Abstract

Abstract: This research was designed to help overcome the shortcomings of learning models and also the limitations of truly valid assessment instruments for physical education teachers. This research was carried out using quantitative descriptive methods by collecting data directly in order to obtain valid data. This research was carried out at two schools in Wanayasa sub-district, namely at MI Pandansari and MI Sirawa, there were 31 students from both schools.Keywords: Teaching game, passing, shooting, Motoric Abstrak: Penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk membantu mengatasi kekurangan model pembelajaran dan juga keterbatasan instrumen penilaian yang benar-benar valid bagi guru penjas. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan cara pengambilan data secara langsung agar memperoleh data yang valid, penelitian ini dilakukan pada dua sekolah yang berada di kecamatan Wanayasa yaitu di MI Pandansari Dan MI Sirawa, siswa dari kedua sekolah tersebut berjumlah 31 siswa.Kata Kunci: Teaching game, passing, shooting, Motorik

Abstract

Investment plays a vital role in the financial planning of individuals. Generally, the investments typically employed in Indonesia are those associated with the capital market. The Indonesian capital market plays a pivotal role in promoting the country's economy and allowing the allocation of funds for businesses. An actual market crash in the Indonesian capital market resulted in a significant decline in share values. The current circumstances require a conversation about the importance of understanding the role of individual investors as vital contributors to investment decision-making in the market. Empirical research has demonstrated that the behavioural bias of individual investors during times of disruption is a significant element contributing to market declines in the capital market. This study examines the impact of investment knowledge and sociodemographic factors on investment decision-making, specifically focussing on behavioural bias. This research method is a quantitative approach by utilising a questionnaire to collect data from 150 investors who are part of the sharia investment community. The variables examined in this study encompass investment knowledge, behavioural bias, sociodemographic factor, and investment decisions.The study demonstrates that investment knowledge and behavioural biases have a substantial impact on investment choices. Investment decisions are significantly influenced by sociodemographic characteristics. Investment decisions are significantly influenced by knowledge and sociodemographic characteristics. Behavioural bias has a role in influencing investment decisions in the disruptive period, by interacting with information and sociodemographic factors. In light of the ongoing era of rapid transformation and advancement, it is crucial for investors to promptly attain financial literacy, as knowledge pertaining to Islamic financial products is easily accessible. Stakeholders should establish an educational program focused on Islamic financial market literacy to improve knowledge and understanding of investing.

Abstract

Volleyball is a team sport, so players must work together and support each other to form a cohesive team. The purpose of this study was to find the application of the ball throwing technique to improve volleyball underhand passing learning in Class IV SD N 1 Sikayu. This study used a classroom action research design which was carried out in two cycles, namely planning, implementing action, observing, and reflecting. Data on volleyball learning outcomes were collected through proficiency tests and observation sheets were used to collect data on student activities in participating in the volleyball learning process using the ball throwing method. The results showed a significant increase from Cycle I to Cycle II. The results of the evaluation in the first cycle were 50% with the "Completed" category, the number of students who completed 10 students. In Cycle II there was an increase of 95% students in the complete category and the number of students who graduated was 19 people. In conclusion, throwing the ball can improve the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing.

Abstract

This study aims to convey and analyze the Dove serum body wash advertising ethics (EPI) guidelines and in accordance with article 9 of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The method used is a qualitative description with a case study approach and analysis of the Dove advertisement that aired on February 10, 2025 in digital media. The results of the analysis show that the claim of Dove's first serum body wash can be proven factually and does not violate advertising ethics. However, the claim of instant moisturizing and visualization of rapid skin changes are considered excessive and are feared to be misleading consumers. The delivery of an unclear warning sign (*) can strengthen the indication of a violation of the principle of transparency in advertising. This finding shows the importance of implementing ethical principles in making advertisements and the need for further supervision by advertising regulatory agencies so as not to harm consumers and to maintain public trust in the brand.

