Upaya meningkatkan produktivitas tanah podsolik merah kuning dalam rangkapeningkatan produksi pare dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian bahan organik misalnya bokasi ampas sagu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis bokasi ampas sagu yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pare pada tanah podsolik merah kuning. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Jalan Danau Sentarum Kecamatan Pontianak Kota, dari tanggal 5 September sampai 19 November 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 level dosis bokasi ampas sagu dengan masing-masing 5 ulangan. Level dosis yang dimaksud adalah 100, 200, 300, 400 dan 500 g/tanaman setara dengan 5, 10, 15, 20 dan 25 ton/ha. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian iniadalah volume akar, berat kering tanaman, jumlah buah per tanaman, berat segar buah per tanaman, berat per buah, diameter buah, panjang buah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bokasi ampas sagu meningkatkan secara nyata hasil tanaman yaitu berat per buah dan panjang buah tetapi tidak meningkatkan secara nyata pertumbuhan tanaman dan pemberian bokasi ampas sagu dengan dosis 200 g/tanaman merupakan dosis efektif untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pare pada tanah podsolik merah kuning.

The Influence of Brand Image and Trust in Repurchasing Interest of Kapal Api Coffee in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdurachman Saleh University Situbondo With Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdrachman Saleh Situbondo University, are the students with the largest quantity at Abdrachman Saleh Situbondo University. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Abdrachman Saleh Situbondo are divided into three study programs. Marketing, HRM and finance Until now, the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdrachman Saleh University, Situbondo, have continued to grow. with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Abdrachman Saleh Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by quata sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a negative but not significant effect on repurchase intention Trust has a significant effect on repurchase intention, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the brand image variable has a significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, trust has a significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the labor-intensive program in infrastructure development in Ulubalang Village, Bone Regency. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the positive impact of the program on the progress of village infrastructure. The research method involved field surveys, interviews, as well as statistical data analysis to measure the success rate of labor-intensive program implementation. The results showed that the program significantly improved economic access and increased community access to infrastructure such as roads and bridges. This is seen from the labor-intensive effectiveness theory used to describe and explain labor-intensive in village development, which is viewed from the source approach, process approach, and target approach. In addition, this study found that the labor-intensive program also had a positive impact on improving community skills and participation in village development. The program not only improves physical infrastructure, but also empowers local communities through employment and training opportunities. The success of the labor-intensive program in improving village infrastructure is also reflected in the high level of community satisfaction with the development results achieved.

This research aims to describe and analyze the principal’s oversight of the project’s execution to improve the Pancasila student profile, as well as to describe and analyze the challenges faced and solutions employed in the program’s implementation. This study employs a qualitative with data obtained through direct interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings conclude the principals have carried out management functions 1) planning function through participatory planning involving other parties to support this project; 2) organizing the potential of educational resources available in the school; 3) conducting this project (P5) activities in line with the implementation flow of the Pancasila Student Profile strengthening project; 4) Providing direct and indirect guidance, coaching, and mentoring in P5 activities. Challenges faced by school principals 1) human resource factors; 2) content-related factors of P5 activities; 3) value dimensions to be achieved in P5 activities; 4) implementation arrangement factors for P5 activities; 5) local wisdom factors. Solutions undertaken include; 1) conducting pre-P5 activities; 2) coordinating with school committees to encourage parents to motivate their children to actively participate in P5 activities; 3) reflecting on P5 activities; 4) re-internalizing and revitalizing the concept of P5 implementation; 5) conducting P5 activities based on local wisdom in accordance with the P5 activity flow; 6) determining the value dimensions, themes, and time allocation adjusted to co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dialami desa terkait pengelolaan dana desa dan untuk memperdalam pehamahan mengenai pengelolaan dana desa dengan menggunakan sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dalam pendekatan deskritif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan data serta dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan masalah utama yang perlu di analisis dalam pengelolaan dana desa yaitu kualitas sumberdaya manusia, dimana beberapa pengelola belum memahami sistem akuntansi,selain itu terdapat juga permasalahan lain yaitu masih belum memadainya sumber tenaga jaringan internet dan berbagai macam hambatan dalam proses pengelolaan keuangan desa. Akuntansi Desa merupakan pencatatan dari proses transaksi yang terjadi di desa, dibuktikan dengan nota-nota kemudian dilakukan pencatatan serta pelaporan keuangan sehingga akan menghasilkan suatu informasi dalam bentuk laporan keuangan yang digunakan beberapa pihak yang berhubungan dengan desa.

This researcher aims to find out what appropriate method is applied by the M. Yatim Broiler Chicken Farm in Suka Datang Village, North Curup District. The analysis used in this research is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the research show that in the recapitulation of the number of broiler chickens of 23,200 during the 2023 harvest period, namely February to December, the results of calculating the cost of production at the M. Yatim broiler chicken farm, Suka Datang Village, North Curup District, are different, each method is different, The method used is full costing, obtaining Rp. 1,167,930,100 with a cost of production per unit of 50,342, while the variable costing method obtained 1,164,704,100 with a cost price per unit of 50,203 and the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method obtained 1,168,154,100 with a cost price per unit of 50,351.

Abstrak Riset ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan penerapan metode pembiayaan marginal sebagai pendekatan strategis dalam mengoptimalkan komposisi struktur modal UMKM. Melalui metode studi kasus dan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pelaku UMKM dapat menggunakan evaluasi tambahan (incremental) terhadap sumber pendanaan baru guna menekan cost of capital serta meningkatkan kinerja dan nilai perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode ini memberikan kerangka yang lebih logis dalam proses pengambilan keputusan keuangan, terutama di tengah keterbatasan akses terhadap pembiayaan eksternal. Di sisi lain, pendekatan ini terbukti mendorong efisiensi operasional tanpa mengurangi kemampuan seseorang dalam mengelola finansial. Meskipun demikian, rendahnya tingkat pemahaman keuangan di kalangan pelaku UMKM masih menjadi tantangan utama dalam penerapannya secara menyeluruh. Oleh sebab itu, sinergi antara UMKM, lembaga keuangan, dan pemerintah menjadi kunci untuk mendorong transformasi pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih visioner dan berkelanjutan Kata Kunci: Pembiayaan Marginal, UMKM, Efisiensi Keuangan, Keputusan Investasi, Transformasi Keuangan Berkelanjutan, Studi Kasus.

Most tofu producers still use steamers as boilers, which poses a risk to tofu quality. To reduce the risks and losses caused by this, a safe boiler construction is designed according to ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) design standards. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach supported by software capable of analysing model characteristics. The boiler construction was designed according to the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) standard, then the boiler design was created using Autodesk Inventor and a theoretical analysis was conducted using internal pressure loads to evaluate stress and displacement in the boiler construction. The results of the study obtained the specifications for a horizontal type of boiler with an operating steam pressure of 2 bar and a design pressure 4 bar. Boiler dimensions 600 mm in diameter, 1200 mm in length. Fuel uses firewood and the maximum volume of water that can be filled in the boiler is up to 113.1 litters. The material used for the plate is 5 mm stainless steel plate 304.
