Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of recruitment and selection of teaching staff in order to achieve the goals of the institution. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which describes existing phenomena. As for data collection techniques using observation, interviews and document study. Researchers conducted interviews with school principals, deputy principals, chairs and secretaries of the Muhammadiyah Elementary and Middle Education Council (MPDM) in Metro City. The results of the study show that the strategy for recruiting and selecting educators has been good. This recruitment activity begins with planning the needs of educators, namely by analyzing the needs of existing teachers, announcement of vacancies for educators, requirements that must be met by prospective educators, selection with various tests, interviews and determining teacher acceptance. The strategy used can be said to be effective for schools, this is proven by the very good quality of teaching staff obtained as expressed by the principal as the executor and decision maker in teacher recruitment activities.

Abstract

This scholarly examination investigates the extent to which workplace enthusiasm and adherence influence the accomplishments of village administrators in the Bakadisura' region, situated within the jurisdiction of Tabang District, Mamasa territory. The vocational excellence of village apparatus serves as the cornerstone in actualizing village governance objectives. This assessment employs quantifiable methodologies through direct response gathering from village officials serving as key informants. Data acquisition was executed through the dissemination of questionnaires evaluating enthusiasm levels, work compliance, and village apparatus performance metrics. The investigation's findings reveal that both work spirit and operational orderliness yield meaningful impacts on village apparatus achievements, whether examined individually or collectively. Consequently, the refinement of enthusiasm and work adherence aspects can propel performance advancement among village officials in the Bakadisura' domain. Kajian ilmiah ini mengkaji sejauh mana dorongan semangat dan ketaatan dalam bekerja memengaruhi pencapaian kerja para pengurus desa di wilayah Bakadisura', yang berada di lingkup Kecamatan Tabang, wilayah Mamasa. Kesuksesan kerja para perangkat desa menjadi fondasi utama dalam mewujudkan sasaran tata kelola pemerintahan tingkat desa. Pengkajian ini menerapkan cara perhitungan terukur melalui pengumpulan tanggapan langsung dari para petugas desa yang menjadi narasumber. Pengambilan informasi dilaksanakan dengan menyebarkan daftar pertanyaan yang menilai tingkat semangat, kepatuhan bekerja, serta hasil kerja perangkat desa. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa semangat kerja dan ketertiban dalam bertugas memberikan dampak berarti terhadap prestasi kerja perangkat desa, baik secara tersendiri maupun serentak. Dengan demikian, penyempurnaan aspek semangat dan ketaatan dalam bekerja dapat mendorong kemajuan kinerja para petugas desa di kawasan Bakadisura'.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to explore the thoughts of Acehnese scholars on Islamic family law and their role as catalysts for inclusive and adaptive legal reform. It investigates how these perspectives address the challenges of globalization while contributing to social justice and family welfare in Aceh. Methods: The research employs a library research approach, gathering data from written sources, including books, scientific journal articles, research reports, and legal documents relevant to the subject. The study critically analyzes these sources to understand the influence and interpretation of Islamic family law by Acehnese scholars. Results: The findings reveal three key points: (1) Acehnese scholars direct their thoughts toward adapting sharia to contemporary challenges, focusing on issues such as dowry, divorce, and women's rights. (2) The main challenges in interpreting Islamic family law include reconciling traditional and modern values and mitigating the influence of globalization, which often undermines sharia understanding. (3) The scholars' perspectives positively influence the renewal of family law, evident in local policies such as Aceh Qanun and the development of more inclusive and progressive regulations. Novelty: This research highlights the innovative role of Acehnese scholars in shaping Islamic family law to address globalization's challenges. It emphasizes their contributions to fostering inclusive legal frameworks and advancing family law reforms in Aceh, which serve as a model for balancing tradition and modernity within an Islamic context.
