Abstract

Sanitation is an effort to control all human physical environmental factors that will cause things that are detrimental to physical development, health, and endurance. The limited sanitation of public facilities that meet environmental health requirements has not been optimal in the health center area has been observed. The method of activity that will be carried out together with the community service partners of the Health Center is an environmental health inspection activity. Based on the results of the community service activities that have been carried out, the following findings were obtained; of the 20 schools in the work area of the Sei Lekop Health Center UPTD that have undergone Environmental Health Inspections, only 1 school meets environmental health requirements and there are 19 schools that have not met environmental health requirements based on the results of environmental health infections carried out using the Environmental Health Infection form. There is already management of the Sei Lekop Health Center and schools in order to improve the Standards of Public Facilities (Schools). There is only a lack of advocacy for the parties above to improve these standards. Based on the results of community service, it is concluded that the Health Center partners need to improve environmental health inspection actions and there is advocacy from various parties involved in environmental health activities.Keywords: Sanitation, Environmental Health Inspection

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang inovasi bisnis yang terdapat dalam lingkup energi dan lingkungan hidup. Sebagai suatu perusahaan yang beroperasional secara penuh, setiap perusahaan tentunya memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab yang bersifat penting dalam setiap pertumbuhan perekonomian dan unsur industri terhadap negara yang bersangkutan. Di samping dari hal tersebut, setiap perusahaan juga memiliki peranan terhadap Inovasi Bisnis yang bersifat signifikan, yang di mana hal tersebut memiliki efek secara positif terhadap perusahaan tersebut. Perkembangan mengenai lingkungan bisnis sebenarnya terjadi secara dinamis, yang di mana hal tersebut berdampak terhadap setiap perusahaan. Dengan adanya perubahan teknologi dan variasi produk yang cepat, hal tersebut mempengaruhi perkembangan semua industri yang menggunakan unsur energi. Unsur kreativitas yang terdapat pada Inovasi Bisnis sangat perlu diterapkan. Dalam penulisan ini, peneliti menggunakan Kajian Kepustakaan yang dilaksanakan dengan cara peneliti membaca dan mengamati berbagai sumber referensi secara tertulis yang berhubungan dengan inovasi bisnis di bidang energi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam proses penelitian ini juga memakai Metode Kepustakaan. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi dan data dari berbagai macam sumber literatur tertentu. Hasil penulisan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan mengenai Inovasi Bisnis dalam bidang energi, tentunya bisa mempercepat transisi energi lama terhadap Sumber Energi Baru dan Terbarukan. Pengembangan mengenai energi dari Sumber Energi Baru dan Terbarukan mempunyai arahan untuk menjaga kualitas dan pertahanan energi nasional. Di sisi lain, hilirisasi mengenai Inovasi Bisnis pada energi mengacu terhadap aspek lingkungan hidup dan penggunaan energi alternatif. Kesimpulan dari penulisan tersebut adalah Inovasi Bisnis menjadi suatu unsur yang harus dilaksanakan oleh setiap perusahaan dalam menciptakan kelestarian lingkungan hidup saat ini.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 pasal 28 H and Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 on Health stipulate that everyone has the right to health services. Therefore, every individual, family, and community has the right to protection for their health, and the state is responsible for ensuring that the right to a healthy life is fulfilled for its population, including for the poor and underprivileged. Organizationally, like most bureaucratic institutions, the challenge of improving professionalism is an inevitability in responding to health development challenges. This study aims to analyze the extent of internal transformation implementation at the Planning and Budgeting Bureau of the Ministry of Health, using a systems approach. The input variables consist of human resources, financing, regulations, and guidance. The process variables include planning, talent management, capacity building, and the implementation of a corporate university. The output variable is the realization of internal transformation at the Ministry of Health. This research was conducted at the Planning and Budgeting Bureau using a qualitative approach, with primary data collected through in-depth interviews with several informants and a review of relevant supporting documents. The results of the study indicate that transformation cannot effectively proceed without the role of all employees, thus the main actors in internal transformation are all employees. Internal transformation encourages the enhancement of collaboration and teamwork abilities, with adaptability and resilience serving as strong foundations in facing changes and challenges. Internal transformation positively impacts individual growth and development within the organization. One key to talent development is improving communication competencies. Based on these findings, it is recommended that for the implementation of internal transformation to proceed effectively, the involvement of all human resources in the organization must be sufficient and competent. Additionally, to enhance cultural change, recognition and rewards should be given to individuals and teams who positively contribute to the transformation process.
