Abstract

Fostering disability awareness is important to improve peer acceptance and friendship between students with special needs and regular students. This study is a narrative review of previous research on activity for fostering disability awareness. We reviewed 16 studies that fit the criteria that we found on E-resources National Library of Indonesia. We find some activity to build awareness, namely, reading books about disability, peer network strategy, thematic intervention, puppets show, drawing comics, simulation, play intervention and sports activities. These activities can be references for teachers to improve acceptance and friendship in inclusive schools.

Abstract

Success in implementing occupational safety and health in the workplace depends largely on the level of knowledge, understanding and awareness of workers. This is reflected in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working. The more disciplined workers are in using PPE, the better the implementation of K3 at the job site. The purpose of this program is to increase the awareness of workers in the Sesulu village oil palm plantation on the importance of using PPE while working, so that occupational safety and health can be realized properly. This activity will be held on July 25-26, 2023, located in the oil palm plantation area of Sesulu village, Waru District, North Penajam Paser Utara. The approach used is the provision of education and counseling to workers. The form of implementation consists of providing material, discussion, evaluation and providing PPE as a form of concern for the importance of implementing K3. This program is expected to have a positive impact and be able to raise awareness in maintaining and maintaining K3

Abstract

Soybeans have a major role in the Indonesian economy, as they are the main source of raw materials in various industries. The objectives of this study are to identify factors affecting the increase in soybean prices, develop a dynamic system modelling related to the increase in soybean prices, calculate the availability of soybeans against the effect of soybean prices, and develop alternative policy recommendations to meet the needs of soybeans in the productivity of tempeh and tofu in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. Applying system dynamics with Powersim uses a causal loop diagram to translate the variables that affect the availability of soybeans to meet the demand for soybeans. The results of this study show that the value of E1 for the sub-model of the rate of import activities is 1.0%, the availability of soybeans is 1.0%, and the need for soybeans is 0.99%, so E1 is declared Valid The value of E2 for the sub-model of the rate of import activities is 0%, the availability of soybeans is 0.622%, the need for soybeans is 0.325% so the value of E2 is declared valid. The forecasting variable of the rate of import activities in this study affects the availability and demand for soybeans. The availability variable influences the fulfilment of soybean demand. Balikpapan City can achieve soybean self-sufficiency for the following years if the needs have been met.

Abstract

Desa Rejo Sari, terletak di Kelurahan Dempo Makmur, Kecamatan Pagar Alam Utara, Kota Pagar Alam, memiliki luas 4,575 hektar dengan jumlah penduduk 998 jiwa (data 2024, GPS MAP GARMIN 64s). Pertumbuhan permukiman dan populasi yang pesat menyebabkan permasalahan drainase, seperti limpasan dan genangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghitung debit air maksimum yang mengalir ke saluran drainase dan merancang dimensi saluran yang sesuai. Analisis menggunakan empat metode frekuensi menunjukkan metode Distribusi Normal sebagai yang paling sesuai berdasarkan uji chi-kuadrat dan smirnov–kolmogorov. Debit banjir rencana dengan periode ulang 2 tahun menghasilkan nilai debit 7,1547 m³/detik, sementara debit rencana untuk saluran sebesar 5,2716 m³/detik. Untuk mengakomodasi debit tersebut, dirancang saluran dengan penampang ekonomis berbentuk persegi berukuran lebar dasar (b) 0,5 m, tinggi (h) 0,6 m, dan lebar atas (w) 0,15 m. Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) drainase sepanjang 135 meter mencakup pekerjaan persiapan Rp 3.222.197,75, pekerjaan tanah Rp 1.580.266,46, beton Rp 106.256.852,05, acian Rp 106.256.852,05, serta PPN 11% Rp 13.045.345,97. Total biaya yang dianggarkan adalah Rp 131.639.400,22, dibulatkan menjadi Rp 131.639.000,00. Pembangunan saluran drainase ini diharapkan mampu menampung debit air, mengurangi genangan, dan mendukung infrastruktur kawasan permukiman Desa Rejo Sari