Abstract

Moral education according to Buya Hamka, in the study of the interpretation of Surah Luqman 12-19, is a deep effort in understanding and implementing moral values contained in the verses of the Quran. His background was the desire to explain the moral messages contained in Surah Luqman to Muslims. The aim was to provide a deep understanding of the moral values taught by Luqman to his son, as explained in the Quran. The methods used include lectures, demonstrations, and examples, which are described in detail in the Tafsir of Al-Azhar. The results of the study show that moral education according to Hamka includes aspects such as tawhid, relationships with parents, social interaction, and the practice of moral values in everyday life. The conclusion is that moral education according to Hamka has a strong foundation in the Quran and sunnah, and is a guide for Muslims in living a noble moral life. It provides a deep understanding of the importance of morality in human life and how to apply it in daily practice

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out as part of the Community Service Program (KKN) of Universitas Ma’arif Nahdlatul Ulama Kebumen in Siwarak Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. The main problem in this village is the lack of structured sports coaching despite having adequate infrastructure and high public interest. The program focuses on developing basic football skills for 12-year-old youth as a means of character building, improving physical fitness, and strengthening social solidarity. The implementation method includes field observation, training program preparation, and the execution of basic technique training (passing, dribbling, shooting, and ball control) conducted regularly. The results show an improvement in technical skills, awareness of healthy living, and active community participation. This program also increases the interest of the younger generation to develop sports talent and pursue higher education. This activity is expected to serve as a model for village sports development based on character education.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia is one of the countries with a high risk of natural disasters with 20,380 events between 2020-2024. The high number of disasters that occur will have an impact on the high number of casualties that must be handled by medical personnel. Often what happens in the field is the limited number of medical personnel who handle victims, making the impression of poor service for the community and the lack of competence of medical personnel related to disaster management. Therefore, one of the efforts to improve the competence of medical personnel in disaster emergency response is through Tabletop Disaster Exercise (TDE) training. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of the TDE method to improve the competence of medical personnel in disaster management. Methods: The method used was a literature review taken from several sources with a limit of 2018- 2024. Results and Discussion: The implementation of training with the TDE method is proven to increase knowledge and competence in disaster management. This is because TDE has several advantages, namely, real scenario-based simulation, a stress-free training environment, and the development of coordination between teams. Conclusion: TDE is one of the effective disaster management training methods to improve the competence of medical personnel in disaster management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dasar servis bawah dalam permainan bola voli melalui penerapan modifikasi permainan pada siswa kelas VI SD Inpres Kaleke. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya tingkat penguasaan teknik servis bawah pada kondisi awal pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 18 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan servis bawah siswa. Pada tahap awal, hanya 3 siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan. Setelah dilakukan tindakan, jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 6 pada siklus I, dan mencapai 15 siswa pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini juga tercermin dari pemerataan nilai siswa dalam kategori cukup hingga sangat baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran melalui modifikasi permainan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik servis bawah bola voli. Pendekatan ini menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, meningkatkan motivasi, dan memberikan kesempatan berlatih yang optimal sehingga keterampilan siswa berkembang sesuai dengan target pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study examines the existence and role of Customary Law in the recognition and protection of collective rights of Betawi Batik motifs as Traditional Cultural Expressions (TCE) and Traditional Knowledge (PK). Betawi Batik motifs have communal values ​​that are vulnerable to exploitation, and literature analysis shows that the formal Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) regime (Copyright and Industrial Design) is inadequate due to its individualistic nature and time constraints. This creates a protection gap against the collective rights of the Betawi community. This normative legal research uses a literature review, focusing on the synchronization of Customary Law norms and positive IPR. The results indicate that the principle of communal ownership and control functions through the Betawi Cultural Institution (LKB) still exist and are relevant. Therefore, this study constructs an integrative sui generis legal protection model. This model rests on three pillars: Communal Registration in the TCE database, Customary Control Mechanisms through BCIapproval, and Strengthening Ex-Officio Protection by the government. This model is expected to realize cultural justice and provide legal certainty for the preservation and commercialization of Betawi Batik in a sustainable manner. Abstract

Pendidikan karakter religius merupakan fondasi utama dalam membentuk pribadi yang beretika dan bermartabat, terlebih dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam nonformal seperti Madrasah Diniyah Ulya. Namun, masih ditemukan kesenjangan antara program pembiasaan religius yang telah berjalan dengan ketidakkonsistenan perilaku santri dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian guru, kepala madrasah, dan santri di Madrasah Diniyah Ulya Darurattaqwa Al-Hikmah Pangkalan Lada. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis dengan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan sebagai teladan moral, pembina spiritual, dan pengintegrasi nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran. Keteladanan guru dalam ibadah, adab, dan toleransi terbukti efektif dalam membentuk karakter religius santri. Faktor pendukung meliputi tradisi madrasah seperti salat berjamaah dan pembiasaan adab, sedangkan hambatan muncul dari lingkungan luar madrasah dan keterbatasan waktu. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual berupa tipologi peran guru dalam pembentukan karakter religius, serta implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan karakter di madrasah.
