Abstract

Perusahaan berupaya meningkatkan rasio RBC untuk memenuhi persyaratan peraturan. Rasio klaim yang tidak terkendali menunjukkan kegagalan perusahaan dalam mengelola risiko yang diterimanya sehingga akan berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan premi. Perseroan mampu menghasilkan pertumbuhan premi yang sepadan dan meningkatkan pendapatan preminya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif. Data primer dikumpulkan dan diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Kapital Berbasis Risiko, Rasio Klaim, Rasio Pertumbuhan Premi, Rasio Investasi, dan Pendapatan Premi digunakan sebagai obyek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio klaim, pertumbuhan premi dan rasio investasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan premi pada PT Prudential Life Assurance. Risk Base Capital berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan premi pada PT Prudential Life Assurance. Risk Base Capital, rasio klaim, pertumbuhan premi dan rasio investasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan premi pada PT Prudential Life Assurance. Kata Kunci: Modal Berbasis Risiko, Rasio Klaim, Rasio Pertumbuhan Premi, Rasio Investasi, dan Pendapatan Premi

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the main keys to determining the success of a business and its sustainability. Service businesses are business activities that require users to be in a "service encounter" and this requires creating an atmosphere and providing adequate supporting facilities, in addition to other variables, so that the service delivery process can be enjoyed and satisfy customers. Aviation services are a very promising business activity, especially to support human activities in general. Higher education must improve the quality of services offered, of course this must be equipped with various supporting attributes and create an atmosphere when carrying out "delivery service" in "service encounters" with a pleasant "ambiance situation" that needs to be created. In the midst of increasingly fierce competition and increasingly smart customers, educational institutions must be able to overcome current challenges by providing the best service. Increasing competition has encouraged many educational institutions to invest and develop quality services by integrating various aspects, such as human resources, equipment, technology and supporting programs to simplify the delivery process. Consumers tend to be less “loyal” and more easily switch to service providers that match their perceptions. This effort is also part of the organization's commitment to continuously improving quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the educational game “Matematika Seru” on the understanding of basic arithmetic concepts among third-grade elementary school students. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The population for this study was all elementary schools in the Sumedang Utara subdistrict, and the sample consisted of SD Negeri Rancapurut, which had 60 third-grade students. The students were divided into two groups: the experimental group, which used the educational game, and the control group, which used conventional methods. Data were collected through validated tests with sufficient reliability. Data analysis was conducted using normality tests, homogeneity tests, paired t-tests, and mean difference tests using SPSS Statistics 24 software. The results of the study indicate a positive effect on the understanding of basic arithmetic operations among third-grade students who used the educational game “Matematika Seru” with an N-Gain of 0.51 and in conventional learning with an N-Gain of 0.27. Additionally, there was a significant difference in the effect between students using the educational game “Matematika Seru” and conventional learning on posttest scores. This is demonstrated by the Effect Size calculation with a Cohen's d value of 1.445, which falls into the category of a large effect size.

Abstract

Ilmu Pengetahuan yang semakin mengalami perkembangan di era modern tidaklah luput dari pengaruh paradigma post-positivisme, yang merupakan bentuk kritikan dari paradigma sebelumnya, yakni paradigma positivisme, disebabkan karena keterbatasan paradigma positivisme yang terlalu menekankan objektivitas dan empirisme, sehingga mengabaikan nilai-nilai spiritual serta dimensi kemanusiaan dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan relevansi paradigma post-positivisme dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, dengan penyajian yang lebih komprehensif dan kontekstual terhadap realitas sosial. Metode yang digunakan ialah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif melalui studi kepustakaan dengan menelaah berbagai sumber ilmiah terkait teori dan praktik pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma post-positivisme memiliki relevansi dalam konteks Pendidikan Islam, paradigm Post-Positivisme mampu mendorong integrasi antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum, serta memperkuat peran guru sebagai fasilitator reflektif dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang ilmiah, kritis, dan berakhlak. Kesimpulannya, paradigma post-positivisme relevan sebagai dasar filosofis bagi pengembangan pendidikan Islam yang seimbang antara aspek rasional, moral, dan spiritual.