Abstract

Komputer jaringan merupakan salah satu bidang penting dalam teknologi informasi yang terus berkembang seiring kemajuan teknologi. Berbagai perangkat jaringan komputer terus berinovasi untuk mengikuti perkembangan tersebut, termasuk Mikrotik, salah satu produk router yang banyak digunakan dalam implementasi sistem jaringan. Sebagai dosen, pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), menjadi tanggung jawab yang harus dijalankan setiap tahun. Pada tahun ini, PKM difokuskan pada Jurusan Komputer di SMKN 1 Peringgasela. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa di bidang jaringan komputer dengan menggunakan Mikrotik. Pelatihan ini juga bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi Ujian Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK) serta memberikan bekal yang bermanfaat bagi pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PSG) maupun setelah lulus nantinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi ceramah dan praktik (demonstrasi). Secara keseluruhan, hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini mencakup antusiasme dan semangat siswa, serta keberhasilan dalam beberapa aspek, yaitu: 1) Tercapainya keberhasilan pelatihan, 2) Terwujudnya tujuan penelitian yang telah direncanakan, dan 3) Tercapainya target materi yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

The purpose of the socialization activities held is to provide education, understand and reminder of insight to students about the impacts and dangers that can arise from drug abuse based on a review of legal, health, economic, social and community aspects. This activity was carried out at SMP Negeri 4 Sesulu, Kecematan Waru, Penajam Paser Utara (PPU) Regency on July 31, 2023. The participants who participated in this activity amounted to 40 people, consisting of students, teachers of SMP Negeri 4 Sesulu and representatives from the Sesulu Police Station. The method applied to this activity is by lecture techniques, and question-and-answer (discussion). Through this activity, it is expected to provide a comprehensive increase in understand and insight into the impacts and dangers that can be caused by drug abuse to students from legal, health, economic, social and community aspects as well as the negative impacts caused to the future of Indonesia's young generation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the selection of ship spare parts suppliers at PT. PTK Indonesia uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. The research method used to select ship parts suppliers is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 4 respondents. The questionnaire design consists of a comparative assessment of the importance of the criteria and each criterion. For data processing, the software used is Expert Choice. The results showed that the quality criterion was the most important selection criterion with a percentage of 55.8% (0.558) compared to other criteria. And PT. Askrindo is the most appropriate supplier to meet the demand of PT. PTK Indonesia has the highest importance presentation compared to other suppliers, which is 55.3% (0.553). The limitations of this study lie in the number of respondents, who only amounted to 4 companies (people), the number of criteria used to select suppliers, and the field of supplier selection. Meanwhile, the implications of the results of this study are in the form of determining criteria and potential suppliers that can be used by the Company to meet the needs of ship spare parts for PTK Indonesia. The origin of this research lies in case studies and the use of the AHP method as a decision-making tool in choosing criteria and potential supplier companies appropriately in meeting the needs of ship spare parts at PT. PTK Indonesia.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut integrasi mata pelajaran Informatika, termasuk koding dan kecerdasan buatan (AI), sejak jenjang Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara (PPU), sebagai wilayah penyangga Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), memiliki kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam teknologi digital guna mendukung visi pendidikan masa depan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan intensif mengenai dasar-dasar koding dan pemanfaatan AI dalam pembelajaran kepada guru-guru SD dan SMP di PPU, sehingga mereka mampu mengintegrasikan materi tersebut secara efektif di kelas. Dengan pendekatan Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode blended learning yang terdiri dari sesi daring (penyampaian konsep dasar) dan sesi luring (praktik langsung dan workshop). Peserta pelatihan adalah 28 guru dari28 sekolah dasar yang medapatkan BOS di PPU. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test, post-test, dan observasi praktik mengajar. Hasil:Terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada skor post-test peserta Median Positif (2.00): Nilai median yang lebih tinggi dari rata-rata menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa mengalami peningkatan nilai sebesar 2 poin atau lebih. %) yang menunjukkan pemahaman konsep koding dan AI
