Abstract

One of the Three Dharmas of Higher Education is the implementation of community service, which aims to develop the abilities of the community. MSME development is a community service activity in the form of applying the results of science and technology to solve problems faced by MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises). This program is aimed at increasing the independence and performance of MSMEs. Examples include: increasing business opportunities in the era of digitalization, increasing the productivity of MSMEs with appropriate technology, developing online marketing to expand the MSME market, as is the case in Ujunge village, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency, with several MSMEs opening businesses but lacking skills so proficiency is needed. . Therefore, there is a need to socialize the empowerment of MSMEs. In this socialization activity, it is hoped that MSMEs can increase their productivity and gain knowledge to market their products online

Abstract

Abstrak Investasi penyertaan modal merupakan salah satu strategi yang penting bagi pemerintah daerah dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengembangan sektor keuangan. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan investasi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Wajo pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Sulselbar sebesar Rp 25.000.000.000 dalam jangka waktu 5 tahun, mulai dari 2025 hingga 2029. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Diawali dengan melakukan analisa RGEC (Risk, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, dan Capital) untuk menilai kesehatan perusahaan, lalu melihat nilai sekarang dan perkiraan dampak pengembalian investasi menggunakan rasio keuangan profitabilitas yaitu Present Value (PV), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, dan Return on Investment (ROI), kedua pendekatan ini dipakai untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan investasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan investasi memiliki prospek yang positif dan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian daerah, serta meningkatkan kinerja PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulselbar cabang Sengkang- Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kata Kunci: Investasi Penyertaan Modal, Bank Pembangunan Daerah, RGEC, Rasio Keuangan Abstract Capital participation investment is one of the key strategies for local governments to encourage economic growth and financial sector development. This journal aims to analyze the feasibility of the Wajo Regency Regional Government's investment in PT. The Regional Development Bank (BPD) of South Sulawesi received an allocation of IDR 25,000,000,000 for a period of 5 years, spanning from 2025 to 2029. The research method used is quantitative. Starting with conducting an RGEC (Risk, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital) analysis to assess the company's health, then looking at the current value and estimated impact of investment returns using the financial profitability ratio, namely Present Value (PV), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and Return on Investment (ROI), these two approaches are used to evaluate the feasibility of investment. The results of the analysis show that investment has positive prospects and can make a significant contribution to the regional economy, as well as improve the performance of PT. Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan memastikan dampak dari komunikasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XXX Kota Makassar. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 50 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. XXX Kota Makassar. Pendekatan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel sensus, yang melibatkan semua individu dalam populasi sebagai sampel. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terutama berasal dari sumber primer yang diperoleh melalui pemberian kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel motivasi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

In Tangkoro Village, Pitumpanua District, Wajo Regency, 22.54% of the total population of 1,167 people work as farmers or plantation owners. Their main crop is cocoa, in addition to other commodities such as cloves, pepper, and fruit. Farmers cannot process their own cocoa harvest because it has been purchased by PT Cargill. Therefore, to earn additional income, they can only utilize cocoa waste. This community service aims to help farmers identify entrepreneurial ideas for utilizing cocoa waste into finished products and marketing them digitally. This empowerment is carried out through lectures (counseling) and simulations (training) to increase farmers' knowledge in finding business ideas using the Business Model Canvas in utilizing cocoa waste and marketing it digitally. The results of this empowerment study, based on pretest and posttest results, can improve farmers' ability to find business ideas for utilizing cocoa waste and utilizing digital marketing.
