Abstract

This research is to reveal that broadcasting diversification is an important strategy for television stations in facing the development of broadcasting technology platforms and changes in social media consumption patterns of android-based communities. The "Talkpod" program is one of NET TV's innovations that combines the concepts of talk shows and podcasts, which are then distributed through digital platforms. The research method used is a qualitative method and data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observations, and document studies. This research approach focuses on television program broadcasting strategies in expanding audience reach.The results show that the diversification of broadcasting the "Talkpod" program through digital platforms provides several strategic advantages for Net Tv. First, expanding audience reach, especially among millennials and Gen Z who are more active on digital platforms. Second, increasing interaction and engagement with the audience through interactive features offered by digital platforms. Third, opening up new opportunities for monetization through digital advertising and collaboration with various brands.

Abstract

Differences in Academic Stress Levels Judging from the Use of Stress Coping Strategies among UNP Psychology Students. This research aims to see differences in academic stress levels in terms of the use of stress coping strategies. The population in this study were psychology students at Padang State University with a sample of 41 participants. The hypothesis testing analysis technique used in this research is non-parametric One Way Anova analysis. The hypothesis of this research is H1 which states that there is a difference in the level of academic stress in terms of the use of stress coping strategies, and H0 which states that there is no difference in the level of academic stress in terms of the use of stress coping strategies. This research is a quantitative comparative type using the Perceived Academic Stress Scale (PASS) Bedewy & Gabriel (2015) modified by Ni Putu Regina Pramesta Putri (2021) and the Brief COPE stress coping scale compiled by Carver (1997). The results of data analysis show that there is no significant difference in the level of academic stress in terms of the use of stress coping strategies among UNP psychology students. Apart from that, the results of data analysis also show that UNP psychology students use more stress coping with the emotional focus coping type, and the average stress level of UNP psychology students is in the medium category and none is in the low category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode psikoedukasi KIS-E untuk meningkatkan self awareness orang tua dalam memberikan edukasi seksual pada anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang memilik anak usia sekolah dasar yang berumur 7 tahun. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 13 orang dan diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi menggunakan metode KIS E efektif untuk meningkatkan self awareness orang tua dalam memberikan edukasi seksual pada anak sejak dini.
