Abstract

This research aims to analyze language errors in the spelling of preschool students. In the student's thesis abstract, writing errors were found. Students' mistakes when writing their thesis abstracts are sometimes not using the correct Indonesian spelling. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method and data collection procedure techniques in the form of observation. Based on the research results, the samples taken were 7 abstract data and student books at Medan State University, Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program. In writing abstracts there is language spelling that is not correct according to the Enhanced Indonesian Spelling (EYD) guidelines, namely in the use of prepositions, use of capital letters, writing full stops, use of italics and errors in writing words. There are 7 spelling error data contained in the abstracts and PGPAUD student books. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that the author is inaccurate in using language spelling in capital letters, italics, words with affixes, use of abbreviations, use of punctuation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how student management at TK Pelangi Medan supports the optimal development of early childhood. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with a class B teacher. The findings reveal that student management is carried out holistically, including an admission process that considers children's readiness, the design of play-based learning activities, and individualized handling of learning challenges through a humanistic approach. Teachers act as facilitators who create enjoyable and adaptive learning environments that meet the needs of children. The main challenges include the diversity of children's characteristics and limited parental involvement. These findings underscore the importance of strong collaboration between teachers and parents, as well as child-centered management strategies, in promoting cognitive, socio-emotional, and motor development in early childhood education.

Abstract

Komunikasi efektif adalah pertukaran informasi, ide, perasaan yang menghasilkan perubahan sikap sehingga terjalin sebuah hubungan baik antara pemberi pesan dan penerima pesan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah mencangkup mengenai bagaimana efektivitas komunikasi dalam organisasi lembaga di PAUD dan Strategi Komunikasi Dalam Lembaga Paud. Penelitian ini juga memiliki manfaat yaitu Untuk menyelidiki bagaimana efektivitas komunikasi dalam organisasi lembaga di PAUD, Memverifikasi rumusan masalah Komunikasi Dalam Lembaga Paud serta Mendapatkan informasi baru tentang Komunikasi Dalam Lembaga Paud. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik analisis data kualitatif dilakuakn sesuai dengan observasi atau wawancara secara langsung kepada guru sehingga analisis data yang digunakan dengan cara menelaah jawaban-jawaban yang dikumpulkan yang didapat dari subjek penelitian. (Santrock, 2002) Anak pra-sekolah umumnya memiliki keterbatasan dan ketidakmampuan dalam mengekspresikan dan mengkomunikasikan perasaan atau topik emosional yang sulit seperti rasa tidak nyaman yang dirasakannya secara verbal, sehingga anak cenderung menghindari pembicaraan dengan tidak berbicara sama sekali, mengganti topik, mendorong, atau berlari.
