Abstract

Abstract Writing scientific papers is an absolute requirement for teachers in developing a career. Scientific writing must include reference sources. However, writing reference sources manually usually takes a long time. Currently there are many tools available that make it easier for writers to make citations and bibliography, one of which is Zotero. The results of the situation analysis of partner school problems show that the majority of teachers at SDN 001IV Jambi do not know the reference manager application. Therefore training on the use of Zotero can be a solution activity and needs to be done. The purpose of this study is to increase teachers' knowledge regarding the preparation of reference management which can support the preparation of scientific papers. When teacher activities are introduced to the use of the Zotero reference managementr software. The activity began by introducing the advantages of using a reference manager, how to install the software, and continued with the registration process. Furthermore, the teacher is given practice on how to input articles into Zotero using either the Zotero connector or manually. The teacher practices how to write an introductory paragraph complete with automatic citations and bibliography. Mentoring activities include pre-test and post-test. The results of the activity show an increase in knowledge about using the Zotero application from 71% to 91%. This indicates that the teacher gained additional knowledge from the workshop activities which can be seen from the teacher's ability to make citations and bibliography individually. Abstrak Penulisan karya tulis ilmiah merupakan salah satu syarat mutlak bagi guru dalam mengembangkan karir. Karya tulis ilmiah wajib menuliskan sumber referensi. Namun penulisan sumber referensi secara manual biasanya membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Saat ini banyak tersedia alat bantu yang memudahkan penulis dalam membuat sitasi dan daftar pustaka, salah satunya Zotero. Hasil analisis situasi terhadap permasalahan sekolah mitra menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru SDN 001IV Jambi belum mengetahui aplikasi manajemen referensi manager. Oleh karena itu pelatihan penggunaan Zotero dapat menjadi kegiatan yang solutif dan perlu dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan pengetahuan guru terkait penyusunan manajemen referensi yang dapat mendukung penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah. Saat kegiatan guru diperkenalkan dengan penggunaan software referensi manager Zotero. Kegiatan dimulai dengan memperkenalkan kelebihan dari penggunaan referensi manager, cara install software, dan dilanjutkan dengan proses registrasi. Selanjutnya guru diberikan praktik cara untuk menginput artikel pada Zotero baik menggunakan Zotero konektor maupun secara manual. Guru mempraktekkan cara menulis paragraf pendahuluan yang dilengkapi dengan sitasi beserta daftar pustaka otomatis. Kegiatan pendampingan dilengkapi pre test beserta post test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang penggunaaan aplikasi Zotero dari 71% menjadi 91%. Hal ini menandakan bahwa guru mendapatkan pengetahuan tambahan dari kegiatan workshop yang terlihat dari kemampuan guru dalam membuat sitasi beserta daftar pustaka secara individual.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) type 2  is a chronic disease that requires continuous treatment, resulting in drug interactions. Drug interactions are one of the drug related problems identified as drug therapy events that can affect the patient's clinical outcome. The aim of the research is to determine the number of potential drug interactions in type 2 DM patients and the relationship between drug interactions and clinical outcomes in the form of achieving blood glucose control targets. This research was conducted using a descriptive analytical method with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected on type 2 DM patients in outpatient care at Hospital Data analysis of the relationship between therapy and clinical outcomes used the chi-square test. The results of the study found that 41 patients (89%) experienced drug interactions, 5 patients (11%) did not experience drug interactions. Based on this data, 138 cases could be identified, consisting of 91 cases (66%) of pharmacodynamic interaction mechanisms, 46 cases (34%) of pharmacokinetics, with 18 cases (13%) of minor severity, 114 cases (83%) of moderate severity. and major in 6 cases (4%). The most frequent interactions were candesartan and lantus with 9 cases (7%) and candesartan and novorapid with 9 cases (7%). Patients achieved clinical outcomes for blood glucose in 22 patients (48%) and 24 patients (52%) achieved uncontrollable blood glucose clinical outcomes. The results of the analysis carried out stated that there was a relationship between drug interactions and patient clinical outcomes in the form of controlled blood glucose control targets, p-value <0.013.
