Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan kegiatan pentas seni di SMAN 15 Palembang. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Datadata penelitian dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan informan penelitian yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Guru, Osis, dan Siwa, Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan pentas seni di SMAN 15 Palembang sudah berjalan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan pengarahan, koordinasi, komunikasi, dan motivasi. Adapun faktor pendukung manajemen event dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pentas seni yakni kekompakkan dan kebersamaan dari siswa/peserta, panitia, guru/staff yang meramaikan acara sehingga acara berhasil di selenggarakan sampai akhir, sedangkan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu tidak ada faktor penghambat yang signifikan, seperti permasalahan dana, fasilitas dan perlengkapan yang mungkin belum memenuhi kebutuhan tetapi tidak menghambat jalannya acara.

Abstract

Abstract

This article discusses the urgency and relevance of stakeholder engagement in the context of education planning. Stakeholders, such as teachers, students, parents, communities, governments and various other relevant parties, have an important role to play in creating an inclusive, sustainable and responsive educational environment to the needs of society. The research method carried out in this article is the literature method, where the author critically examines the thoughts of figures and literature of books, journals, and those related to each other which are indeed in accordance with the material to be presented. Involving them in the educational planning process can improve the quality of educational programs, strengthen community support, and create sustainable engagement. By having a common agreement on the goals, strategies and evaluation of education programs, stakeholder engagement can strengthen transparency, accountability and participation in education decision-making. It also ensures that the various perspectives and needs of stakeholders are thoroughly considered, so that the resulting educational programs are more relevant, effective and have a positive impact on the entire educational community. Thus, this article underscores the importance of urgency and relevance of stakeholder involvement in education planning as an effort to create an education system that is inclusive, sustainable, and oriented to the needs of society as a whole. Involving stakeholders in education planning is a crucial aspect in ensuring the success and sustainability of education programs.

Abstract

Internal management crises represent a critical challenge for Islamic educational institutions, particularly at the elementary level such as madrasah ibtidaiyah. Issues including internal conflicts, weak organizational coordination, and high teacher turnover may significantly affect institutional stability and the quality of educational services. This study aims to analyze the crisis management strategies implemented by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muara Rupit, Rupit District, North Musi Rawas Regency (Muratara), in addressing internal management crises. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the head of the madrasah, teachers, and administrative staff, participatory observation of institutional activities, and document analysis of organizational policies and records. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that crisis management strategies at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muara Rupit are implemented through three main stages: internal crisis identification, strengthening organizational communication, and management restructuring grounded in Islamic values. The head of the madrasah plays a pivotal role as a key actor in managing crisis communication in a persuasive and participatory manner to mitigate conflicts and maintain internal trust. These findings underscore that effective crisis management in Islamic educational institutions is strongly influenced by adaptive leadership, open organizational communication, and the integration of religious values in decision-making processes. This study is expected to contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of crisis management practices in Islamic elementary education institutions.
