengthen public trust in democracy.

Abstract

This study examines how local wisdom can be integrated into the organizational management and bureaucratic governance of election organizers at the Metro City General Election Commission (KPU) to strengthen the inclusivity, legitimacy, and effectiveness of regional election administration. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on document analysis and secondary data from official KPU documents, election regulations, election implementation reports, public information releases, scientific literature, and previous research relevant to the research topic. The analysis focuses on the relationship between formal bureaucratic principles and local values, specifically Angken Muwaghi, mutual cooperation, deliberation, multiculturalism, and kinship. The results of the study indicate that these values ​​function as social capital that supports public trust, participatory communication, community-based voter education, and organizational cohesion in local election management. Angken Muwaghi strengthens the social integration of heterogeneous communities; mutual cooperation expands collective participation; deliberation supports more inclusive decision-making; multiculturalism encourages sensitivity to diverse voter groups; and kinship strengthens internal organizational solidarity. This article also identifies the challenges of maintaining a balance between local values ​​and professional bureaucratic standards to prevent informal patronage or the personalization of institutional work. This article offers Local Wisdom-Based Electoral Governance as a conceptual framework for understanding how local values ​​can complement the principles of good governance in regional election management. This framework positions local wisdom not merely as a cultural symbol, but as a contextual resource for strengthening institutional legitimacy, public participation, and the consolidation of local democracy, particularly in multicultural societies that require an electoral approach based on local social trust.
