Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the labor-intensive program in infrastructure development in Ulubalang Village, Bone Regency. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the positive impact of the program on the progress of village infrastructure. The research method involved field surveys, interviews, as well as statistical data analysis to measure the success rate of labor-intensive program implementation. The results showed that the program significantly improved economic access and increased community access to infrastructure such as roads and bridges. This is seen from the labor-intensive effectiveness theory used to describe and explain labor-intensive in village development, which is viewed from the source approach, process approach, and target approach. In addition, this study found that the labor-intensive program also had a positive impact on improving community skills and participation in village development. The program not only improves physical infrastructure, but also empowers local communities through employment and training opportunities. The success of the labor-intensive program in improving village infrastructure is also reflected in the high level of community satisfaction with the development results achieved.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze social media content as political communication used by political parties in Indonesia in delivering messages to the public through social media. The method used in this research is qualitative with data taken from the social media content of political parties and analyzed using the content analysis method with the help of NVivo 12 Plus software. The research findings show the dominance of Core Argument or the use of logical arguments, facts, data, and rational reasoning in the social media content of political parties. However, other elements such as Emotional Quality and Communicative Ideology are also found in significant portions. The results of thematic analysis reveal that Core Argument dominates with 48%, followed by Emotional Quality at 35%, and Communicative Ideology at 17%. These findings confirm the efforts of political parties to build credibility and public trust by presenting factual and rational information on social media. However, they also do not ignore the importance of building emotional connections with audiences and conveying certain ideologies or narratives in their political communications.

Abstract

This qualitative case study aims to explore the dynamics of collaboration in the management of Taka Bonerate tourism comprehensively and contextually. The study reveals that while collaboration processes have been implemented relatively well, involvement of community groups remains institutionally weak, communication is insufficient, trust between parties is lacking, and commitment is not yet strong despite adherence to official regulations. Collaborative actions, especially facilitation through training and socialization, are limited, with infrequent meetings among stakeholders hindering progress. Nevertheless, the collaboration has positively impacted the community by increasing tourism awareness and creating income opportunities. These findings highlight the need to strengthen communication, trust, and commitment, as well as to enhance capacity-building efforts to improve collaborative tourism management in Taka Bonerate

Abstract

The role of public communication is of utmost significance in changing the dynamics of society, encompassing social, political, and economic aspects. This research analyzes the public communication strategy through social media, particularly Twitter, conducted by Ganjar Pranowo, the Governor of Central Java. The research method used in this study is content analysis with social media.  Hashtags, as a key element in the communication strategy, play an important role in building a positive image of Central Java. Hashtag analysis reveals Ganjar Pranowo's focus on promoting comfort, infrastructure and handling COVID-19 in his region. Interaction patterns with official government and media accounts show strong collaboration in disseminating transparent information and increasing public engagement. Governor Ganjar Pranowo's active engagement on social media reflects an effective strategy to build trust and increase public engagement in modern governance. The results of this study provide insights into the potential and role of social media in strengthening public communication in the realm of government.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM yaitu kualitas SDM, kepemilikan, pembiayaan, pemasaran, kesulitan bersaing dengan perusahaan yang besar.Selain itu, masih berorientasi jangka pendek dan rendahnya konsep inovasi yang sistematis. Untuk dapat tetap hidup, UMKM perlu menumbuhkan iklim inovasi serta penguasaan teknologi, khususnya yang terkait dengan transformasi digital birutoto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menelusuri Faktor Risiko Kematian dan Inovasi Digital pada UMKM untuk menemukan strategi membangun ketahanan UMKM dari keterpurukan lebih jauh. Terutama menelusuri dan mengidentifikasi Mortality Risk Factors sebagai indikator kekuatan bertahan UMKM dari kematian. Serta, menelusuri inovasi birutoto digital sebagai syarat penting UMKM untuk dapat beradaftasi pada perkembangan digitalisasi usaha. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi metodologi penelitian yaitu metode kuantitatif, metode kualitatif, serta historical analysis. Metode kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan observer-participant. Metode kuantitatif yaitu melalui cross-sectional dilakukan dengan convenience sampling, atau availability sampling. Historical analysis digunakan untuk dokumentasi situasi UMKM masa lalu. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahawa permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM di kota Makassar yang menjadi faktor yang dapat mendorong risiko kematian (risiko kebangkrutan/”gulung tikar”) yaitu kualitas SDM, kepemilikan, pembiayaan, pemasaran, kesulitan bersaing dengan perusahaan yang besar serta masih berorientasi jangka pendek dan rendahnya penggunaan inovasi yang sistematis. Kemudian faktor yang paling dominan penyebab risiko kematian UMKM adalah: manajemen, wirausaha, dan inovasi. Dalam 'wirausaha' perlu meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi yang akan mencerminkan produktivitas organisasi. Dalam manajemen, wirausahawan harus mengetahui semua alat yang diperlukan dan tersedia untuk kinerja bisnis yang baik dan meminimalkan kegagalan sambil meningkatkan manajemen. Melalui inovasi, produk dan layanan diciptakan untuk melayani konsumen birutoto, dan proses organisasi dirampingkan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas bisnis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out how the political dominance of the noble descendants in the Golkar party of Bone Regency. The research method used is qualitative with several research indicators processed through nvivo12 plus application. The results showed that the political dominance of noble descendants (Andi) on the Golkar party body has been going on for a long time, the existence of noble descendants is seen in the Chairman of DPD II Golkar Bone Regency occupied by noble descendants since 1971 - 2024. The dominance was born because the descendants of nobles had the good capacity and popularity in political contestation.  Golkar party in cadre recruitment is open to all circles and does not distinguish from social strata, in the era of democracy there are no more restrictions to process in political parties. So actually there is no requirement to have a noble title to enter the party

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to use a systematic literature review technique to describe and thoroughly investigate the understanding of community participation in the local political context. this framework, the role of community participation is considered a crucial element that has a significant impact in the process of policy formation and determining the direction of decision making at the local level. Involving the community in the local political process is not only an indicator of the health of democracy, but also the main basis for creating policies that are more representative and responsive to the needs and aspirations of local communities. By detailing these dimensions of community participation through a systematic literature review, this research aims to provide a solid conceptual foundation for understanding the complex dynamics involved in interactions between communities and local politics. The research results show several dominant themes in this study, such as Political participation and Community Participation. Furthermore, the themes that are most closely linked in this study are community development and developing countries. The most interesting finding in the in-depth study of local politics is the existence of several keywords that are closely related, such as broken window and disability.
