Abstract

Accessibility of information is one of the main benefits of implementing electronic medical records in the world of health. Through electronic medical records, medical information can be accessed quickly, efficiently, and integrated by authorized parties, bringing positive changes in health data management. This study aims to determine the implementation of electronic medical records through big data in health facilities. The research method used a literature study using data based on EBSCOhost, Science Direct, Proquest, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria included: 1) Articles in Indonesian and English; 2) Full-text articles; 3) Articles published in 2017-2023. Keywords have been adjusted to Medical Subject Heading (MeSH), namely: “Big Data AND Electronic Medical Records”. The retrieved articles were manually selected and reviewed from the title, keywords section, abstract, and the main context of the articles. The results of a literature study from the database showed that 5 relevant studies related to the implementation of electronic medical records through big data in health facilities have potential opportunities. Potential opportunities for the benefits of big data in health services are divided into 4 groups, including: 1)The quality of health services increased; 2) Supporting health workers in services; 3) Supporting research and scientific activities; 4) Management and business. The implementation of electronic medical records through big data in health services can provide potential opportunities including increased quality of health services, supporting health workers in services, supporting research and scientific activities, as well as management and business.

Abstract

Anemia remains a common health issue among adolescent girls, affecting their quality of life and academic performance. Conventional educational methods are often ineffective for the digital generation, making TikTok a potential alternative platform for engaging health education. This systematic literature review, based on the PRISMA 2020 framework, evaluated the effectiveness of TikTok-based educational interventions in improving knowledge and attitudes regarding anemia prevention among adolescent girls. Article searches were conducted through PubMed, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and Mendeley for publications from 2021 to 2025, yielding seven studies that met inclusion criteria. Most studies reported increased knowledge following intervention, with average improvements of 20–45%. Six of seven articles demonstrated statistically significant effects on knowledge and attitudes. Short video formats combining visual and audio elements facilitated comprehension and information retention. Integrating TikTok with supporting media such as infographics improved understanding by up to 30% compared to using a single medium. In conclusion, TikTok is an effective medium for delivering health education on anemia to adolescent girls.

Abstract

Background: Scientifically, fermentation is the process by which microorganisms convert sugar into alcohol and organic acids, which extends the shelf life of food. Today, the field of Nutritional Psychiatry has emerged to identify food components that are important for mental health, emphasizing that the complex interaction between nutrition and brain function highlights the need for a multidisciplinary approach. Objective: To explore the role of fermentation-based diets in regulating gut microbiota and their impact on mental health. Methods: The research method used was a literature review, with five journals reviewed. Results: Based on the five research journals reviewed, the main findings centered on the crucial and comprehensive relationship between gut microbiota, nutrition (diet), and mental health. The first journal introduced psychobiotics, specific live microorganisms that provide therapeutic benefits for mental disorders by increasing the production of important neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin in the gut. The second and fourth journals explicitly show a strong correlation between a healthy diet and mental well-being. The third journal specifically discusses the role of fermented foods in Nutritional Psychiatry. The fifth journal also discusses lifestyle and nutritional neuroscience related to mental health. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between gut microbiota, diet, and mental health, which indicates the potential of nutritional and psychobiotic interventions in the prevention and treatment of mental disord
