Abstract

Abstrak ini mengulas tantangan yang dihadapi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya dalam menerapkan pencatatan akuntansi yang memadai. Meskipun mereka dapat memenuhi persyaratan pembiayaan dari pihak eksternal seperti bank, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang akuntansi, kompleksitas proses pencatatan, dan anggapan bahwa laporan keuangan tidak penting menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini menunjukkan perbedaan antara peraturan akuntansi pemerintah dan persyaratan kredit bank untuk UMKM. Solusi yang disarankan termasuk peningkatan pemahaman akuntansi melalui pelatihan langsung, penggunaan aplikasi teknologi seperti Microsoft Excel, serta bimbingan digital marketing untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha. Pentingnya pencatatan keuangan untuk pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan pengambilan keputusan strategis juga ditekankan.

Abstract

This article examines the crucial role of eco-leadership in achieving a sustainable and environmentally friendly economy, particularly within the dynamic context of the digital age and industry 4.0. In this era, the pressure on companies to integrate environmentally friendly initiatives into their corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs is increasing, supported by government policies and regulations in Indonesia. This article highlights that the effectiveness of environmental protection and sustainable corporate performance can be measured through various practices such as waste management, pollution control systems, recycling, and environmental impact mitigation. In conclusion, environmentally oriented leadership plays a central role in promoting more responsible business practices and behaviors, which are essential for reaching sustainability targets and realizing an economy that is not only financially profitable but also responsible for environmental preservation.1

Abstract

This article discusses the utilization of TikTok as an effective digital marketing medium for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), with a focus on the case study of Sahabat Bakery Kamal. In the midst of technological developments and changes in consumer behavior that are shifting to digital platforms, TikTok offers great opportunities for MSMEs to market products effectively. This research uses a qualitative approach involving interviews, observation, and documentation to analyze the marketing strategies implemented. The results show that the use of creative and interactive content, such as promotional videos and live streaming, can increase brand awareness and product sales, particularly Roti Roll Abon Madura. Nonetheless, MSMEs face challenges in maintaining content consistency and understanding the TikTok algorithm, which is necessary to reach a wider audience. This article recommends training to improve the digital skills of MSME players and the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to build better relationships with customers. With the right approach, TikTok can be a very potential tool to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in an increasingly competitive market.
